A magical experience
Communication with the company was excelkent at every time of the day.
We were very pleased to be abbke to costumise our trip with one night in luxury lodge and second night in camping. It was the perfect mix to get the full experience of a safari!
Other than that, the safari itself was magical, we saw way more than expected.

My safari with Jambo Masai Tours was absolutely amazing! The breathtaking landscapes and diverse wildlife were beyond anything we could have imagined. Camping under the stars added a magical touch to the entire experience and made it truly one of a kind.
Nuru, our guide, was phenomenal. His ability to spot wildlife from afar was nothing short of fascinating. Thanks to him, we got incredibly close to the animals and learned so much about their behavior and habitats. His knowledge and passion for the job made the trip even more special. I would highly recommend him to anyone planning a safari.
Yohani, our chef, was another highlight of the trip. Not only did he prepare fresh, delicious meals every day, but his cheerful personality and funny jokes kept everyone entertained.

A lot to see, great experience
Just wrapped up an incredible safari experience! We saw everything from majestic lions and elephants to herds of zebras grazing in the wild. Every moment felt like a scene from a nature documentary, and our guide’s knowledge made it even more unforgettable. Definitely a bucket list experience!

Best Organisator in town and fair prices
I had the best experience with this company.
From beginning to end it was perfectly organized for me. Even the price for my 4 day trip you can’t get for a better price. Rafi cared about everything and asked if everything is good.
Also a big compliment to the Chef Mathew and Praise the driver. They made the best job and we had so much fun with them.

Always available to care all of my needs
Raphael from jambo masai tours was always here to accomidate, answer, prepare anything from moths in advance to during safari, right until the end. Very grateful, flexible, so i had every day according to my wishes. Including also driving to kilimanjaro and back. Everything went smoothly so i had unforgetable experience. There was too much food and i saw a lot of animals, some really close, some really rare. A lot for great price. Thank you for arranging this trip!

the tour in the nationalparks itself was unbelievable great, our driver David (so fun and invested in finding the wild animals and perfect spot to look at them) and our cook Richard made the trip special (every meal was fresh and tasty)
Our other drivers Abu and Josef were great as well !

Reasonable, good and quick servuce, Kind hearted
This agency is very professional. They are kind in suggestions and quick in reply. They are eagerly to help us and make us comfortable.
They are reliable and men of words. I spent 3 days in serengeti and ngorongoro. From the airport pick up service to the last follow up, it was great. Contact with Raphael, he will arrange everything including your budget. I prefer ngorongoro because all animals are gathered around and the calmness. If you have baby, you had better seeing the ngorongoro only because you have to ride long in serengeti. Safari njema!

Trip of a lifetime
Our safari trip in the central Serengeti and ngorongoro crater with jambo masai tours was an absolute dream come true. We visited as part of our honeymoon and we feel so privileged to have had this experience.
From our initial booking, we had excellent communication from the team updating us regularly and answering any questions we had. There was changes to our accommodation due to renovations however this was all explained and didn’t effect our trip at all.
The whole trip was incredible value for money compared to other companies we had enquired with and we definitely did not feel there was anything missing.
We had transport arranged from our hotel to Zanzibar airport where we then flew to Arusha to board a tiny plane to the Serengeti (seronera airstrip). The small plane was such an experience, we saw giraffes whilst landing at one of the stops which really started our safari off on a high. We were then collected in our safari vehicle which transported us throughout our safari and took us to Arusha airport at the end of our trip for our flight home.
Our accomadation was amazing especially safari heaven. Being right among the animals in the Serengeti was such a beautiful surreal experience and one of the highlights of our trips was lying in bed hearing the hyenas calling just outside.
Our guide Isaya (Isaih) was just the loveliest guide we could have asked for. He really made our trip. He was so friendly and kind and so incredibly knowledgable about the areas we visited on safari and all the animals. We learned so much from him. Couldn’t imagine our trip without him. Thanks to Isaya’s knowledge and experience we had so many amazing encounters with so many animals and he made sure we seen everything we wanted to prioritise. For us it was elephants and lions and we fortunately seen both several times. Please pass on our gratitude to him again.
We also booked a hot air balloon ride as part of our package. I don’t think I will ever be able to get over how utterly magical this was. Flying in a hot air balloon seeing all the animals below was so special and definitely the highlight of our trip.
We already are wishing to come back one day maybe with our children when they are a bit older and wouldnt hesitate to book with jambo again. We will be recommending jambo masai tours to all our friends and family.
