Perfectly customizable with excellent service!
Nelson, Sammy, and James all worked together to provide us with an amazing trip! All the food and provided was great, and we saw everything expected! All of our guides and drivers extremely friendly and flexible to our needs. They let us change our itinerary when we decided to hike Mount Longonot instead of doing a game drive, and were just generally responsive to everything.

We experienced 2 great trips with Terminal Tours in Kenya and Tanzania
Nelson of Terminal Tours Safari organized 2 trips for us, we're a family with 3 teenage daughters. We selected a 4 day trip in Kenya, later a 5 day trip in Tanzania. And we loved it!
It was easy to communicate with Nelson and his team. He responded quickly via mail or whatsapp. The trip schedule was clear and the price was reasonable.
Our first tour was a camping trip in Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru. We have seen incredible numbers of animals. Truly amazing. The camp facilities were good and close to the park entrance. John was our driver/guide. A joyable guide with lots of knowledge. He answered all of our questions about the wildlife and about living in Kenya. Great guy!
The second camping trip started from Arusha in Tanzania. Guide/driver Med and cook Rama took very good care of us for 5 days. We have visited Tarangire NP, Lake Manyara, Serengeti NP and the Ngorongoro crater. Very impressive and we collected memories for life! Camping within the Serengeti truly is amazing.
We can highly recommend Terminal Tours and the guides, drivers and cook we experienced. Keep up the good work!

Unforgettable Masai Mara
I loved my experience with Terminal Tours, they made my safari a lifetime experience. I went for a three days safari in Masai Mara, sleeping at the cozy Enchoro Camp. All the staff is kind and ready to solve any kind of problems. Cheap fares and excellent service. Professional guide and much luck during our safari where we could see lions cubs at the sunset, cheetah and even the amazing leopard! I'll chose it again this summer and I really reccomend it to discover the beauty of Kenya. Asante sana

Safe and reliable
We were well served by Terminal Tours and had an exceptionally good driver. However we cannot give 5 stars as 7 people were too many in a vehicle for comfortable travel and game viewing. We were also on 4 different itineraries and it meant a lot of valuable time was wasted diverting around to drop people off. However we still provide 4 stars as some efforts were made to try and make us for lost opportunities. We were also surprised there were no binoculars in the vehicle and strongly recommend taking your own pair.

Excellent in (almost) every way
We booked an 11 day safari with Terminal Tours, including Maasai Mara, Nakuru, Amboseli and Tsavo East and West.
Overall the experience was fabulous - very well organised, excellent drivers who were knowledgeable about the wildlife we were seeing.
The accommodation ranged from amazing (in Tsavo West we stayed at Rhino Valley Lodge, an amazing location, and Tsavo East likewise the lodge had a great position on a hill overlooking the reserve) to average (in Amboseli the tented camp is quite basic), but given this was a budget safari, we really could have no complaints.
The food was good all the way through, things like beef stew and poatoes, chapatis, vegetable stews, bolognese, all filling stuff that you're going to want after a long day out.
Nelson and his sister Debby were very helpful in advising us on the itinery both before we came to Kenya and were flexible with managing some changes we made after we arrived. We also stayed a couple of nights at their place on the edge of Nairobi, where they cooked us some traditional Kenyan dishes. They are genuinely lovely people and we wish them all the best with their business.

Excellent kenya safari operator
We had a great 10 days trip to various parks of Kenya planned beautifully by Nelson and Grace. They are friendly and flexible in customising your tour as per your need and budget. Everything including vehicle, stay and food was very good.
Our guide for 10 days was James. He is knowledgeable, kind and having good driving skills. Most important thing for us was that he is expert in spotting and identifying birds. Since we are birders, having James with us was like a jackpot. We spotted about 170 species of birds in 10 days. Offcourse he spotted various animals also and made us witness some rare events like Cheetah hunting, lions mating, leopard on tree etc. We got good photographic opportunities. Again thanks to James's knowledge of animal behaviour.

My husband and I, in our seventies, spent 8 days with Yusuf as our guide through Terminal Tours. He made the trip a pure joy for us. He is bright, eloquent, kind, caring and extremely witty. Excellent value for money
Excellent organization, reliable partner throught the whole process. When it comes to the trip itself: lodges worth value for money; we spent five days in Safari, from Ambsolei to Tsavo East and West. We requested a tour guide speaking Spanish. He was engaged and he did his best so we could spot animals such as leopards.
4x4 car was quite new and safe.
