perfect
I was able to fulfill a long-held dream. The operator was truly supportive and considerate throughout. Even when I struggled with a system error during the deposit payment, they worked together with me to find a solution. During the trip, I also received many thoughtful messages, which I greatly appreciated. The safari itself went smoothly in every aspect, and the driver understood our wishes, giving us enough time to spot the animals we wanted to see. I wholeheartedly recommend this to everyone.

Very caring and kind!
The tour was really nice, and the operator and the whole team were caring and very kind. At the end of our tour, we were dropped off at our next location, which was a little bit farther away, but the operator made sure we were driven there by car. The safari itself was amazing – we saw so many animals and really enjoyed every moment. All in all, it was a great experience with a company that felt much more lovable and genuine than the big and expensive providers in the area. I can definitely recommend it!

Extremely attentive, flexible to requests that made the experience truly unforgettable.
Jackline took great care of us. We booked a two-day safari, and we didn’t miss a thing. Everything was included in the price as agreed. We were picked up from our accommodation and dropped off at another one after the safari. Jackline made our individual wishes possible, which made us feel very comfortable. A handsome guy, who knows a lot about the animals and guve you great information about them
The organization was flawless. We were picked up at our hotel and dropped off on time at the meeting point for the start of the tour. The tour guides are very upright and cheerful people, the lodge was just awesome! Great food, great evening activities and everyone had a smile on their face!
We will remember this safari tour for the rest of our lives.

The safari in the Serengeti was honestly the most incredible experience I’ve ever had to see such lush wildlife in its natural habitat felt like being let in on a secret I couldn’t recommend an experience more. Our tour operator was so helpful and didn’t mind the amount of questions that we’ve bombarded them with, they were always happy to clarify and help. While on the safari due to lack of numbers we had to combine with another group but the guide was still amazing. We camped instead of lodging which was so incredibly to hear the zebras and hyenas making sounds and existing all around us in the camp as we slept 10/10 moment. However be warned the facilities can be a little harsh if you aren’t big on outdoors or have much experience, in one camp bathroom there were no lights or toilet paper or hot water for showers & in the other tho we had hot water and lights there were mosquitoes and spiders. Also be prepared for early starts during our tour we had breakfast at 6am to be on the road soon after. You also want to bring things like towels, pillows and soap. And if you’re like me and was a bit skeptical of the food don’t worry chef cooked up a wonderfully delicious and balanced meal every time and it was so lovely to have a sit down meal like a group of friends & family every day.

Best time adventures has been an amazing company for our safari, from the very beginning when we were thinking of doing a safari we got in contact with best time adventures and right away they tried to meet our needs in anyway possible even suggesting other safari experience that might interest us which to us spoke to their character. No matter what time day or night we messaged or how many questions we had they were always happy to help. They arranged our transfers from the airport to our hotel and after the safari ended to another hotel. We didn’t want to carry our big suitcases all around the Serengeti so a member of staff, Jacqueline, was kind enough to pick up our suitcases and hold them in their office for us. As for the safari itself well we couldn’t be more amazed, the food was amazing, the views were unlike anything we have ever seen and totally breathtaking, and experiencing wildlife up close as nature intended more than anything I can imagine but be warned you will have very early starts to your day but it was worth it I cannot recommend more.

I had the absolute best time in my safari. I was with the best group of people and our tour guide was super knowledgeable and really cared about not only us but also the animals in the parks and respecting them and their space. Best Time Adventures makes sure that where ever you are you can be picked up and gotten to the right place. They are super accommodating to whatever you need!
