Experienced, careful driver, great eyes to spot animals, sometimes impatient and not tolerant
Our package was overall great value for money. Although we booked a budget shared tour, our accommodation was still in lodges with private bathrooms, which was a very pleasant surprise. Communication with the agency was excellent—they were responsive and tried to handle any challenges (for example hot water shortage).
We also felt very lucky on the safari itself, as we were able to see almost all the major animals and even some rarer ones, such as a serval cat.
One improvement we would suggest is to group travellers who stay in the same or nearby lodges, as this would reduce travel time and allow for more game drives. Another small downside was that our driver became impatient when a tour member requested to look for lion cubs, repeatedly saying he could not guarantee sightings. While we understand this, a bit more patience and warmth would have made the experience even better.
Overall, we would still highly recommend booking a tour with Wild Horizon, just with a request for a more patient and welcoming guide.

The communication was okay, if something arised they proactively tried to solve the problems.
We received a good airport pick up service even if it was a late time. However the game driver, we felt a bit disappointed about the communication style and how he managed the complaints raised by the customers.

The best tour guide we could have asked for!
Abu and the team with Wild Horizon Safaris were top tier. No matter what question or request I had at any time the entire team was prepared to answer. Their knowledge about the amazing animals we saw or culture we learned about was deep and authentic. The cars were in great condition and the popped top was such a fun way to see everything while not getting blasted by dust the entire time. I couldn’t recommend this group more!!

It was just perfect
I can’t imagine a better tour honestly. 6 safari cars of my friends. I’ve never seen animals so close, it was my dream to see baby animals. We were lucky to see all the animals!
The food was actually good, and the accommodation was great, clean and cozy.

Such an Amazing experience with so much too see
I had an awesome experience with Wild Safari. We spent several days in the Serengeti with a group of 36 people, and everything was well organized from start to finish. We saw an incredible variety of animals and had plenty of great wildlife sightings throughout the trip.
The drivers were professional, knowledgeable, and made us feel safe the entire time. Everything ran smoothly, and it was clear the team knew what they were doing. The whole experience exceeded my expectations, and I made a lot of great memories along the way.
I would definitely recommend Wild Safari to anyone looking to experience the Serengeti. Great value, great people, and an unforgettable trip.

SO much fun and an unforgettable experience.
If you're having second guesses about finally booking this trip, don't hesitate any longer. The entire trip was very well organized by an amazing staff that made us feel safe the whole time. The guides are very knowledgeable and love to share anything and everything about their country, you might actually become very good friends with them :) Truly an unforgettable experience that will be with me the rest of my life!

This Safari was the best trip I have ever been on. It was well organized and I felt so safe the entire time, that allowed me to relax and enjoy the beauty of Africa! The guides knew all the best spots to take us to catch a sighting of the animals. By the end of the trip it felt like the guides had become our friends, and it was sad to say goodbye! 100% worth every penny in tenfold, I would do it again in a heartbeat!

Fun, safe, adventurous and exciting!
The safari we went on was absolutely incredible. Most importantly - all of the guides were absolutely incredible. Their knowledge about the terrain and animals was impressive, their excitement for our tours was palpable and their energy so fun! We felt so incredibly safe and take. Care of the entire time. They went out of their way to make sure we had drinks, delicious food, charged speakers and anything we needed in the cars. They never rushed us, and took us to the best of the best spots. The cars were comfortable and spacious. I cannot say thank you enough!!
