A great choice for a mid-range safari
We had a great trip to Kenya thanks to Terminal Tours! We were looking for a combined safari/coast experience & Terminal Tours made all the arrangements. The safaris to the Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru were unforgettable. When rain changed our plans at Lake Nakuru, the tour folks switched it up with a boat safari on Lake Navarishu which ended up being an amazing experience. Our tour guides, Ben and Anthony, were both excellent -- informative, competent and easygoing. We spent the last few days of our time in Kenya in Diani Beach staying at a truly lovely resort with options for a variety of day trips. Nelson and Debby were always very helpful. Communication is a little challenging because of the time difference and some (written) language barrier, but as long as you are sure to read through everything carefully, and be clear about what your needs/expectations/challenges are, you will find Terminal Tours to be very accommodating. The meals were excellent throughout the trip. Most of our party was vegetarian and there were always great options for everyone. The housing accommodations were mixed -- some were exceptional and some were just OK, but all in all - very good value for the price of the tour. We would highly recommend Terminal Tours for your trip to East Africa.

Excellent 5 days safari in Kenya
We were a 12 people group of friends and we where in a 5 days safari across Kenya. We visit Hell's gate, Masai Mara, Naivasha lake and Nakuru lake. Its was an an exellent and complete safari. Our riders Jhon and Samy were friendly and lovely people. They knw everything about animals, reserves and kenya in general. They were superkind when they ofered to save our bags in nairobi (even when the safari were finished) while we visit the city and they take us to the bus station for free. They take care of us in all moment.
We are planing an other safari for next year and obiously we will contact again with them.

The Most kind cool guys I have met in Kenya
They accommodated me in a late time of day, picked me up from the airport at the first time for low charges. Then made me good breakfast and coffee. I stayed there for 1 day enjoying football discussions and matches with Stephan and George. They have an adorable baby girl Delsi ❤️.. My last day was for free. They didn't pay me for the accommodation or the transportation to the air port. I miss those kind selflessness people.. I love you guys!

Unforgettable Masai Mara
I loved my experience with Terminal Tours, they made my safari a lifetime experience. I went for a three days safari in Masai Mara, sleeping at the cozy Enchoro Camp. All the staff is kind and ready to solve any kind of problems. Cheap fares and excellent service. Professional guide and much luck during our safari where we could see lions cubs at the sunset, cheetah and even the amazing leopard! I'll chose it again this summer and I really reccomend it to discover the beauty of Kenya. Asante sana

Communication with Nelson was good. The service was excellent. The safari tour was a wonderful experience. The accommodations were good and in-line with the cost of the tour. I highly recommend.

Safe and reliable
We were well served by Terminal Tours and had an exceptionally good driver. However we cannot give 5 stars as 7 people were too many in a vehicle for comfortable travel and game viewing. We were also on 4 different itineraries and it meant a lot of valuable time was wasted diverting around to drop people off. However we still provide 4 stars as some efforts were made to try and make us for lost opportunities. We were also surprised there were no binoculars in the vehicle and strongly recommend taking your own pair.

They knew the business and what to do. The driver was excellent, the best on the Masai Mara.
From the outset this company was fantastic. The organisation ran like clockwork and the driver was the best on the Masai Mara! Excellent value for money too.

Safari trip in Kenia

Amazing Maasai Mara Camp Safari!!!
Nelson, Debbie and Celeste were wonderful. Customer service is a big part o f my industry and it was very clear that it was paramount to them as well. I opted for a 3 day Maasai Mara camp safari and couldn't have been more pleased. The accommodations and food was great. Our tour guide Evans and my fellow travelers were wonderful. A trip of a lifetime. Thanks for making my dream a spectacular reality!!
