Akando, with Mr. Richard as a guide, was professional and friendly.
We had an amazing 3-day safari, wisiting both Serengeti and Ngororo. The guide, Mr. Richard was truly professional and made us feel very welcome. We got to see 4 of "the big 5" even though the grass at this time of year makes it difficult. We also got to encounter lions from very close, and our guide did his very best to make our safari memorable. The accomodation on this trip (Serena Hotel) couldn't have been better. Amazing atmosphere, great food and great people.

3-day safari with Akondo Adventures: great guide, seamless transfers, stunning parks, and top lodges
The safari organized by Akondo Adventures was absolutely outstanding! We were a group of 7 people, and everyone was extremely satisfied with the entire experience. The trip included seamless transfers from Zanzibar to Arusha and visits to the breathtaking Tarangire and Ngorongoro National Parks. Our guide, David, accompanied us throughout the three days of the safari, and he was exceptional—knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and always attentive to every detail. The accommodations were fantastic: we stayed at Tarangire Simba Lodge in Tarangire and Baghayo Lodge near the Ngorongoro Gate. The organization was truly exemplary, making this an unforgettable experience.

The most amazing experience I have ever seen !
Exceptional!!!! The best travel memory of my life, 3 unforgettable days of safari thanks to our incredible guide, Felix.
Day 1: Off to Tarangire, home to majestic elephants and graceful, elegant giraffes. The first day was already breathtaking, filled with stunning sights, and we ended it with our first night in the park at Simba Lodge. Dining with antelopes resting in the garden was a highlight.
Then came the grand second day: Destination Ngorongoro Crater, probably the most unforgettable experience of my life—a true return to the cradle of humanity. It felt like the animated movie The Lion King came to life before our wide-eyed, childlike wonder. Along the way, Felix shared everything about the ecosystem and the incredible wildlife so close to us. He also revealed fascinating insights into the Maasai people, who line the roads in their colorful, elegant attire.
Upon arriving at Ngorongoro, we were lucky to start with lions sleeping in the trees, and at the center of the crater, we were surrounded by wildebeests, zebras, antelopes, and warthogs—a moment of unparalleled beauty in my eyes.
This second day was absolutely extraordinary—I lack the words to fully capture it. The magic of the place, combined with Felix’s passionate explanations and his impeccably skilled driving (an essential detail on these winding, awe-inspiring roads), made it unforgettable.
The third and final day: No less spectacular, this time heading to Lake Manyara, where the lush flora perfectly complemented the abundant wildlife. « The Lion King » gave way to « The Jungle Book » as we encountered an incredible variety of monkeys and even a (thankfully sleeping) python. Yet another vibrant, exceptional day.
You’ve probably guessed it by now—this safari is extraordinary, and I highly recommend it to anyone, young or old, dreaming of awe and wonder.
Above all, a huge thank you to Felix for making these 3 days so magical and unforgettable. If you’re lucky enough to have him as your guide and driver, you won’t be disappointed.

I had an amazing three-day safari experience with Akondo Adventure Safari, exploring Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater. The highlight of my trip was the incredible balloon ride, which offered breathtaking views of the landscapes. I was fortunate to have a knowledgeable and friendly tour guide who made the journey even more enjoyable. On the last day, I met Boris, another member of the Akondo team, who added a personal touch to the experience. The entire trip was well organized, and the team treated me with great care. I highly recommend Akondo Adventure Safari for anyone looking for a memorable safari adventure

Wonderful experience
We spent 3 days safari in Serengeti and Ngorngoro.
The trip was advised by Boris. It was a pleasure to communicate with him, very professional and polite.
Our guide David was knowledgeable and calm. He showed us a great number of animals and told many stories about them. The flights, accommodation and food were good. We go back home with great memories from Tanzania.

Excellent Safari in Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater
We had a great time for 2 days on safari with Akondo! Our tour guide Richard had an excellent eye, and found all the «big five» animals for us in just two days. Our guide was very informative and we learned a lot on the way. We stayed at Moyo in Serengeti for one night. The luxury tents was amazing, such good beds, and a very large tent! The campfire overlooking Serengeti was also breathtaking. It felt very authentic as you could hear all the animals. Loved it! Very easy too book with Akondo, they booked everything in advance. We are very happy with this operator.

Akondo has been an exceptional and reliable partner, guiding us step by step in organizing and making our trip a reality. We are a family of five (children aged 8 to 13), and after thoroughly evaluating numerous agencies, we chose them. What impressed us was their in-depth knowledge of the area, transparency, prompt communication, punctuality, and willingness to create an itinerary tailored to our needs. Boris, the agency's manager, developed a personalized proposal, promptly addressing all our questions during the quotation phase, trip preparation, route planning, selection of accommodations, local guide arrangements, and providing all the necessary advice to prepare for this unique adventure. Our 15-day trip to Tanzania began with a stay in Zanzibar, where we enjoyed snorkeling in the coral reef and relaxing on white sandy beaches, followed by an 8-day safari in the northern parks. Akondo assisted us in choosing the best routes, activities, and places to stay, allowing us to safely enjoy a truly magnificent experience for the entire family.
In particular, the second part of the trip involved exploring the northern parks of Tanzania: Arusha Park, Tarangire, Serengeti, Lake Manyara, and NgoroNgoro Crater. Richard, our guide, was an outstanding companion. His extensive knowledge of the area and wildlife, along with his experience as a guide in the parks and with children, allowed us to fully enjoy the safari. Throughout the week, we encountered the Big 5, the Shiny 5, some of the Small and Impossible 5, along with various other animals such as rhinos, black monkeys, baboons, monitor lizards, and eagles. All of this was delivered with detailed explanations, utmost safety, full comfort, and excellent accommodations, including campsites within the Serengeti. We highly recommend this agency, and we will certainly contact them again for our next trip to this beautiful country.

Perfect
We had the most incredible two-day safari experience in Tanzania with Akondo Adventure. From start to finish, everything was absolutely flawless. The staff was kind, professional, and incredibly well-organized, and our guide was outstanding—knowledgeable, efficient, and always ready to help with a smile. The itinerary was carefully planned down to the smallest detail. All schedules were respected, and we traveled in complete comfort throughout. We visited the breathtaking Tarangire National Park and the Ngorongoro Crater, both of which left us speechless. Akondo also took care of all our transfers, both at the beginning and end of the trip, which made everything smooth and stress-free. What truly stood out was how the team went above and beyond when we had a personal issue with an external booking. Even though it wasn’t their responsibility, they stepped in immediately and helped us resolve everything without hesitation. Their genuine care and support made all the difference. To top it all off, the lodge where we stayed was absolutely charming—peaceful, beautifully set, and the perfect place to relax after a day in the wild. This was truly a dream experience, and we are so grateful to Akondo Adventure for making it so special. Highly recommended!

Perfect organization of the entire Safari from the very beginning of the booking stage
Perfect organisation of the entire safari by Boris, from pick-up and drop-off at the hotel on Zanzibar and actually from the very beginning of the booking stage. Our guide-driver, Evance tried very hard to provide us with amazing impression, succesfully of course. We started of every day safari in a clean 4x4 private safari vehicle and we stayed in comfortable and very clean lodges.
