Excellent kenya safari operator
We had a great 10 days trip to various parks of Kenya planned beautifully by Nelson and Grace. They are friendly and flexible in customising your tour as per your need and budget. Everything including vehicle, stay and food was very good.
Our guide for 10 days was James. He is knowledgeable, kind and having good driving skills. Most important thing for us was that he is expert in spotting and identifying birds. Since we are birders, having James with us was like a jackpot. We spotted about 170 species of birds in 10 days. Offcourse he spotted various animals also and made us witness some rare events like Cheetah hunting, lions mating, leopard on tree etc. We got good photographic opportunities. Again thanks to James's knowledge of animal behaviour.

My husband and I, in our seventies, spent 8 days with Yusuf as our guide through Terminal Tours. He made the trip a pure joy for us. He is bright, eloquent, kind, caring and extremely witty. Excellent value for money
Excellent organization, reliable partner throught the whole process. When it comes to the trip itself: lodges worth value for money; we spent five days in Safari, from Ambsolei to Tsavo East and West. We requested a tour guide speaking Spanish. He was engaged and he did his best so we could spot animals such as leopards.
4x4 car was quite new and safe.

Unforgettable experience!!
We did a 2-day tour in Masai Mara and 1 day in Lake Nakuru with them. A wonderful experience!! everything went perfectly.
Grace, our assistant, and Charles, our spanish driver, were our confidence people there. They treated us great at all times.
Grace was attentive to everything we needed, she even helped us with a problem we had with the flight to Zanzibar, charming at all times. Despite not speaking Spanish, she always tried to understand us and help us with everything.
Charles spoke Spanish very well, he resolved all your doubts about animals, Kenyan culture....
The Jeep and our accommodations were very comfortable.
And we can't forget Nelson.. thank Nelson for the detail you had with us!!

Awesome safari experience! Despite initial doubts about the affordability of the package, it turned out to be an incredible deal!!
Our guide, James, was knowledgeable, friendly, and sweet, though a bit soft-spoken. He drove really well in the challenging terrain and also managed our group well, ensuring everyone was informed and engaged. We saw pride of lions snoozing after lunch and a stunning sunset encounter with a herd of elephants on the first day! Magical moments ✨
The food at the camp was nutritious and tasty, though the tent washrooms could have had hot water. Nonetheless, the overall service was excellent.
I highly recommend Terminal Tours for their transparency and excellent communication. It was a memorable adventure, and I’d definitely choose them again for future safaris — Amboseli 👀👀

Excellent!
Everything was fantastic! Good communication from the beginning, the service was very good at the whole time, nothing to complain about. The whether wasn’t good but our guide, Ambrose, did his best to find the animals, he even explained about each of them.

A wonderful experience overall
It was my first safari experience ever so I was excited before starting this journey. I joined a 4-day group safari tour to masai mara (3 days) and lake nakuru (1 day) with Terminal Tours Kenya.
I was picked up from my hotel in the morning and headed to masai mara with no delay. We had our lunch on the way before reaching our camp late afternoon. Then we had a short game drive first day. Second day was a full day game drive starting at sunrise. We saw all big 5 animals besides visiting tanzania border and masai river to see crocs and hippos. Third day, we visited a masai village nearby our camp to learn about their culture. Upon that, we headed to lake naivasha and took a boat trip to see amazing wildlife there before arriving nakuru. Fourth day included a morning game drive in lake nakuru park to see both black and white rhinos and flamingos as well as other wildlife beafore going back to nairobi. I was dropped off at my hote in nairobi without any hassle.
Nelson was always quick to respond all e-mails and whatsapp messages before and during whole journey. Our driver Joshpat was an excellent driver and easygoing guy. He is so polite and stops wherever you want to stop to take pictures as long as it is on the road. He drives safe not only in the park but also between nairobi and park. After this satisfying trip with Nelson and his company, I also booked a private tour to kibera with him which was fantastic as well. His team is familiar with the area and they were helpful during our visit.
Overall it was a wonderful experience and recommend terminal tours for anyone who is interested in a safari in kenya. Nelson and his team is ready to help you.
