Ozon Light was the travel agency I chose after comparing more than ten of them. Their responses were timely and sincere, without trying to charge a high price and then negotiate with you. They also patiently helped me adjust my itinerary for a very long time. There is no doubt that if I have friends who need a travel agency, I will definitely recommend Ozon Light.
And the most important! Ozon Light has the best guide in all of Tanzania! Edward is very young, so I was a little skeptical about whether he had enough experience to show us the animals at first. But the first day of our trip to Manyara Lake showed us his amazing eyesight. You see him driving, but he suddenly stops to tell you there's an animal in the nearby tree. We four people looked through our binoculars for five minutes but couldn't see anything, but he really showed us the animal's tail with picture.And on one day, he pointed to the farthest distance (at least 200 meters away) and said there was a cheetah there. We looked through our binoculars again and finally saw it. So he really is great at finding animals! Under his guidance, we saw the Big Five, lion prides, elephant herds, and even the river crossing, so we saw everything we could see.
And one morning, the hot air balloon company didn't want to drive three hours to pick us up, so Edward drove us to the hot air balloon at 3 am, even though it wasn't his job at all. That's why we have a photo of Edward smiling happily in the hot air balloon. And then he took us on a full-day safari!
After spending a few days together, we had become very good friends. We sincerely hope that he can travel to China, and we will treat him very well.

I can highly recommend Ozon as a safari tour agency. We booked a private safari for 3 people, as a 7-day trip across 5 different parks in northern Tanzania.
Our safari experience was truly exceptional, largely thanks to our outstanding guide Kess.
From the moment we set off, it was clear that our driver was not only experienced and knowledgeable, but also genuinely passionate about sharing the wonders of the Tanzanian wilderness. He navigated the parks with expertise, knowing all the best shortcuts and viewpoints, ensuring we captured the most incredible photos (he even stopped the engine when we needed sharp pictures and no noise for the recording) while always respecting our needs and preferences.
His clean and well-maintained Land Cruiser added to our comfort. While other companies offer beer and wine as part of the package, we were happy with a fridge with refreshing water and soft drinks. We purchased beer in local shops when we needed.
Our guide kept us informed and engaged throughout the journey, sharing fascinating insights about the wildlife and the local culture (e.g. talking about different tribes, farming). He was always attentive, listening to our requests and even utilizing radio communication with other drivers to track animal movements, maximizing our chances of unforgettable sightings.
Our guide's modesty was refreshing. He focused on providing an authentic and enriching experience, rather than pushing for extras. We were impressed by his attention to detail, double-checking everything to ensure our comfort and safety.
The safari itself was a dream come true, with breathtaking moments at Ndutu (the most positive surprise), the Ngorongoro Crater, vast lands of Serengeti, Manyara (another positive surprise), and Tarangire.
I appreciate the communication of Ozon Light Tours with Letson who took care of the booking and was securing all the admin stuff. We communicated via WhatsApp.
Ozon (as well as some other agencies) utilizes a software that creates compelling PDF offers that are clearly showing accomodations, schedule, and services offered in the price. There were no surprises nor attempts to manipulate the price.
The fantastic combination of lodges and mid-range tented camps Letson selected for us was great. Securing a hot air balloon ride was a good value for money, and the ride itself was an unforgettable experience.
Ozon's driver who took us on a final day to the airport was open to our suggestions, even helping us arrange unique experiences like trying the local mbege (banana beer).
We're also glad that we could support a local Arusha company (afaik with a female owner).
It's no wonder this tour agency consistently receives 5-star reviews – it truly deserves them!

Reliable and worry free
We had wonderful experience with our guide Jackson and the Ozon Light team. Jackson is very knowledgeable and funny. We learned so much about wild animals, local culture, safaris and more! He drives carefully and safely brings us to all the destinations. He tried his best to show us as many animals as possible. So many lions, elephants, giraffes, ext… and those hard to find animals like leopard and rhinos. We won’t be able to enjoy any of these without him. We would highly recommend anyone who needs a guide who can take care of you while you can enjoy the safari worry free.

I had a very good expierience watching the animals and get very good informatie about the animals. Our tour operator Denis did a very good job explainig everything about the nature and the animals in Tanzania. Denis got very good eyes for spotting animals.

Incredible Honeymoon Safari
My wife and I did a 7 day safari with Ozon Light Tours and it was one of the best trips we’ve ever been on.
We first dealt with Clinton who helped us plan and customize our trip to create the perfect itinerary for us. He responded quickly and was very professional and easy to deal with. The quote was the best value for our money of any tour company we looked at.
Accommodations throughout the safari were all excellent and the jeep was comfortable and in great condition.
Our safari guide Denis was truly exceptional. His knowledge and passion for the animals was amazing. We saw the big 5 and countless other animals. Denis was able to spot animals everywhere and get us close to them for great photos. He gave us tons of information about each animal and made the experience a lot of fun. He also took time to set up awesome picnics in the Serengeti to have lunch in some really unique places. He was truly fantastic and made our trip unforgettable. 10/10 guide.
In summary, cannot recommend this tour company enough. Book without hesitation!

Great experience
Booked ozon light from a website and couldn’t be happier. Both guides (Dennis and Elijah, the training guide) were super knowledgeable and managed to show us all big five, beauty five, ugly five and several other animals.
