NaShibe is the most dishonest tour operator I have ever had!
I had a very unpleasant tour with Nashibe, where I found their tours from safari booking.com which I suggest this company should be removed from the website, to avoid more people being cheated by them.
I had an agreement with Caren from the company with a price and lodge accommodation. After my deposit paid, she sent me a almost totally different itinerary. My 7 nights lodge has changed to 3 nights in Camp, 2 nights in a resort which the price was not even as half as my original itinerary booking( showing on the booking.com).
I had to join the tour cos they already took my 30 percent deposit!
The only 2 nights lodge I stayed , one has a big pitfall next to my room! I trapped into it as walking in the dark and injured myself! All they did was just moved me to another room!
The driver we were provided got a bit sick from the first day of safari, I asked if he is ok or do we need change to another driver but he insisted to continue. However everyday we have to negotiate for not finished the safari early and stick with the itinerary plan! We’re literally exhausted by just dealing with him. Not to mention the last day we drove back to Nairobi and he was caught by police cos somehow his license was expired and we were stopped on the road for 2 hours !

Posted on Oct 10, 2024Toby told us he had visited Kenya 10 years ago, and he started complaining and comparing the previous prices with the current price without considering the changes. The accommodation was fully booked, and we agreed on the lodges he stayed. He could Google the prices of the accommodation, and he was given the price of low season, which was a big different with the peak season. I was in constant communication with him, and there was no day he complained about wildlife sighting. That was perfect. Our driver had a fever that was not that serious. He went to the hospital, and he was given medication, which works perfectly the following day he was okay. Toby was so manipulative that every time, they had a game drive and took a break for lunch and back for another game drive. On the last day, the police stopped them for check-in and making sure our driver had all the licence and our driver explained to them, but they had no ear for anyone. The driver's licence didn't expire at all. We did our best to make Toby happy, but he couldn't listen to us. It was a nightmare working with Toby from the beginning of our conversation, but we did our best.

Did not deliver on promises
We went on a six day safari organized by Caren at Nashibe. The parks are of course very nice and one of the lodges we stayed at was excellent (Severin in Tsavo West).
However, In Amboseli we didn't get the accommodation that we agreed on before paying the deposit (one of the lodges were changed to one that we would not have booked if we had known). The pickup was two hours late (which we were told only after calling them from the parking lot). We felt that the driver, whilst driving safely, had very little knowledge about animals and it felt that he did not know his way around the parks. The radio in the car (used to communicate with other drivers) did not seem to work. The description of the safari days in the itinerary included things that were infeasible due to time/distance. For example, for Tsavo East the itinerary gave the impression that we would see the Galana River on our afternoon game drive - which turned out to be 120 km away. At the end of the tour, we had to wait for half a day for the train in Voi. Only after arguing with the driver we agreed that this time was to be spent at the lodge and not at the train station. The final drop-off at Diani Beach turned out to be four hours later than promised.
When providing this feedback to Caren after the tour, she did not respond.

Posted on Sep 7, 2024We couldn't get the accommodation they wanted in Amboseli because they normally get fully booked if don't book with time during peak season, we explained to our client send the link and pictures and he agreed to me to book it. I went with our driver to pick them up and I explained to them that I will be a little bit late due to traffic jam and the place they were staying was far from our office which took 30mins late. After they started their tour I normally communicate to check up on them and they were happy until when they ended the trip, that's when the complains begins. So I am wondering what changed their mind after yet they were happy

This 4 day memories we will treasure forever.
My wife and I had 4 days of an incredible experience in Kenya with Nashibe Adventures. We explored Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara.
Our guide made the experience enjoyable with his deep knowledge and friendly personality. Every game was very safe and enjoyable. The luxury lodges exceeded our expectations with spacious rooms, excellent service, and fantastic food. Lake Nakuru National Park offered us breathtaking scenery and incredible wildlife, especially rhinos and zebras. The lodge had a beautiful view, the staff were friendly and the food was delicious, which made us feel completely relaxed after each safari. The Masai Mara was truly the highlight of the trip.
Everything well planned and professionally organized by Monica. We definitely recommend Nashibe Adventures.

Our time in the Masai Mara was incredible. Nashibe Adventure was perfectly organized our 3 day.
This 3 day luxury safari was a wonderful introduction to Kenya's wildlife. Traveling with my girlfriend, we enjoyed the quiet and intimate atmosphere. The lodge was beautiful and the staff made us feel welcome. The safaris were the highlight. Our guide was knowledgeable and made sure we had the best experience possible. It was our perfect getaway and very memorable journey.

