Amazing experience
We had the best guides (Elly and Oscar) and crew (special thanks to our waiter Ashraf) for hiking up Kilimanjaro, super nice and very experienced! The cook provided us with the best food and the whole team was super friendly and supportive.
At Serengeti and Ngorongoro Safari Joseph was our super friendly guide. Only thanks to him we had an amazing time, he knows all the good spots and so much background knowledge to tell you about the flora and fauna. It was an amazing experience!
Thanks to John and his team for organizing this trip! Even though there were a few communication problems we had the very best time.

Best experience
I recently had an unforgettable adventure with Serengeti Wildlife Safaris, and I can’t recommend them enough! We started with an eight-day trek up Mount Kilimanjaro via the stunning Lemosho route. Our guide was truly exceptional—knowledgeable, encouraging, and incredibly attentive. The moment we reached the summit was nothing short of breathtaking, with panoramic views that felt like a dream.
After our climb, we transitioned into an incredible eight-day safari that explored some of Tanzania's most iconic national parks: Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, and Lake Manyara. Each park offered unique wildlife experiences—from the massive elephant herds in Tarangire to the spectacular migrations in the Serengeti. The Ngorongoro Crater was a highlight, where we witnessed a rich diversity of wildlife in a stunning landscape.
We capped off our trip with some well-deserved relaxation on the pristine beaches of Zanzibar, where we soaked up the sun and enjoyed the vibrant local culture.
What truly set this experience apart was the outstanding service from Serengeti Wildlife Safaris. John was incredibly responsive, guiding us through the booking process and ensuring every detail was taken care of, including a seamless airport pickup.
This trip was a perfect blend of adventure, nature, and relaxation, and I can confidently say that Serengeti Wildlife Safaris is the best company for this journey. Me and my friend had an amazing 6-day safari with Serengeti Wildlife Safaris—they are truly the best!
From the start, Serengeti Wildlife Safaris stood out. They were the first to reply to our email, and Varaline was exceptional in handling all our queries. Her prompt and friendly responses made planning the trip so smooth. The itinerary covered the Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Lake Manyara, and even a Kilimanjaro day trip! Varaline ensured everything was well-organized and exactly what we wanted.
Our guide, Richard, made the safari unforgettable. He wasn’t just a professional guide but also an animal expert, skilled driver, and excellent photographer. During our trip, we saw an incredible variety of wildlife, including the Big Five! In Ngorongoro, we spotted lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, and rhinos all in one day. In the Serengeti, we witnessed a lion pride feasting on a buffalo, and Richard shared fascinating details about their hunting techniques. We also saw cheetahs, zebras, giraffes, wildebeests, hippos, and even crocodiles in Lake Manyara. The birdlife was equally breathtaking with flamingos, eagles, and colorful starlings.
Our day trip to Kilimanjaro was the perfect way to wrap up the adventure, giving us a glimpse of the majestic mountain.
In conclusion, Serengeti Wildlife Safaris exceeded all our expectations. Varaline and Richard made this a trip of a lifetime. If you're looking for the best safari experience in Tanzania, I highly recommend them!

Memorable experience, wonderful guides!
Glory and Eric were wonderful guides on our 5 day tour through Ngorongoro, Tarangire, Lake Manyara, and the Serengeti. They are both kind, knowledgeable guides who prioritized our wellbeing and worked hard to ensure we had a great experience. The company was quick to respond and helped us to personalize our itinerary. John even jumped on a call to help talk us through the personalization options. Overall, we were satisfied with the excellent service of Sercer, and we will continue to keep in touch with dear Glory and Eric who were fantastic hosts.
We unfortunately had a few issues. None of these issues got in the way of us having a wonderful experience with a great tour operator, but they are worth mentioning... First, we had vehicle issues which unfortunately cut into how much time we were able to spend exploring the Serengeti. The roads are quite rough so we understood that the vehicle difficulties were hard to avoid. Second, our itinerary changed slightly from what we had agreed upon in advance when we paid for the tour. We were set to stay in a luxury tented area within Ngorongoro, but when that was unavailable, we ended up staying at a lodge that was over an hour away and was not in the nature preserve we had planned for. While the resort was lovely, this was disappointing as it added to driving after a long day and we did not get an updated itinerary was not what we had anticipated. Finally, John organized transportation for us at the end of our tour to return to Dar es Salaam, which was very helpful. However, the driver showed up an hour late, which was disappointing as we woke up early to be ready for the driver.
But overall, these issues were relatively small compared to the wonderful memories we made on the trip. Thank you to the Sercer team for curating an unforgettable experience for us!

The best organization, with the best people at a fair price to go wherever you want to go.
The service was excellent. All the guides were very experienced, they knew everything you asked them. Food and drinks were amazing, very well organized. I am amazed on all the logistics behind the accomodation arrangements and the fresh food provided to a group of at least 5 people, all with different ittineraries and plans. Its was perfectly managed, with the best results which made it possible to get to know all the amazing places north Tanzania has to offer. Eventhough our initial schedule was changed, it was for the best for us to reach our flight back without any inconviniences.

We spent a splendid week with John and his professional team. They worked really hard to accommodate to our needs and were super flexible when we asked for special tours, like Oldavai Gorge. No worry, book this safari compagny
We booked our safari a couple months in advance. We talked with John by Whatsapp. He answered every question we had and was very implicated! You can contact him very easily and he replies quickly (as much as before than during the safari).
We flew to Tanzania. Unfortunately, our luggage was lost during our flights… We were concerned because all of our clothes were in there.
John helped us like no one else! He contacted some friends at the airport, in airline companies… Finally, he managed to recover our luggage and bring it to us into the wild during our safari.
So, we went on with our safari. How to describe it ? Marvellous! Our guide knew all the good spots so we had the chance to see all of the Big five and even more!
The food was great and fresh! We slept on camp sites. It was a little cold but with some thermal clothes and the sleeping bag given by the company, it went fine.
John was very flexible with the organisation of our safari. He also provided us an hotel at the end of the safari and helped us with transports from and to the airport.
In summary, yes, it is a little expensive (like all the others safaris) but it’s worth every penny! You won’t find a better service in Tanzania, trust us 😁
