This trip was an unforgettable and wonderful experience
The whole itinerary arranged by Mwanje is very compact and flexible, allowing us to fully explore and experience the magnificent scenery and rich culture of Africa. From the spectacular scene of the wildlife park to the unique customs of the primitive tribe, every detail is impressive. Especially on our safari trip in Massamara National Park, I saw groups of animals moving freely in the natural environment, which made me truly feel the magnificence of nature and the power of life. In addition, the accommodation and catering arrangements are also excellent. Each hotel has a beautiful environment and perfect facilities, so that we have a comfortable rest space after the tour.
John's guide's professional knowledge and enthusiastic service add a lot to this trip. Our guide not only knows the local history, culture and natural landscape well, but also provides meticulous care and assistance throughout the journey. His explanation gives us a deeper understanding of Africa, and his driving skills are also first-class, allowing us to reach various national parks safely and quickly. It also made us feel at ease and happy during the journey.
Generally speaking, this trip to Africa exceeded my expectations, and every moment was full of surprises and emotions. Unforgettable & very special trip!
We booked the 6-Day Aberdares, Sweetwaters, Lake Nakuru, Masai Mara safari with Image Travel and Mwanje was very helpful and responsive. Even though we received final information in regards to our driver just three days before departure, everything went smoothly throughout the week. Our driver and guide for the week Jasan couldn’t have taken care of us in a better way. The drives between the lodges have been quite far through rural areas, but nothing we did not expect and the journeys felt very safe. No complaints about any of the lodges, great food and every single one with a different character which we really enjoyed. The safaris itself were stunning and Jasan helped us to spot a lot of animals and shared knowledge about them. The mix of national parks could not have been better and we have been able to see the Big 9 and Big 5 across the entire trip.

Exceptional Service and Support from Mwanje at Image Travel Limited
My experience with Mwanje from Image Travel Limited in Nairobi has been nothing short of outstanding. From the initial communication stages to post-booking follow-ups, Mwanje's professionalism and efficiency have been remarkable.
Mwanje provided us with an excellent driver-cum-guide, Anthony, and a well-equipped 4x4 Land Cruiser Safari vehicle, complete with a wireless set essential for tracking animal sightings in the national park. This thoughtful inclusion significantly enhanced our safari experience.
I was particularly impressed with how Mwanje handled an unforeseen circumstance on my end. Due to a family emergency, I had to cancel my trip just 10 days before the scheduled departure. Professional, flexible, customer centered service.
Kenya offers a diverse wildllife experience, the scenery was fabulous in all 4 locations we visited (Samburu, Mt. Kenya, Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara). The accomodation and the food were very satisfaying, the service everywhere was excellent.
We were particularly lucky to have a fabulous guide and driver (Ben) who made us enjoy our trip beyond our expectations!

Unforgettable excellent 8-day customized safari tour in Kenya
Overall: It was a private tour and Image Travel fulfilled all our requirements in accomendation, while some other providers indicated that the hotel we selected was not available.
Guide: Our guide John Waithiru led us to all the Big 5 and showed us all the animals we wanted to see. Even though I don't know much about photography, we still got many great shots and videos. John is also the best driver I have ever met. The road was so bumpy and he could always manage it. Many times we have seen other vehicles get stuck but John drives through always unimpeded. The journey from the Masai Mara to the Nairobi airport on the last day was 6 hours long, with poor roads and traffic jams, but John managed to help get there early. Even had time to take us to a great shopping mall in Nairobi where we got everything we wanted to buy and then arrived at the airport on time.
Communications: Quick feedback and provide us with hotel booking faster than others.
Reliability: Overall, the trip went very well. Except for some hiccups on the first day when arriving at the airport to pay for the trip, as they would not accept dollars printed before 2006 without notifying us in advance, wasting an hour of our time. As well as some delays in entering some of the national parks because the company did not purchase tickets in advance. We would have been more satisfied if the company had coordinated and planned better for the collection of tickets and cash.

Excellent safari, Amboseli, Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara
We enjoyed a wonderful safari in Kenya booked with Image travel. I initially communicated with Mwanje who provided a detailed itinerary with costs. The communication was good with quick responses via WhatsApp and email.
Our driver David worked hard throughout our Safari and was with us throughout. He was an excellent driver and guide who navigated the roads effectively, which due to the recent rains were quite difficult and involved long journeys. David drove us to all the Safari parks where he spotted lots of animals and we saw the big five including a leopard cub in the Masai Mara!!
David managed to get us back to Nairobi airport from Masai Mara on time for our flight to Diani beach 😀
All three of the lodges we stayed in were excellent and in great locations to see all the animals.
I would probably recommend doing a fly and drive Safari to save the long car journeys.
We thoroughly enjoyed our Safari and recommend Image Travel. We took home wonderful memories of seeing all the animals in their natural environments.
