Eccellent! 5 stars for tour operator Mark and the amazing game Drive.
The best part of all is tour operator Mark and his game drive! Mark makes this adventure unforgettable, he makes us feel safe and like home during all the time.
Best Safari ever, we see all the big five and more thanks to Mark patience and compentence.
Sorry that We had some problems initially with comunications and organization part, but, at the end , the Safari tour was Perfect!

Perfect! Experience that will do again
5 stars for Mark's tour operator, a beautiful and unforgettable safari that we thoroughly enjoyed and want to experience again! An exciting experience, all our wishes were fulfilled and all our needs were listened to.
Unfortunately, we initially had communication and organizational issues with the agency, which cost us a little more than we had budgeted. We're sorry for this, and it was the only flaw.

Fantastic journey. Our experienced guide Gilbert took us through the safari as we saw all of the Big 5. He gave us an informed insight into each animal and was very patient. I would highly recommend.

Efficient & good communication
Our guide Gilbert was amazing! He knew all the right places and had great sense of direction. His driving was also good on these crazy roads, making our journeys so comfortable. He is super approachable and patient and friendly.
NDUTU has great customer service, always just a text message away and quick to respond to queries.
I recommend these to anyone seeking to book a safari.

Wonderful safari
The team organized a well planned 3 days safari + One day trip to Kilimanjaro. Our safari guide Tony was very friendly incredible supporting in every aspect of the journey. We were able to see all big five and get close enough to get beautiful pictures. The lodges were amazing as in the pictures shared. All the people/staff were really kind and helpful... Simply Hakuna Matata and pole pole :)

Amazing last_minute safari
Had an amazing last-minute safari with Ndutu Green Explorers! Tom in the office was incredibly helpful, organizing everything seamlessly and accommodating our specific requests professionally. Zadock, our guide, was excellent—knowledgeable, friendly, and ensured a five-star experience with the big five sightings. Accommodations were top-notch, and they effortlessly catered to my dietary needs. A truly positive experience!

Ommy is the absolute BEST, with incredible knowledge. He made our experience a dream come true!
We were a group of four and did four nights and five full days. They coordinated picking us up from our flight the night before, and Ombeni (Ommy) greeted us with arms open and big smiles and excitement.
We very easily could’ve done a week plus.
We traveling through Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorogoro Crater, and it was a life changing dream come true experience!
Tom was excellent working with in pretrip planning and really listened to the places we wanted to visit, and where we wanted to stay for our overnights.
If there is anything you do in this world once, go on a safari, and BOOK WITH NDUTU and request Ombeni as your guide!

Omi was a very knowledgeable and experienced tour guide.
From first contact months before the safari, to the day we met and started the safari, everything was communicated very clearly and everything was as discussed. Tom was very helpful with organising everything before hand and while we were there. Omi our tour guide was exceptional and went above and beyond everyday to make our safari experience a very memorable one. I would 100% recommend Ndutu tours to anyone wanting to do a safari.

Caring and professional experience
We took a chance and booked our 6 day 5 night safari with Ndutu Green Explorers. One of the reasons we chose this company was that they were not overly pushy with trying to sell us the package and were open to suggestions about changes. Tom was quick to reply to all my emails and even though it took us weeks to decide he was always patient with us and responded in a plesant manner. Everything was explained to us about our booking for the private 2 person safari. Communications was top notch and once where we had a mis understanding about some documentation this was quickly rectified and new quotes sent over listing all the required detail.
Our package included flights to and from Zanzibar and pick up from our accomodation went smoothly and the flights were comfortable and convenient. My friend is Italian and speaks English but not very well so we were offered an Italian speaking guide. This was invaluable to her having an enjoyable experience because the guide was able to explain things to her in Italian where I was not. The tour itself was good and I liked that it included some alcoholic drinks and snacks in the vehicle as part of the package. This reduced our overall cost as we didn't have to worry about stopping to buy expensive snacks and drinks from shops during the trip. We travelled because of my friend's birthday. Tom arranged to have a cake brought out to her on one of the dinners and she received a traditional singing and dancing routine from the staff at that accomodation when they brought out the cake.
We had a mix of accomodation of varying levels of comfort but the vehicle was very comfortable the entire journey. As there was only 2 of us we had loads of space to move around. We had hot meals for every lunch and my friend said it was the best chicken she's ever had. I'm vegetarian and the meals weren't the best for me but there was something that I could have. I ended up towards the end taking makeshift sandwiches from the breakfast spread to have for my lunches which was fine. We were able to tailor the drives a bit and the driver focused on trying to find animals that we were most interested in seeing. We got to see all of the big 5 which I felt extremely lucky as I've been on safari before and didn't manage to spot a leopard on that occasion.
Payment was extremely easy and I liked that we were able to pay via credit card, though at an additional cost, before we arrived as that eliminated the concerns of travelling with a lot of cash. I highly recommend using this company for your safari needs.
