Fuhara staff are very friendly and professional in all they do from airport pick up to drop off. Their activitity packages are fairly priced and staff are punctual and provide a good comminication. Our hosts Pessy and Dumisani were excellent and wiuld recommend them without any doubt.

Such a mix of people that worked together well.
Our taxi driver suggested them and he was so nice!! Vic falls there are so many choices. We decided on the word of a man we meant that was super helpful in finding a Airbnb that was hard to find. Pretty was first person we met inside. She was working out deals for us trying to get us to do all the things we wanted in a price range we could afford. We ended up getting almost all of them. It was three full days of activities. There are always going to be ups and downs in travels and tours but they ard there for the ride and made it comfortable and awesome! The reason for the five star was mainly Casper! He was so so amazing and he cared so much. His smile will brighten your day. The way he could read people and situations to accommodate them was truly amazing! He impressed my husband and I greatly!! He truly cared about each of his clients and worked hard for all of them to have amazing experiences! Thank you Casper. I hope you can teach more people to be like you and grow as well! You really made Fuhara a five star company for us. Pick your choices of companies but you will be missing out if you don’t have Casper involved!

They do not feel responsible for the satisfaction of their clients
I was doing the 1day Chobe trip. We were 7 tourists leaving victoria falls for the Zim-Botswana border. We were early and arrived at the border before the crowds, so the checks at the Zim border were straight forward. Then they split our group, 4 could continue immediately, 3 of us had to stay and wait for others customers. Busloads of tourists arrived and after about 1 hour also our customers, we were waiting for, arrived. Now at the Botswana border it took ages to pass the checks. We started our game drive at 10.30 with a long delay. At that time you hardly see any animals anymore. Lunch was good and the river cruise as well. Then we went back and after the Zim border we had to wait again for another 45 minutes for 1 tourist we originally started with. On the way back to Victoria Falls I complained to the organisator, why on earth they splitted our group, since we were 7, could stay together and wouln't have to spend about 2.5 hours at the border. The answer was that it happened on the Botswana side and they would not be responsible. That might be partly true, but the organiser who takes the money, should try to make things better and can't just say, that it's none of their business.

Professional and flexible, with good safari experience tailored to clients' specs & time limits.
Fuhara were able to put together an 8-day safari starting the very next day and were able to accommodate all our requests at a reasonable price. They hooked us up with three different guides in three locations (Hwange, Chobe and Okavango) and provided a vehicle and driver to take us between these locations. All the guides were excellent - knowledgeable and great company. The camps were very well organised and the tents were well designed and comfortable. They made everything easy and pleasant for us (we're in our late sixties), and generally the food was fantastic, especially the Okavango group. My husband was delighted that we also spent two nights in lodges in beautiful settings, and our 8th night in a hotel in Maun before the long drive back to Vic Falls. We learned so much about the ecology, fauna and flora and the game viewing was fantastic. We had a marvellous time, and our driver, Persline, from Vic Falls, was good company, and happy to go with the flow. Thank you, team, for a wonderful experience.

Very nice and good and professional
Our safari with Fuhara was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we were picked up to the very last day, everything was perfectly organized and seamless. The guides were incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, sharing fascinating insights about the wildlife, local culture, and landscapes.
Each game drive offered something new — from breathtaking sunrises to close-up encounters with lions, elephants, giraffes, and so much more. The accommodations were comfortable and well-chosen, blending luxury with an authentic bush experience. We always felt safe, well cared for, and truly immersed in nature.
What stood out most was the attention to detail and personalized service. The team went above and beyond to make sure every part of our trip exceeded expectations. Whether you’re a first-time visitor to Africa or a seasoned traveler, Fuhara delivers a safari experience that’s both professional and deeply personal.
We can’t recommend them highly enough — it was the trip of a lifetime! 🐘🌅

Wonderful trip, nice to stay in the bush
We had a great 2 days one night Chobe Camping with Fuhara Safaris of Victoria Falls. The pick up and drop off from/to the hotel in Victoria Falls was prompt and convenient. The two day Chobe Safari was great. Ms Tapiwa, of Shangamera Tours and Safaris (partners on the Botswana side for Fuhara Safaris) our driver and guide was extraordinary. She was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We spotted lions on both days, loads of African buffalos, herds of impalas, a Sable Antelope, loads of Greater Kudus, huge number of hippos, herd of elephants, zebras, giraffes (Angolan and South African varieties), Rock monitor, Water Monitor, Mongoose, warthogs, and side striped Jackal and loads of eagles in action on a caracas. Camping in the natural park was an amazing experience. Mr Zumma provided an excellent tent, campfire and other facilities and Mr Tman cooked us dinner and breakfast which was very delicious and great spread. Transfers at the border of Botswana were seamless. I strongly recommend Fuhara Safaris of Victoria Falls.

Delight is very attentive, trustworthy person that you can rely on and expect from a tour operator
We did a 9 day tour which included safaris and camping. Every single part of the day was super well planned and exciting in every possible way. They really took care of you (our tour operator was called Delight) and made us feel as if we are a family. We highly recommend this plan as it really shows you the world.

Fuhara Safaris is an incredible operation run by amazing people
My friend and I had an absolutely magical trip on the Chobe River/Elephant Sands/Okavango Delta 8-day camping safari through Fuhara Safaris out of Zimbabwe. From the very start, we were in constant, quick communication with Munashe and were greeted with Matthew's big warm smile and cheerful attitude from the moment we landed at the airport.
From start to finish, Matthew (and Fuhara Safaris in general) took excellent care of us, explained the plans for the trip clearly, and were happy to make small adjustments on the fly to allow us to fully enjoy our vacation: Rearranging things, quick rides to shops and restaurants, stops at the market for water, etc.
I cannot put into words how enjoyable of a trip it was on every single day, and for anyone who loves nature, animals, and good food, the value cannot be beat.
Additional thanks to our wonderful Victoria Falls guide Casper, who was so much fun, our game drive leader PK who guided us to see all the animals we came for, our transporter Wesley and his skillful driving, our Okavango "polers" Dickie and Christy who were so incredibly knowledgeable about the country and the river, and island chefs and caretakers James and Gift for their wonderfully tasty meals.
The next time we come to Africa for a safari, we are going straight to Fuhara Safaris.
