Lifetime experience!
It was a wonderful experience, and I was pleasantly surprised. From the very first contact, all my questions were answered in real time and with detailed information that gave me the confidence to book the safari by Gasper.
The accommodations were excellent. In the Serengeti, I had the unforgettable experience of sleeping in the middle of the savannah, surrounded by the sounds of wildlife, yet enjoying a level of comfort far beyond what you’d expect from a mid-range tour.
A special mention goes to our guide, Nestory. I have never met such a professional guide—he was incredibly knowledgeable about the routes, wildlife, and the region. His driving skills, time management, and ability to maximize every moment of the safari were outstanding. Truly an above-the-curve professional who made the entire journey even more remarkable.
In the end, they coordinated our trip with another group, but everything went as promised and the group safari altough increased the complexity on the logistic, I really liked to met new people and that made the offer more affordable for what we wanted to see

Everything was amazing! From the beginning Joel answered to all our questions and reassured us about the organisation and the professionalism of the team.
We’ve booked a 6 days safari and I think it was the best solution.
At the arrival they coordinated our trip with another group, but everything was incredibly organised.
Every day we were seeing different places, with a lot of variation in the vegetation and in the wild life so we never got bored.
The accommodations were incredible, everything was so well organised. In the Serengeti, we had the unforgettable opportunity to sleep in a tented camp in the middle of the park, surrounded by the sounds of wildlife.
Everyone, in every place, was incredibly nice, always looking forward for our wellness, making us feel like home.
A special mention goes to our guide, Elisha. He was so professional, very good driver and really knowledgeable about wildlife, Masai culture and history. He was always trying to give us the best by looking for every animal and taking us to the best spots. It’s thanks to him if we were able to find all the Big 5.
In the end, everything was really perfect and I would really recommend this experience and this company to everyone.

Easy and accurate.
It was easy to dealt with this company from the beginning. I asked for quotations on safaris to several companies and they were quick to answer and to answer all my questions. Perfect organisation, wonderful memories
5⭐️/5 Pilgrigames Safari did not let us down. When I started asking for quotes in spring it was so hard to decide which operator we should confide in. Joel Raymond stepped in from the start. He was reaching out punctually and gently explaining everything and helping us organize the vacation of a lifetime. From designing the right itinerary to finding the perfect accomodation. Considering the competitive prices it was almost too good to be true. From airport pickup to safari management we always felt looked after. Joel stayed in touch through the all vacation to receive feedbacks and help us if needed.
The guide Adrian was so kind during all the safari and made sure we had a perfect and unforgettable experience!
Cherry on top: after thinking and rethinking about it we also added the air balloon safari to our tour on our last day in Serengeti. It was pure magic: seeing the dawn and the savannah waking up was a spectacle we will never forget.
For our last day in Tanzania we even added an excursion at the Kilimanjaro Foothills to see the Materanu Waterfall: what a change of scenery where the jungle thrives. We were lucky enough to see the peak of this gentle giant on our way to the airport.

Joel was available at all hours of the day and night to answer our questions and assist with the planning. He put together a phenomenal tour for us, and the lodges he selected were beyond our expectations, offering excellent food and wonderfully friendly staff. Every evening he checked in with us to hear about our day and to make sure everything had gone well.
Our driver was fantastic—kind, helpful, always punctual, and eager to share his deep knowledge of the animals. He made sure we spotted the Big Five and even tracked down every other animal we asked to see. Truly an outstanding guide.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were always plentiful, with water and drinks readily available. Compared to other tours, we felt the value for money was unbeatable.
A safari is an experience everyone should have at least once in their lifetime—words simply can’t capture the feeling it gives you.

Joel, the agent, was always extremely helpful during the planning phase of our safari. He was precise with the quotes and very attentive and supportive throughout our days in Tanzania.
Our driver Kisamo was exceptional – always punctual, attentive to our needs, highly skilled at driving through the rough roads of the parks, and able to answer all our questions about the wildlife and local history.

We had an incredible 7-day safari in Tanzania that exceeded all our expectations. From the start, the travel agency staff were so friendly and reliable — when they learned we had to stay an extra night due to our flight, they immediately arranged it without hesitation. That really showed how caring they are.
Our guide, Benjamin, was fantastic — knowledgeable, patient, and always looking out for us. Even when there was a small disagreement with another tour group, he handled it with professionalism and kept everything smooth.
We visited Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, Tarangire, and were lucky enough to see all of the Big Five. The absolute highlight was witnessing the wildebeest river crossing — a true once-in-a-lifetime sight.

Our operator, Pilgrim Safari Tours, perfectly planned and operated our 4-day safari.
We had a wonderful four-day safari in Tarangire National Park, the Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater. Our driver, Adrian, was very friendly and accommodating, and we had many wonderful moments with him. Adrian chose the best routes for us, found all the animals we wanted to watch, and told us a lot about the country, the people, and the animals. We saw many elephants, lions, zebras, wildebeests, antelopes, but also ostriches, hippos, buffalo, leopards, cheetahs, jackals, warthogs, crocodiles, porcupines, and much more. The encounters with families and their young were particularly exciting. Above all, Adrian was very reliable; we felt at ease the entire time.
