great variety of wildlife and birdlife and the isolation from the crowds made it even more special

Relatively safe country and quite developed 'safari' business. Sure, there may be other places and destinations, but Kenya is so far appears to be very good.

I've not seen other famous safari destinations but I can say that higher price is justified, giving you the best of wildlife.

Review about Central Kalahari Game Reserve by ^^^
The location and wildlife are a different kind of beauty to other parts of the country. It feels isolated and yet when you are quiet and interested, the area comes a live with all sorts of life forms. Life seems to move slower in the desert.

Uganda - Trekking Experience
The tour in Uganda was exceptional. Every detail was covered. The service from the onset of the planning to the actual trip was outstanding. The people at Journey's Discovering Africa made the experience as they customized the trip to meet our needs. If you are traveling to this area of Africa, I would chosse Journey's Discovering Africa.

Review about Tanzania by Kirill
Tanzania is excellent place for safary - we were in Tarangire, Ngoro-Ngoro and Serengetty National Parks and all these places were very interesting and comfortable places for safary with enough hotels you can choose for the rest after safary.

OUTSTANDING
We traveled to Tanzania with our three teenagers in August 2013. Amazing Tanzania arranged the entire holiday. The trip was fantastic - a truly life changing experience. This was due in large part to the professional, knowledgeable team at Amazing Tanzania. Each leg of the trip was meticulously planned and thoughtfully executed. Our guide was outstanding with extensive knowledge about the region and very respectful of the wildlife and the environment. The high-light was staying at the mobile tent camp in the Serengeti - owned and operated by Amazing Tanzania. Beautifully blending into the natural surroundings, the camp was luxurious, the staff where so welcoming and the food was excellent. The game drives were incredible - we were able to watch animals up close for hours rarely encountering any other tourists. When we return we will spend our entire time at the camp!

Review about Uganda by Ash G
I tend to believe that Uganda is a bit underrated as a safari destination; it's often trumped by it's neighbor Tanzania. However, I do encourage people to take full advantage of Uganda's parks and natural wildlife, it has so much to offer.

wildlife in some areas was not great for the time of year, much better nearer to the river - bush camps were superb and staff were excellent.