Perfect adventure in Kenya, we recommend Nashibe Adventures
Our 4-day Nakuru–Masai Mara luxury lodge safari with Nashibe Adventures, we connected to Monica and she explained our days plan and everything very well. Many thanks to Monica for organizing a beautiful and enjoyable safari for us. Our first day from Nairobi to Lake Nakuru, when we arrived at Nakuru changes our mood. It was quiet, beautiful nature and wildlife existing naturally. Our guide John was great and his explanation was superb, he made our journey safe, easy and comfortable. Our 2nd & 3rd day at Masai Mara. The early morning safari with the sunrise over the savannah was unforgettable. We saw elephants moving slowly across the plains, giraffes doing their quiet elegant thing, and at one point everything just went still. The feeling of returning to Nairobi was different, we were left with an unforgettable sense of peace and appreciation. Wonderful experience, we will never forget.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE
We were two people doing a 7 day safari to Masai Mara, Lake Nakuro, Lake Naivasha and Amboseili.
We chose a medium/high luxury accommodation and were very happy with the accommodation.
We stayed in the Emayan Luxury Camp in Masai Mara and the staff, amenities and masai were so wonderful. They did a surprise outdoor bush breakfast for us and provided my partner with a birthday cake and song for his 50th making it very special. All arranged by Dan.
In Lake Naivasha we stayed at Enashipai, where they have hippos in the back garden! The amenities are very comfortable and the services great.
In Amboseili we stayed at Kibo safari Camp. They have ostriches in the farden that you can feed. The place is beautiful and 10 minutes from the entrance to the park. I would highly recommend it.
Our guide was Caleb. He dedicated his time to make sure we saw as much as possible. He is a good guide, stays positive and bring you close to the animals.
Be aware that if you are not a group of 8 you can expect to travel with other people in the same jeep. It is nice to get to know new people and for the most part we only met lovely individuals. But keep in mind that not all travellers tineraries are the same, so make sure that you clear your agenda with your guide in good time every day to avoid having to wait around or be told that you need to leave for an early excursion that is not on your agenda. We had an incident where most people were going to Hells gate but we were not. By the time we found out, we had missed out on a rare sleep-in. Also, make sure to communicate with all members in your jeep and agree when you want to leave. We had one incident were one guest insisted on an early game drive towards the end of the week at 6am while the rest had thought we were to have a pick up at 9am as Caleb informed us, leading some guests sleeping in the jeep the next day due to fatigue. So, my advice is to start a WhatsApp group and ensure all have access so everyone can vote by consensus on the agenda (and share photos!) And make sure to avoid late surprises in the next day schedule.
We had an absolutely lovely time, especially in Masai Mara, Nakuru and Naivasha. We travel alot but this was truly a holiday to remember!
Dan was super helpful, we would recommend using his safari company any time.
The days are long and tiring so we advice to have a weeks beach time after the safari! :)
7-Day Thrilling & Exciting Group Safari
I definitely recommend Nashibe Adventures as it's value for money to travel across Kenya's key wildlife areas - Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha as well as Amboseli. The travel guide & driver always tried to provide us with best Safari experience. In fact, although animals and weather conditions were unpredictable, he helped us to complete our mission, taking photos of Elephant wth Mt Kilimanjaro in the background in the last moment o the 7-Day tour. Needless to say, what matters the most in any business is determination to do the best to the last moment, and the tour guide & driver did that. Thanks for the efforts and service.
Highly experienced company providing good value for money.
We had a wonderful 9 day Safari experience with Nashibe. They were recommended to us by a friend and exceeded our expectations. Our guide and driver Charles was extremely knowledgeable and made sure we were safe and comfortable throughout the trip.

Professional but personal service which gave us a wonderful holiday!
Wow! Just Wow
From start to finish Nashibe Adventures provided such a wonderful Kenya holiday at a very reasonable price.
From my first enquiry Dan gave me all the help and guidance in choosing the Masai Mara Camp and the beach hotel and made all the internal flights and car travel arrangements to fit in with our personal needs and timings.
He met us the morning after we flew into Nairobi and accompanied us in a private car to Wilson Airport for our flight to the Masai Mara where our guide Charles met us. We had a comfortable Toyota Land Cruiser to ourselves and he took us to Ashnil Mara Camp situated above and overlooking the Mara River.
It was stunning! You could see and hear the hippos in the river and watch a couple of crocodiles sunbathing on the opposite bank.
We had six wonderful days there and saw so many animals, many on the annual migration, including a leopard, which I had come specifically to see, and which was the highlight of the holiday.
At the end of the stay Charles drove us back to Wilson Airport where Dan met us again and, once again, accompanied us back to Nairobi Airport for our departure back to UK.
Everything was seamlessly achieved but I know Dan and Nashibe put a great deal of effort behind the scenes to make this such a memorable holiday!
We certainly recommend them for their personal care & attention to detail and cannot wait to use them again when we come back!

One of The Best Experiences Of Our Lives!
Our experience with Nashibe was fantastic. From Dan’s first email, he was patient, polite and attentive. We asked a lot of questions during our planning process and were never made to feel like there were too many. Nashibe were flexible with payments, Dan was communicative in the lead up to our arrival, and even greeted us at Nairobi Airport to brief us before our safari began the following day. Throughout our trip, Dan regularly checked in with our guide, giving us peace of mind. We truly felt we could just relax and enjoy our holiday without being preoccupied with any of the logistics.
It was just my partner and I on our nine day safari (yes, nine!) with our wonderful guide Charles. With his decades of experience, Charles brought a wealth of knowledge not only about the wildlife and landscapes but also about Kenya’s urban environments, culture, and industries. A stand out was that Charles had our vehicle regularly cleaned and checked by mechanics, making us feel safe and well looked after. In the parks, he always knew how to position the vehicle for the best possible view without disturbing the animals or landscape. He was also very flexible. Each evening, we would chat about our plans for the following day in case we wanted to make any changes to suit our energy levels, priorities, or the weather. Beyond his professionalism, Charles was just such great company to be around. We could have spent another 9 days together!
We would highly recommend Nashibe, Dan, and Charles to anyone considering a safari trip to Kenya. In fact, we already have recommended them to all our friends!
