Amazing!
I had an incredible experience from start to finish! Their team was responsive, with super quick replies to every email when arranging the tour, and they kept up the same quick response even after payment, addressing all my questions with ease. The pick-up was perfectly on time, and they arranged comfortable accommodations both before and after the tour.
The bed was cozy, making for a restful stay, and the tour itself exceeded expectations – we spotted all of the Big Five! The food was delicious, and the vehicle was comfortable, just as they promised. Truly an amazing team, delivering on every detail and making this an unforgettable experience!

Unforgettable safari with an agency that cares!
Jambo Masai Tours provided a highly professional and enjoyable safari to Amboseli, Tarangire, Serengeti National Parks and Ngorongoro Crater in October 2025. They were very responsive to emails and helped us to personalise our itinerary in advance of our arrival. Our guide Brighton was excellent and very knowledgeable and passionate about the animals, the landscape, and the culture of Tanzania. We learnt a lot and felt like we were welcomed to Tanzania by a friend. The lodges we stayed at were all fantastic, the food was delicious and even lunch was a hearty meal each time. The vehicle we travelled in was comfortable with lots of space, and we felt at home. If you are considering booking a safari with Jambo Masai Tours, do not hesitate, as you won't regret it! We had a trip of a lifetime and really felt considered and cared for throughout. Thank you Brighton, Raphael, and Hadija!

Enjoyable
Jambo Masai Tours found us a great safari tour guide in suricata safari. Rafael from Jambo tours was professional and accessible. He was always got back to us promptly when we had enquiries before and during the safari trip and made us feel at ease.
Felix, our tour guide from suricata safaris was humble, engaging, informative and kind. He had a genuine love and respect for the animals which resonated with me. We were well looked after throughout the whole trip.
Both of these gentlemen made mine and my girlfriend’s 3 day safari trip a success. I recommend Jambo tours to everyone!

WHAT AN ADVENTURE! Words cannot describe how incredibly blessed I am to have spent my time in Africa with the Jambo Masai Team! They have been nothing short of incredible during my 7 day trip to Tanzania! During planning, I chose Jambo Masai as they were the most affordable option, usually meaning the tours compromise in quality. I could not be more wrong! For the past week I’ve been treated with respect, love, kindness, enthusiasm and life changing learning experiences! Jambo Masai, you will see this face again, whether it’s for Kilimanjaro, Coffee classes, Safari tour and every little experience in between.
