I am Japanese. The whole experience was new and exposed me to a completely different culture and life.
The tour guide and cook were kind and generous with all sorts of help during the tour.
I was lucky enough to see all the BIG 5 in one tour and also observed a variety of other wildlife.
The Maasai village visit was very interesting for me and the time was just right.
Next time I would like to stay in a higher grade accommodation and visit with my family.

We highly recommend the Safari Tour with Isaya!
We booked the tour with a trip to Mikumi NP, Ruaha NP and the Udzungwa Mountains.
Isaya gave us a detailed schedule in advance. The communication was uncomplicated via whattsapp.
Isaya picked us up at our hotel at Dar es salaam and we started in Mikumi with an afternoon/evening game drive.
The Camp Bastian near Mikumi NP is a great accomodation!
The trip to Ruaha was also very nice! Despite the rain season we saw many different animals.
Unfortunately, there was construction work going on in our accommodation in Ruaha Park, which is why the night there wasn't so nice.
Our highlight was definitely the hike in the Udzungwa mountains (despite the rain).
we had a great time with Isaya and can only recommend it.
A small note: Isaya wanted to have the payment in cash, which we didn't know. However, we were able to clarify this quickly. we recommend that this is best clarified in advance.

Very helpful and friendly staff
Super experience! Our driver Chris was very cool guy! We were very happy to see lions eating wildbeast, elephants, girafs etc. We were 3day Masai Mara tour and everything was organized so well. To our children (6,4) it was a lifetime adventure. And we got Bencia safari T-shirts to everyone to remember this great tour.

More than I could have ever dreamed of
We spent three beautiful days in Maasai Mara National Park for Safari and it couldn't have been more beautiful! Our driver Joseph was fantastic! He had eagle's eyes, seeing animals from far away and his driving skills were beyond words. No matter the condition of the ground, he would get through and made sure that we could see every animal possible!
Bencia Africa even provided our own own chef - John - who made fantastic food and took so much care of us while always having a smile on his face.
The service was amazing. Though we came to Nairobi to first spend a day in the city and then started Safari the next day, they still made sure we would get picked up from the bus stop and brought us to our hotel the day we arrived in Nairobi.
Last but not least the price was excellent! By far this was the best offer for Safari that we found, yet it did not have any issues about comfort, service or anything. Absolutely worth every cent! I would definitely recommend to book Safari with Bencia Africa!

Such a great professionnel agency
When we arrived we went to a Masaï village near to Mikumi Park, the best experience ever because i could feel the energy and the vibe of this community.
Theses 2 next days we went to Mikumi Park and we saw lions, elephants, hippopotamus, zebras, impalas, gnous, buffaloes, giraffes, monkeys, foxes, crocodile, lézards, eagles, vultures and many others birds.
We had a amazing guide ( Godfrey) and a great driver ( Willian), there were explaining everything the story and culture of the beautiful Park. I would like to thanks them to have be a part of this experience.
I recommend this agency 100%.

Great and enthusiastic about his job, made the experience worth it
We did a 3 day safari to Mikumi National Park and very much enjoyed our experience. The people at camp Bastian are extremely helpful and kind. Our tour operator and driver were knowledgeable about the animals we saw at the park as they provided additional information about the animals and the park during our tour. Ps: the grilled goat during dinner was delicious

Amazing and happy
So i took 3 days safari and masai vellage
it was amazing and fun with lots of cultural exchange the weather was amazing and communication was so good in english and the cars was available even begin the time i really loved the food the price is good for the amount of animals i saw and i highly recommend it

Unforgettable experience.Our guide ,Goodluck was very knowledgeable,friendly and was great at sporting the animals.
We saw a lots of animals which made for some amazing pictures.

Excellent and experienced operator

The perfect blend of roughing it and refinement
The trip was outstanding. Most important: the guiding. The owners of Letaka are funny, intelligent, encyclopedic in their knowledge (especially of birds), and skilled at creating a coherent social group in a short period of time. The wildlife was spectacular. And the G&T's on the mud-spattered hood of the jeep at dusk, made me feel like a lady explorer of the 1930's. The rudimentary tents and cots provided just enough comfort by night, the meals were amazing, cooked over the campfire but rivaling restaurant fare. We wanted raw experience deep in nature under canvas, but not separated from it by platforms, fences and guards. But we didn't want to spend half out time pitching/striking camp, washing and cleaning. So having lovely camp hands to do those tasks was the right balance for us. Could not recommend this outfit more highly.
