This is the good one.

A very good experience. I highly recommend it. The guide was able to get very close to the animals and knew every secret spot, both for finding them and for eating afterward. Moses was always checking on us to make sure we were okay. The food was very good, so we felt safe and healthy, and we felt completely taken care of. Moses gave us some lovely gifts, so it was much better than we expected. We saw many more animals than we anticipated, and without feeling scared. It was very, very good. Thank you, Kiliclimb.

A very nice experience. I fully recommend it. The guide was able to get very close to the animals and knew every hidden place to find them or even to have lunch. Moses was always checking on us to make sure we were okay. The food was very good, so we felt safe, healthy, and taken care of. Moses gave us gifts, so it was all over what we expected. We saw more animals than we ever imagined, and very close up without being afraid. Very, very nice. Thank you, Kiliclimb.

Great experience, great team
5/5

When we decided to climb Mount Kilimanjaro, we wanted to go with a local Tanzanian company. Our research led us to Kiliclimb, and we were very happy with our experience with the Kiliclimb Team. There was friendly, helpful, concise and timely communication with Janeth as we planned our trip from afar. They created a WhatsApp group so everyone could exchange as we planned our safari and the Kilimanjaro trek. The team answered all our questions withing hours if not minutes. They also provided brief updates to my wife while we were on the trek. We met with Moses from the Kiliclimb office and Baraka, the lead guide, the day before we started our adventure who briefed us on the climb and together we looked at all our gear to ensure that we were well equipped for the climb. The next day we went from Arusha to the trailhead with the entire team (guide, assistant guide, cook, porters) and started the trek. This was a team effort and everyone on the Kiliclimb Team supported us throughout our journey. The 15 member team was great, each member focused on our safety, comfort, and wellbeing. The team’s work is very difficult, besides carrying our equipment, their equipment, the camp setup, and food/water, there was a “runner” who was off straight away every morning to ensure we would have a good place at the camps. When we arrived at the camps, our tent and a dining tent were in place. The cook and waiter ensured that we had hot drinks on the trail and when we arrived. Considering the logistics of food preparation en route, there was variety on the menu, and the meals were very good. The soups at lunch and dinner were especially good, they immediately took away the cold edge of the rainy days. They spoiled us at night with hot water bottles for our sleeping bags, this was a wonderful surprise! The guides were excellent. They provided information on the mountain, flora, weather, and history of Kilimanjaro and the surrounding area. The team’s welcome to the mountain was special. The guide and the team sang call and response, which was infectious, we danced in the party atmosphere as well with others from surrounding campsites who joined the fun. We felt the genuine warmth of the Tanzanian culture from each member of the team. Considering we were caught in an early rainy season and were soaked most of the time, this never dampened the spirit of the team. The Lomosho trail was challenging and the guides ensured our safety during the ascends (and descends!) on the slippery trails and while scrambling Barranco Wall. Don’t miss kissing rock at the wall! The guides planned the climb to summit so that we arrived at sunrise; the timing was perfect. It was cold, but the sky was clear and we had panoramic views from the summit. The snow, glacier, surrounding volcanic landscape with the rising sun was surreal. The eight days helped with acclimation; we didn’t have any issues arriving at the summit. The last day was bittersweet; we were coming down (literally) and didn’t want our adventure to end. We sang and danced in the morning before we left camp, the team’s spirit carried us down the mountain. We were very happy that we went with a local company and were able to support the people of Tanzania. We appreciated the professionalism, but also the transparency of the Kiliclimb team and being able to give tips to each member of the team individually, which does not necessarily happen with other companies.
One dream, one team!
We highly recommend a trek with the Kiliclimb Team.

An unforgettable safari with a passionate guide, great food, and the best memories—highly recommende
5/5

Our 3 days on this safari have been absolutely perfect! Our guide was incredibly passionate and went above and beyond every single day to ensure we could see as many animals as possible. Even after the game drives ended in the evening, he selflessly dedicated his time to share fascinating stories about Tanzania and the Masai history with us.
He was always smiling and kept us so happy throughout the entire trip. Also, the food was excellent and suited our Korean palates perfectly; they accommodated all our special food requests without hesitation. He even helped us take amazing photos! We are leaving with unforgettable memories, and we cannot thank the team enough for this phenomenal experience. Highly recommended!

Professional team, incredible wildlife sightings, and the most caring safari guide we could imagine.
5/5

We discovered Kiliclimb Africa Safaris through a Korean travel blogger and contacted them for a quote. They offered several itinerary options and gave us a very reasonable proposal, which made us feel confident about booking with them.

When we arrived at Kilimanjaro Airport in Tanzania, a Kiliclimb driver was already waiting to pick us up and take us directly to our hotel in Arusha. We didn’t have to worry about finding a taxi, explaining directions, or contacting the agency after arrival. Everything was arranged smoothly and we could simply relax after a long flight.

