Perfect trip, expertly out together
My partner and I couldn't have asked for a better trip. Once In a lifetime.
From the moment we were picked up, we were met by the friendliest driver and guide, John. He was the most knowledgeable, friendly and well connected guide we could ask for.
We saw all the big five, some of them multiple times and up close. We even got to see a pair of cheetahs stealth stalking a gazelle, incredible.
A big thank you to Joseph who worked on our itinerary until we were fully satisfied with everything. His communication was excellent, he responded quickly, and was very patient with We asked a lot questions but he was always available to respond promptly, something that made us choose Jacmiya Safaris.
The staff at the camp were also very friendly and attentive, which is so helpful after a tiring day out on the masai mara. I could not recommend Jacmiya Safaris enough.
In my opinion, they are simply the best if you're looking for a dream come true vacation to Africa.

Fantastic Experience with Jacmiya Safaris
We had a very good experience with Jacmiya Safaris, excellent communication, hotel pick up and good accommodation right from the time they received our inquiry. We were very lucky to get the best guide, Julius, a local Masai who did everything he could to see as many animals as possible. A very good driver and a professional game driver. I recommend Jacmiya Safaris for professionalism and the best price. I recommend Julius, he knows the area very well and gives you an unforgettable experience. When looking for a good experience, normalize picking these small companies, they're very attentive to their clients and always do their best to ensure you're happy. Their staff could message us nearly everyday just to confirm if everything is in order. When I have plans to visit Tanzania, I will definitely choose them again. Asante Sana!

Very professional and kind
My 6 days safari with Jacmiya Safaris just left me with endless memories. I was a solo traveller and they truly took good care of me. Joseph, the guy who was in contact with me during the planning stage was really quick with his responses. I could message him with several changes and still get them done promptly. Much appreciation to John, my tour guide who did all he can to make the safari a success. John knew nearly everyone in the park, and that made me feel like he really knew his work well and very famous. He could make calls to his colleagues asking for best spots and within no minute, we were there. I was lucky to see all the BIG FIVE and the most interesting part was seeing the killing- very rare sightings as I was informed.

Another Incredible Experience – Even Better the Second Time!
In January we set out on our second trip to Kenya and once again we were blown away by how well everything was organised. This time we booked online through Jacmiya and Joseph who set everything up did a fantastic job putting the whole trip together for us. He really listened to what we wanted, adjusted the itinerary until it was exactly what we were looking for and made the whole process feel easy and stress‑free.
We were lucky enough to have John as our guide, and he was just as good, His knowledge of Kenya, the wildlife, and all the parks was brilliant. He’s one of those guides who can somehow spot animals from unbelievable distances pointing out things we never would’ve noticed ourselves. He looked after us from start to finish and made everyday fun, relaxed, and memorable.
Jacmiya did a fantastic job with the overall organisation and every swap of location was as seamless as our first trip, they make it look so effortless. That same level of care absolutely came through on this second visit as well.
Just like before, we always felt at ease and well taken care of from both Jacmiya and their team to all the people we met along the way at lodges and hotels that were chosen for us to which we must say were amazing.
After two incredible trips, we can confidently say that Joseph, John, and the whole Jacmiya team are exceptional. Whether it’s your first safari or your fifth, you’ll be in great hands.

Friendly, helpful and professional
We did a 5-day safari through the Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru and Amboseli with Jacmiya Safaris. Our guide Francis was excellent and did his best to give us the best experience. The lodges chosen by the agency were excellent. We were truly pleased with the experience and would recommend the agency. Thank you Jackie for organising our trip and taking good care of us. I am grateful to Jael and Jacmiya Safaris for helping to plan and coordinate an unforgettable 5-day safari for my mother’s 60th birthday! I was very last minute and reached out to Jacmiya Safaris four days before our arrival in Kenya. Jael was super responsive and always answered my questions within minutes, no matter the time of day. She was able to tailor the trip to my budget and schedule and went above and beyond to ensure that I had the trip I wanted. We did a 5-day safari through Amboseli, Lake Nakuru, and Masai Mara. Our guide Dickinson was amazing and made it his duty to ensure we saw all of the animals and had the best experience! He was super chill and very knowledgeable about the enivronment and wildlife. He was flexible with the schedule and made sure my mom and I were comfortable and happy throughout the five days. Additionally, Jael checked in every day to make sure the trip was going well! She thought of every detail and took care of all the small things I had forgotten. Even arranging with one of the hotels to surprise my mom with a birthday cake at dinner. I could not be happier that I trusted Jacmiya Safaris and Jael to make my mom’s Kenyan dreams come true! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to book a safari! They will take care of you!

Kindest people, very professional, and attentive to detail

Excellent tour operator providing a great experience!
We found Jacmiya Safaris at the very last minute before our trip. Jael was extremely helpful, accommodating, and was able to customize our trip exactly how we wanted it. We are located in the US, and Jael was available at any time of the day for us to coordinate our trip. From the point where we landed in Nairobi to the point where we departed, everything went smoothly. Although we had already set our itinerary for the various places we were going, the driver was extremely accommodating to any detours or additional things we wanted to do along the route. The safaris were amazing, and our driver, Francis, was extremely good at finding the various animals. By the way, Francis comes from the Masai tribe, and we were able to learn so much from him about the Masai Mara region, which we wouldn't have known. We got to see the Big 5 animals and many, many more! The accommodations were also amazing! We were able to select the places we wanted to stay. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were included every day. I would strongly suggest using Jacmiya because they are always willing to help, accommodating, friendly, trustworthy, and able to customize the trip the way you want. Also, compared to other safari operators, they are very reasonably priced.

Very Responsive and Accomodative at all times
We were a group of three and chose Jacmiya Safaris after being impressed by how fast and helpful Jael responded to our initial enquiries. That responsiveness truly set them apart from every other operator we contacted, and it indicated what to expect later.
Our guide Francis exceeded all our expectations. Francis has an exceptional depth of knowledge wildlife, birds, local ecology that none of us had encountered in previous safari experiences. He also has a wonderful relationship with communities around the Masai Mara, which gave our group genuine, unscripted insights into Maasai culture and daily life. By the way, he's born and raised in Masai Mara, so he definitely understand alot about the area.
Logistically, the trip was smooth every hotel check-in was flawless and well arranged.
