unforgettable safari
the journey with Habitat Adventures Travel was genuinely unforgettable. The Tanzanian adventure exceeded all the expectations: seamless organization and personal touches throughout the trip. Everything went perfectly, and we were particularly impressed by our guide Gioele: his kindness, availability and dedication truly made the trip even more special.

Goodluck was an extremely knowledgeable, funny, competent tour guide.
I would highly recommend Goodluck and Habitat Adventures for a safari experience. Goodluck worked with us to personalize our itinerary and planned amazing activities and booked beautiful accommodations. There was a nice variety of experiences in addition to seeing animals in the parks.

An incredible adventure with Goodluck and Habitat Adventures

What an experience with Goodluck and his staff! We (2 couples-no kids) were fortunate to travel with him for our 8 day safari through the major parks (Tarangire, Ngorongoro and the Central/Northern Serengeti) and he is the ultimate professional. From the beginning of the planning process (9 months before the trip with amazing response times via email and Whatsapp from Goodluck) until our final ride to the airport in Arusha Goodluck was responsive, helpful, warm, detail oriented, caring and incredibly knowledgeable about the area and the animals. Our lodging was amazing and even when there was a slight change in our lodging plan in the north he adapted and it did not dampen the experience. He is a very safe driver and while we were tired from all of the bumpy roads and long drives between parks, Goodluck never seemed to tire and kept up his energy level throughout. Our trips outside of the parks (Arusha, Materuni waterfall hike, coffee bar lunch-amazing) were also planned with thoughtful detail and we were all incredibly pleased with every aspect of the trip. Goodluck's demeanor and experience added so much and we all became friends and I know we will stay in touch and hopefully he will visit us in the USA. While it is a much smaller safari company then many of the others, we never felt like we were not receiving a full experience and everything we did was carefully planned and well executed. You will not go wrong with using Habitat Adventures for your trip to this amazing country.

Exceptional personalized service and unforgettable wildlife adventure
Our experience with Habitat Adventure Travel was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we reached out, their customer service was top-notch. They went above and beyond to modify the standard itinerary to meet our specific needs and wishes. Goodluck was incredibly prompt in our communications, ensuring daily during the trip that we were enjoying our experience.
Our guide, Erasto, was the best! He was not only a very skilled guide and driver, prioritizing our safety, but also answered our thousands of questions about local culture, guiding, and animal behaviors. He catered to our every need with a smile. Habitat Adventure Travel even surprised us with a birthday song and cake for one of our party's 78th birthday, making the trip even more special.
The sheer number and variety of animals we observed made every moment a positive and educational experience. The only thing they can't help us with is sorting through our thousands of photographs!
We are already planning a follow-up trip based on Erasto's recommendations and will not hesitate to recommend Habitat Adventure Travel to any prospective adventurers.

The adventure of a lifetime
Going on a safari had been a dream of ours for so long and Habitat Adventures Travel not only made it come true, but turned it into such a wonderful experience it surpassed all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived in Tanzania, we were welcomed with open arms and we felt safe.
During the safari, our guide, Erasto, was incredibly kind and made sure we saw as many animals as we could. Therefore, he kept in contact with other guides and when they came across an animal, he would take us there to make sure we would get to see it. He also told us a lot of things about Tanzania and its wildlife which made the tour educative, yet so much fun. Furthermore, our guide cleaned the jeep everyday and listened to our requests, which allowed us to visit a Maasai village and a local shop.
Let’s just say our safari turned out to be the adventure of a lifetime!

What An Adventure......
We started the trip with a relaxing afternoon in the hotel after a long journey. The next day the adventure began and the wonders never stopped until we returned back to Arusha. Then to top it all off, Goodluck took us to a local restaurant and presented a very delicious meal of local delicacies.
Our Safari guide, JoJo, was excellent and very knowledgeable and accommodating to our requests. He arranged a visit to a local Maasai tribe, stayed in constant radio contact with other guides to find the animals we wanted to see and was always ready with stories and information on the surroundings.
All in all was a great adventure for the family and highly recommend anyone to take the trip.

Simply the best, incredibly attentive, kind hearted, honest and sincere
From the moment we arrived on our adventure we were greeted at the door with friendly faces and such enthusiasm for our journey to begin. Throughout our adventure we would get to know one another and have this incredible shared experience of touring the very best places in Tanzania. From the epic landscapes to the up close and personal viewing of the amazing wild life, the trip was a once in a lifetime opportunity. Our tour guide has unique relationships with many locals and we were able to greatly benefit from his experience and their hospitality. We felt as though we were a part of one big family the entire time we were in their care. Of course safety is always a huge priority and our operator made sure of that always. The quality of our trip was second to none. Safari vehicles were clean, reliable, stocked with beverages and snacks, comfortable and with plenty of access to view the wonderful world around us. Accommodations at the various tent lodges and hotels were superb. Particularly in consideration of how remote some of the locations were, incredible to find high quality lodging, food, even a swimming pool! Overall, this trip was a life changing experience and we have very fond memories of our new friends abroad. Jambo! Jambo bwana! Habari gani? Mzuri sana! Wageni, mwakaribishwa! Kilimanjaro? Hakuna matata!

Honeymoon Adventure in the Serengeti!
Our trip with Goodluck’s Habitat Adventure Travels was a trip of a lifetime and nothing short of magical! Goodluck did a fantastic job communicating with us from the beginning and answered all our questions within 24 hours. From the moment we landed in Tanzania, we received a warm welcome and incredible hospitality. I needed film for my camera and Goodluck found the one place in Arusha that sold film before we left for our trip. Our guide, Joel, was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable of not only the wildlife but also the history of Tanzania which we enjoyed learning about. Our plan was to see the wildebeest migration in the North but the migration occurred early arrival and had moved to Central Serengeti. Joel communicated with Goodluck and they were able to arrange a different accommodation closer to where the action was happening that same day. The new resort was absolutely breathtaking and closer to Central Serengeti. Each day Joel went over and beyond to find wildlife and we were fortunate enough to see all the Big 5 during our 8-day adventure. I can't express enough how special this trip was and it feels like a dream.
The lodgings for the entire trip were top notch and the food was delicious!!! The sunrise at Kubu Kubu was the most beautiful sunrise we have ever witnessed. Huge thank you to Joel for the sunrise recommendation!
Every day felt like a new adventure and I am grateful for both Goodluck and Joel in making this a trip of a lifetime. My husband I have already talked about coming back to do a trip with family and we would 100% book with Habitat Adventures again. I cannot recommend this company enough!!

Serenegeti Migration 2024 ! Habitat Adventures
All association with HAT started in the month of June, from enquiry and finding out of best possible camps near the migration area and deciding the dates. Each and every conversation was very supportive and finally entire logistics was taken care very well. Now 6 days of safari started from Sep12 and Sep19 , wherein we have a good naturalist Chris accompanied and it was a great experience to see the migration. His experience of planning a day with specific areas helped us to witness migration of herds around 3 times during my stay. CAMPS were really amazing facing the landscape of Savannah and food was fantastic. It was a total Wildlife experience for all 6 days . I WOULD RECOMMEND Habitat Adventures if you are real wildlife lovers and want to explore Savannah of Serengeti .