At the hotel, Moses personally came to welcome us. He explained our upcoming itinerary and even brought us welcome gifts – a Maasai blanket, a hat, and a Kiliclimb t-shirt. The quality of the gifts was surprisingly good and it immediately showed how much care they put into their guests.

We flew from Arusha to Serengeti by small plane, and that’s where we finally met our guide, Terry. He greeted us with champagne and even installed a “Just Married” tire cover on the back of our safari vehicle for our honeymoon. It was such a small but thoughtful gesture, and it made the entire safari feel even more special.

Terry took incredible care of us throughout the trip. He always searched for the best picnic spots and clearly had great relationships with staff at the lodges and park areas, which made the experience even smoother.

The most important part of a safari is wildlife sightings, and we saw an incredible amount of animals. We saw leopards three times, including one eating its prey. We watched a lioness nursing her cubs right next to our vehicle. We also saw four lionesses working together to hunt wildebeest – and even watched them walk back after a failed hunt.

Rhinos are known to be one of the hardest animals to see in Serengeti, but Terry managed to show us rhinos three times. One time we even saw five rhinos together in the distance.

We also saw huge buffalo herds, elephants eating grass and playing with their trunks, and groups of elephants crossing roads and rivers together. Other animals we encountered included cheetahs, dik-diks, warthogs, snakes, vultures, monkeys, impalas, and topis.

Seeing wildlife is partly luck, but the guide’s skill is extremely important. Even if an animal is nearby, most people wouldn’t notice it without an experienced guide. Terry had an incredible eye. At one point he spotted only the tail of a leopard hidden in a tree and managed to guide us to see the entire animal.

I asked many questions during the safari – about animals, insects, and nature – and Terry answered everything with deep knowledge and enthusiasm.

Meanwhile, the Kiliclimb office team checked in with us every day. They asked how we were feeling, whether everything was going well with the guide, and if we needed anything. Whenever we arrived at a lodge or destination, we received a message confirming everything was okay. It really felt like they truly cared.

Moses told us on the first day to think of Kiliclimb as family, and throughout the trip they truly treated us that way.

Terry also took many photos and videos for us, and even joined our funny Instagram reel moments. Those small interactions created wonderful memories.

I know many Korean travelers carefully research safari companies and share their experiences. The fact that so many Koreans choose Kiliclimb speaks for the quality of their service.

I strongly recommend Kiliclimb Africa Safaris. Our honeymoon safari became one of the most unforgettable experiences of our lives thanks to them.

A dream safari made perfect by Kiliclimb’s caring team and our amazing guide Terry.
5/5

Seeing wild animals in the Serengeti has been my lifelong dream. When my husband said we could go there for our honeymoon, I basically planned the whole trip and brought him along with me.

Choosing the safari company was the most important decision for me, so I spent a lot of time researching. I discovered Kiliclimb Africa Safaris through a Korean travel blog and contacted them for a quote. They offered several itinerary options and the pricing was very reasonable, which made me feel comfortable booking with them.

When we arrived at Kilimanjaro Airport, a Kiliclimb driver was already waiting for us and took us directly to our hotel in Arusha. After such a long international flight, it was really nice not having to figure out transportation or explain directions.

At the hotel, Moses from the Kiliclimb team came to personally welcome us and explain the upcoming itinerary. He also gave us gifts including a Maasai blanket, a hat, and a Kiliclimb t-shirt. It was such a thoughtful welcome.

From Arusha we flew by small plane to Serengeti and met our guide Terry. Because we were on our honeymoon, he even prepared champagne and put a “Just Married” tire cover on the safari vehicle. It was a small gesture but it made the experience feel even more special.

During the safari we saw so many animals: lions, elephants, buffalo, cheetahs, monkeys, impalas and even a leopard. Seeing them in the wild with my own eyes felt surreal.

One of the most unforgettable moments happened at night in our tent camp. We could hear lions walking outside the tent. It was a little scary but also incredibly exciting, because it made the Serengeti feel so real.

I also enjoyed learning some Swahili during the trip. Terry happily taught us words and phrases and it made the experience even more fun.

The Kiliclimb office team also checked on us every day to make sure everything was going well and that we were comfortable with the guide.

This safari truly fulfilled a lifelong dream for me. It became one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life and I would absolutely recommend Kiliclimb Africa Safaris to anyone planning a trip to Serengeti.

Budget Safari but still a great experience
4/5

This was a budget trip, sleeping in canvas tents and a room with comfy bed one night. Only the one place had a warm shower but that did not worry us at all. Food was basic but delicious and ample. The 4x4 vehicle was comfortable considering road conditions with a pop up roof. Our driver was excellent in difficult road conditions and we saw everything, big five, hyenas and lions feeding and much more.
