Nairobi – Maasai Mara National Reserve

Depart Nairobi early in the morning and enjoy a scenic drive through the Great Rift Valley, stopping briefly for photos along the escarpment. Continue to the Maasai Mara, arriving at your lodge in time for lunch.

After some relaxation, head out for your first afternoon game drive across the vast plains of the reserve. Watch for lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and other wildlife as the sun sets over the savannah.

Return to the camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Exploring Maasai Mara

After breakfast, set out for a full-day safari adventure with a packed picnic lunch. Spend the day exploring different areas of the reserve, tracking wildlife and observing predator-prey interactions in their natural habitat.

Enjoy lunch near the Mara River, where hippos and crocodiles are often seen resting along the banks.

In the afternoon, you may opt to visit a traditional Maasai village to learn about local customs, traditions, and daily life.

For an extraordinary start to the day, an optional hot air balloon safari can be arranged at sunrise, offering panoramic aerial views of the Mara followed by a champagne breakfast in the bush.
