Wonderful memories thanks to Hyrax Safari
We did the Masai Mara, lake Naivasha, Hell’s Gate and Amboseli Safari with Hyrax Safari.
Everything was well organized but the car rides were very long between two destinations.
Our guide (Kasaine Senei) did a good job, was very kind and thanks to him, we saw a lot of animals and live incredible moments.

Tour trouhght the Amboseli to the Tsavo West was great, communication with organization was easy.
Organization and communication with them was really good. We had 3 days long safari road from our hotel trought Amboseli and Tsavo West to the Diani beach. Driver was really friendly and knew good places where to find animals. The accomodation at the parks was also really nice. We recommanded.

Great communication with competitive prices
I did a hiking trip to Mt Kenya with Hyrax Safaris. The communication went very well and the prices were competitive based on my research. Everything went according to plan and the guide, and staff that helped me summit Mt Kenya were extraordinary. Kudos to them, as they are the ones in the field, and they make the difference.

Best experience we could have imagined.
Our 3-day safari to Amboseli and Tsavo West national parks was incredible. Our driver Dan was so knowledgeable, and had an unbelievable knack for finding the exact right spot for animals to walk right in front of our jeep. Communication beforehand was very clear and friendly. Pickup each morning was prompt. Lodging was very comfortable. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend Hyrax as a tour operator!

Hyrax Safaris fulfilled every expectation
I took the four day tour, and for me, this was a fully satisfying experience, from the Hyrax agent to the safari guides. Specially the Massai Mara leg, were the environment is wilder than Nakuru. Both guides, George and Rama, were excellent guides and drivers, very knowlegeable and nice persons, always trying to satisfy my needs whenever posible. Overall, an excellent experience.

Amazing and unforgetable
Accommodations：Every accommodation has its characteristic，the beds are all soft.We think The Ashnil mara camp is the best one,the staffs like a family,they worked happy. We had a good time in there.
Guide:It is the part that we are most satisfied.Our guide jimmy is always patient,good at driving.And he can see so far and clearly,his talent is perfect to game drive!
Weather：it is begin raining.In the morning and evening,it is cold.U need jackets.
scenery：Wonderful and amazing!So many giraffes,we like them,they are so cute and peace.
Food: It is different from our daily food.But We get use to those food soon,How surprise that we can choose the vegetables in the fired noodles or rice.
Transportation: Driving in the highway,evething be ok.But somes of roads are terrible,very bumpy and dusty.

Hyrax Safari office was helpful and very responsive.
Our experience with Hyrax Safaris was AMAZING. We couldn't have imagined the variety of animals we were able to see in such a short period of time. Our guide Sammy was ALWAYS in the right place at the right time. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the animals, their habitats and how they interacted with the environment and each other. The $$ paid for the 3 day safari was WELL WORTH THE IT !! The Hyrax Safari was an EXCELLENT VALUE !

Knowledgable guide for a wonderful tour
We had a wonderful 2 night, 3 day tour at the Masai Mara. We were picked up by our guide, Ben, in Nairobi for the round-trip safari. Ben was a good driver who stopped regularly for breaks along the way to stretch our legs. Once we arrived, we had lunch at the lodge and then went for an evening game drive. We were lucky to see the great migration, and saw many many wildebeest, zebras, and water buffalo. That evening we also saw a number of other animals including elephants and giraffes, but ended the night perfectly by watching three lions rest during sunset. The next day we had a full day tour in the park, we saw many other animals on our list, including leopard, cheetahs, more lions, hyenas, jackals, antelopes, topi, serval cats, and a large variety of birds. We ended this awesome day with two different groups of elephants. Ben is very knowledgeable and comfortable in the park, he answered all of our questions and pointed out animals and facts about them/the park. It is clear he is well liked by many in the park, and we can confirm that he is friendly and personable, he is also patient and made sure we got a great view, swooping in at the right moment to see the animals. Would highly recommend this experience!
