Excellent service and an experienced driver/guide (Ben) made this the trip of a lifetime.
Image Travel was easy to deal with and plan with online. They promptly responded to all inquiries, and we received everything we were promised. The trip itself exceeded expectations. Ben, our very experienced driver/guide, made the safari itself thoroughly enjoyable and memorable. His knowledge greatly increased our safari experience. He knew where to go and when to make the most of the animal viewing activities. We would definitely travel with this highly reliable company again. Image Travel also arranged for our three day trip to Rwanda to trek for the mountain gorillas. That trip was also well-organized and resulted in the most fantastic, unforgetable gorillas sightings.

professional and flexible travel company
Image Travel Limited was wonderful, when we arrived we immediately felt part of the family)) The Company representatives were professional throughout and did everything possible to meet our expectations. In 9-days safari tour we visited Lake Naivasha and Nakuru, Masai Mara and Amboseli national parks. We saw plenty of wildlife including Hippos, Buffalos, Elephants, and we were lucky enough to see a linos and cheetahs!
The hotels were very good. Staff was very friendly. The food was fine, we had the best rooms with the best views and the best locations.
Our driver, Joseph, was very professional, punctual, knowledgeable, very safe and skilled. He shared his knowledge not only about the animals but about the culture too and showed us a part of Africa.
Dear Mwanje and Caren, thank you so much for a wonderful trip. We really enjoyed the safari and would love to do it one day again. We will return to you guys in the future if we will have an opportunity to come back. As an advise to other travelers- check the hotels through TripAdvisor and other sites, it will help you to choose the best hotel that suits you ;)

Dishonest company
You risk ruining a lifetime trip to Kenya and thousands of dollars if you book your trip with Mwanje at Image Travel. We paid him over 14000 usd for a fly in fly out trip to Amboselli and Sand River. Everything seems fine at first, good communication and very informative until we made the final payment. After that, communication became bare minimum. We were already in Nairobi before he finally informed us of our bush flights. That was the only thing he paid for out of the 14000 usd. The two accommodations were not paid prior to our check-in and either were the park fees. Communications with him by the hotel staff and us were unresponsive. In order to leave, we had to pay the hotel over again. I was in tears practically the whole trip. But the kindness of the Kenyans at the hotels were amazing. Even without confirmation of payment, they still took us on game drives outside of the parks. I will never forget their generosity. They are wonderful people and Mwanje is not fit to be among them. He is a thief. We reported all to the tourism police and tourist associations. We sent several communications requesting refund to no avail. We are still following up with authorities. So so many good travel agents to Kenya. Be wise and choose a different one or risk your vacation.

Booking our 8-day luxury lodge safari in Kenya with Image Travel was perfect.
Mwanje helped us tailor our itinerary to suit our needs and was very accommodating with our questions, responding quickly to emails and messages. The itinerary was organised very well and ran smoothly. Our only small issue was that communication was a little slow in the week before our safari (linking us up with our driver etc), but it was all well organised in the end!
The safari itself was absolutely fantastic, not least due to our brilliant driver guide, Michael. Michael has 18 years experience and was great at spotting wildlife, telling us about animals and making us feel comfortable and relaxed on long drives. He made our trip so special and we can’t thank him enough.
The hotels and lodges we stayed in as part of the luxury lodge package were excellent. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and the food and service was equally good. Mara Serena lodge and Ol Pejeta Sweetwaters camp were two of our favourites and would highly recommend.
Thank you to Mwanje and Michael for an unforgettable trip. I’d highly recommend Image Travel if you’re considering an African safari in the near future!

A great way to see amazing Kenya
We recently travelled on the 6 day Amboseli, Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru flying and driving Safari. We had a great time in all parks, seeing the big 5, getting great views of the parks and animals. Our guide David was very dedicated to showing us the best views and teaching us about the animals and landscapes. The accomodation was good and the food was really good. We saved a significant amount of driving time by choosing to fly between Amboseli and Masai Mara which meant we could see more of the park and animals.

Mwanje showed great communication and helped us design our perfect safari in Maasai Mara. This made for a great safari experience and amazing stay at Mara Serena Safari Lodge. Our driver was also super friendly and knowledgeable.

Efficient, welcoming and super friendly!
We had a fabulous experience in Kenya thanks to Image Travels, Mwanje, Husna, Jasan, Rooney and most importantly Patrick.
The highlight of the trip was the fact that we were among the very few lucky tourists who got an almost open jeep for the safaris. Patrick was our tour guide and is from Amboseli. He has a special place for elephants in his heart :).
We stayed for 2 nights in Amboseli, 1 night in Nakuru and 2 nights in Mara. Patrick is an amazing guide and can spot any animal at any distance with just a glance!
If you're planning to visit Kenya for safaris, Image Travels is the way to go. The whole team is so warm and happy to welcome you, you feel at home the whole way!!

Unforgettable safari adventure - Masai Mara
I recently experienced an incredible safari in Masai Mara with Image Travel. This company was very reliable and professional throughout the entire process. The communication and organization by Mwanje were top-notch. He provided detailed information and was responsive to all our inquiries regarding our private tour. While the safari vehicles could benefit from some improvements for better comfort, the overall experience was amazing.
Our guide, Steve, was extremely knowledgeable and flexible, enhancing our trip with his insights and ability to adapt to our interests. He shared fascinating insights about the animals, their behaviors, and the environment, which enriched our safari experience.

We had an incredible East Africa safari in Kenya and Tanzania booked through Image Travel Ltd. in June-July 2024. The company is headed by Mr. Mwanje Athuman, who met us in Nairobi before the trip began and at the end of the trip as we headed home. The lodges and camps were absolutely excellent, offering top-notch amenities and breathtaking views that made the experience truly unforgettable! The only area for improvement would be the safari vehicles, which could use some enhancements for better comfort and reliability. Despite this minor issue, everything else was great-from the well-organized itinerary to the knowledgable guides. Overall, I highly recommend Image Travel Limited for a memorable East African adventure.
