Smooth, professional and accommodating from start to end
5/5

I did everything via email with Edward. The booking procedure was easy and I really felt I was taken care of. I’ve been also advised not to do a different booking as it would have been more expensive and tiresome (very hones from their side!!).
The safari was just amazing so was the ranger-guide who went above and beyond to make sure we could see as many animals as possible! Definitely a 5 star service!!!!

It was a wonderfull Experience wich made Dreams come true.
5/5

From the Beginning everything was well planned. Edward and his Team handled everything to our complete satisfaction.
Even there were difficulties with the flights (right to the Change from low to highseason) Edward did everything to make our Experience possible.
The Payment was very easy and absolutely fair, you can trust the link he send.
We just payed 20% Downpay, so that Edward could hold the Flight for us. The Rest we Coups pay by Card at the Airport.
We booked really short term, but Everything works.
The Transfer was included and the Driver was really nice.
The Flight was so amazing-we hard a very small Plane and a really cute Captain who let us tanke a Seat beside him. He Flow us safely to Tanzsnia, comeing from Sansibar.
Our Guides ELI and DAVID were really attentive, very well knowing a lot to Tell about Nature, People and Life. Eli spoke very good Englisch, David talked even german with us!
They were really cute and always took good care of us.
We saw a lot of Animals- Elephants, Giraffes, Pumbas, Zebras, Krokodiles, Buffallos Hippos and even a Leopard, which is really rare to see.
The Lodges were really nice and comfortable for beeing directly in the Jungle.
The Jeep we used was a strong 4x4 Landrover in best Conditions.

We would give 10 out of 10 Points!

Amazing tour
5/5

It was a great safari with a friendly guide an excellent driver. They had a good eye for spotting the wild animals. Definitely a plus to be in a single private jeep rather than in a long line with all the other jeeps from the same organization, loaded with people. Pickup and drop-off at a different hotel in Zanzibar went smoothly. They stroef our luggage for us as well.

Very beautiful Safari experience
5/5

From the very first inquiry to the end of our stay, Edward was professional and attentive. The safari was originally planned for one night and two days, but due to a flight delay, Edward arranged for us to start a day earlier — meals included — which was greatly appreciated.

Everything was smooth and well-organized, from hotel pickup to arrival. You just need to let go and trust the process. The safari itself was exceptional: our guide and driver did everything possible to help us spot as many animals as possible, all with professionalism, humor, and kindness.

The lodge and meals were perfect, and the second day was more relaxed and enjoyable.
In short, we absolutely recommend this experience!

Excellent planning, went smoothly, had the best time and would do it again
5/5

Communication was ok! Often had to email first asking for updates etc but when I emailed or messaged Edward replied so quickly. No issues with this.

Everything went smoothly for the most part. Drivers waiting once we landed. Always on time. Slight mishap initially with our driver taking another group to the airport instead of us but this was quickly rectified. Our plane also broke down meaning we lost some hours on safari for this was not Plex fault.

The guide Joseph was lovely. Knowledgeable and found us good animals! We thought he was great- thank you Joseph.

The lodge was lovely. Basic but beautiful with big room. We have left separate review for selous lodge on tripadvisor.

The only thing we would change would be the itinerary. Our final day we did Masai boma and was back at the lodge for 0945am. Our flight was not until 1800pm and we had to check out of the lodge by 1400. So it was quite a lot of waiting around on this day. We also found the village tour was not the most beneficial. We would have rather done the bush walk, Masai boma and boat in one day and then either had an extra day game drive or just go back to Zanzibar.

Overall we really enjoyed and would do it again- but maybe just three days rather than four.

Thank you Edward for organising. Very good planning.

Well organised and always responsive to any questions asked
5/5

From the beginning Plex Safaris stood out with a great quote , flexibility for some small changes , quick responses to any questions and overall excellent communication around their services.

Edward always went the extra mile to confirm all the details. Reliability was key and we could not have asked for a better company for our trip.

Days were hot and long but we sure enjoyed every minute taking in all the sights and sounds

Amazing organisation!
5/5

We booked a one day trip to Mikumi national park. It was perfectly arranged! At 05:00 am we had an amazing driver, Starboy who brought us to the airport. Over there we waited 10 minutes to check in for the flight.

After the Plaine landed we went with a private tour to see the animals. We saw so many of them! Especially the first 2 hours we saw so many that we almost thought we were at a zoo. Later we realised that our first thoughts were untrue because the more hours past the fewer animals we saw.

The guide had much information and knew the spots to find the animals. We felt so blessed to see all te animals!

In the afternoon we flew back to Zanzibar where Starboy (driver) was already waiting for us. This was so good arranged. Now we didn’t have to wait sit the airport after al long day.

We would definitely recommend to book with this agency!

Trust
5/5

It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Everything went well, from leaving Zanzibar to returning to the hotel. The safari was very good, I just think the boat safari could have been better, there was a lack of wildlife, especially crocodiles. But overall it was a very good experience, I highly recommend it, especially for the professionalism shown by Plex.

Great communication and answered all questions promptly, great tour well organised.

We had a great day, slightly overcast but able to see Lion's and their cubs, elephant's including a baby, zebra's, wildebeest's, giraffe's, impala's, buffalo, hippo's, crocodile's and a mix of birds and butterflies.
The day started being picked up at 5am from Kiwengwa, being driven to the airport for a 10am flight in a twin prop Dash 8-100 plane. After about a 50minute flight we landed and changed into our modified land rovers.
The were 7 of us in the 4x4 and saw a lot on our drive around the reserve. Stopping for lunch before continuing on until our flight back to Zanzibar and taxi back to our resort.
We could see some development in the reserve, what looked like a new airport strip being built, and building improvements.

Although there was a number of other vehicles doing the tour, we never felt that we were all in a convoy or following one another, but at times we did meet the others 4x4 when groups or prides of animals were spotted, ie the lions. We never felt the animals had to stay near us or were chased down. Even had the lions walk up to our 4x4 to take shade under it.

Nixon, our guide/driver was brilliant and knowledgeable.
Very much worth doing. Amazing experience.
