Peak Season Safari have been faultless in organising our vacation.
Fredrick endured 18 months of messages to build our itinerary.
He advised us all the way through ensuring we were not disappointed. Fredrick’s advice was highly valuable and did not disappoint.
Every part of our vacation was perfect and where there were doubts, Fredrick was only a message or call away to put things right.
Our accommodation and drivers were faultless.
Without doubt I would highly recommend Peak Season Africa Safaris.

More efficient and helpful than I could ever imagine!
When we first started planning this vacation it was very overwhelming. We came across this website and decided to get quoted with 3 different companies. We ended up going with Peak Season Africa Safaris because it seemed to be the most bang for our buck…. and we were right. Communication (even with the time difference) was immediate, 10/10!! Our itinerary was created within the hour including all our “must dos”!! Everytime we asked for a tweak to add/remove something, change scheduling, etc Steve would send an updated itinerary right away.
As far as the trip goes… we saw The Big 5 in one day!! Our tour guide was also amazing!! The hotels? INCREDIBLE. Food was delicious. Views were out of this world. I will definitely be back. Thank you Peak Season!!

Our tour was outstanding, hassle free and smooth experience - Highly recommend
We just returned from an 8-day, 7-night safari in Kenya (2 adults and our 5-year-old), and it was truly one of the best experiences of our lives. Kenya is everything you imagine—breathtaking scenery, abundant wildlife, and warm, welcoming people
From the start, Stephen, our trip coordinator, was incredible. His response time was unbelievably fast, never more than an hour, and he helped us fully customize our itinerary. We could choose everything from accommodations to the type of vehicle (highly recommend a Jeep over a van for comfort on the bumpy roads), and even how many days to spend in Nairobi before heading out.
Upon arrival, Stephen personally picked us up from the airport and ensured we were settled in our Nairobi hotel before the adventure began. We then got Felix (our guides WhatsApp), we arranged pickup timing and details for the next day. Everything was smooth.
So Felix was our guide, which and in my opinion is the most important part of any safari. Felix is a local from the Masai Mara, born and raised in one of the villages, and his knowledge of the landscape, wildlife, and culture was unmatched. He was with us from start to finish, always ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of, while also sharing fascinating facts about the animals and environment. As a talented photographer himself, he positioned us perfectly for some of the most amazing photos we’ve ever taken.
We did do some optional extras (like a boat ride and Masai village visit), but if we didnt want to, there was never any pressure to do them - it was always completely up to us. Traveling with a 5-year-old, we also appreciated how flexible Felix was with stops for shopping or toilet breaks along the way. His vehicle was spacious, clean, comfortable, had a fridge for drinks, and even international plugs to keep our phones charged during long drives.
A few tips for future travelers:
Things get dusty, and the rides can be bumpy—Jeep is absolutely worth it.
June weather was great but keep layers handy—it’s hot during the day and chilly at night.
Wear whatever you’re comfortable in; you don’t have to stick to only neutral colors.
There is a tipping culture in Kenya for guides and accomodation staff.

First time on safari and very happy
We spent 4 nights in total — 2 in Masai Mara, 1 in Naivasha, and 1 in Amboseli — and we were lucky enough to see all of the BIG 5 within just the first two nights in Masai Mara.
The team was absolutely amazing. Huge thanks to everyone!

Our Safari Adventure: A Trip to Remember
Just got back from our safari, and wow—it was an experience we’ll never forget. Early mornings, sipping coffee while the sun rises, and then hopping into our Land Cruiser to explore the wild. We barely got started before we were up close with elephants, lions chilling in the shade, and giraffes casually strolling by.
Our guide was fantastic—super knowledgeable and made everything feel personal. The accommodations were perfect too: cozy, peaceful, and just what we needed after a day of adventure. Each night, we’d sit under the stars, talking about the incredible sights we saw that day.
It wasn’t just a trip—it felt like a real adventure. The kind of experience that makes you feel connected to nature in a way nothing else can. If you’re looking for an unforgettable getaway, a safari is the way to go!

Peak Seasons is a professional, helpful and efficient tour operator
We had a 4-day tour of the Maasai Mara with a tour guide called Elmada Songe..
Songe was an outstanding tour guide, who delivered the ultimate Safari experience. He was very knowledgeable, patient and had a great sense of humour. He knew exactly where to locate the Big 5! We were spoilt for choice. From cheetahs to lions to buffaloes, to elephants to baboons to leopards to crocodiles to zebras to giraffes to hippos to elands to topis to thousands of wildebeest and zebras !!! …….
Seeing all these animals in the wild was simply breathtaking.
We wrapped this up with a visit to a traditional Maasai village.
Our safari was nothing short of Amazing!
