Amazing

Sam really took his time in giving us a very interesting experience.
He is so much conversant with the wildlife and he is such a good guide with positive vibes.
Not forgeting to mention how he went an extra mile just for us to encounter the real essence of wildlife regardless of whatever came our way.

Experience of half day Nairobi national park tour
The tour was excellent, and the operator was able to accommodate in a very short time span, as I’d only contacted 12 hrs before the trip, and they provided a reasonable rate when compared to other safari operators.
Special mention to our game drive guide Daudi, was extremely knowledgeable and shared lot of information about the animals encountered ( variations, diets, endangered/vulnerable, etc.)

The best from A to Z
I had booked a morning game months ago and due to several bothering and unwanted changes made by the airline I had to update every time with David who always replied within the hour whatever the time I had sent the message.
So the first quality is reactivity
The last change, bothersome of all had me arrive at 6 in the morning whereas I was supposed to arrive in the evening and be picked up at my hotel the following day for the game. David suggested that he could pick me up directly at the airport which he did on the 3rd of September.
When I landed, more than one hour late, he was there patiently waiting for me. and we left on the spot.
Second and third qualities: efficiency and patience
Upon arriving at the gate everything went smooth as the driver and David took care of all the details in a few minutes while I was waiting in the Range Rover.. We then took off to have a wonderful game spotting all the animals I had wanted to see and more, "scanning" the area for any sighting and they did indeed as I had the opportunity to watch a silver hyena feeding on a bird it had just killed. David showed me where the attack had taken place as the hyena had dragged its victim.
During the trip, David took every opportunity to explain the wild life, commenting on every scene I was witnessing
Fourth and expected quality: professionalism
I will add that both, David and the driver ( sorry I did not catch his name) were quite pleasant and eager to make everything smooth

Nice, reliable, on time guy that knows a lot about animals.
We did both the Nairobi and Amboseli National Park with our guide David.
Both tours were awesome and David brought us safely and timely back and forth. Even a burst tire was no big deal. We had flights after each tour, so he picked us up at the hotel and dropped us at the airport.
We saw a lot of animals in both parks and David told us everything we wanted to know about them. The elephants at Amboseli were amazing and the included lunch was top class. I would definitely recommend David to my friends.

African Bush Explorers was thoughtful, detailed, and worked hard to provide a great experience.
I was able to visit Amboseli on a day trip out of Nairobi with African Bush Explorers. And had a terrific experience with them. David provided timely, helpful communication before the trip in preparation for it.
Dawood did a great job as the guide. The trip was on time and provided a great way to be able to travel from Nairobi to Amboseli and to go with an experienced local guide that understood what's involved in getting there and exploring the park. He knew the spots to go to to see the wildlife. He was also very knowledgeable about all the various birds and animals and provided interesting information about them as we spotted them. He was friendly and relaxed and was very approachable with any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend African Bush Explorers for future visitors to Kenya.

6 days safari experience
We had an amazing 6-day safari visiting Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha, and Amboseli. Our guide, Marcus, went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. Both Marcus and David were very knowledgeable about the wildlife and knew the best spots to see all kinds of animals and take great photos. They were also very skilled drivers, which was important not only during the safari but also on highways and in city traffic. On top of that, Marcus was incredibly helpful when I fell ill due to food poisoning, driving me all the way to a hospital in Narok to ensure I received proper medical care. Overall, doing the safari with African Bush Explorers was great value for money, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and well-organized adventure.

Absolutely everything I was looking for - kind, extremely knowledgeable guides and a perfect tour
I cannot say enough about African Bush Explorers, especially Samuel. I met him for a day tour of Hells Gate and immediately wanted to do more with him. He’s a conservation expert and I learned so much about the animals, the ecosystem and overall culture from him. I also have to give a big thank you to David and James, who are also wonderful, so much fun and so knowledgeable. We did a 4 day tour to Amboseli and Tsavo East, ending at the train to Mombasa. As a solo female traveler, I can say I felt very very safe with these guys and would recommend to any other solo travelers (or groups). We saw so many incredible animals and landscapes. This won’t be my last tour with them!
My only feedback is that I think I could have saved money by doing cheaper lodges (my fault for not asking) - and I’d also have loved the chance to support Kenyan businesses instead of those run by foreigners.
