Brilliant tour of Vic Falls/Chobe/Hwange
I was left with a very satisfied feeling after dealing with Exec Africa Travel and Tours and completing the tour with them.
From the very start, where I did searches for tour options, they seemed very competitive in what they offered. Before long I had settled on them as the tour company of choice, and this was easily sealed given the very high standard of communication they offered. The standard of English was not just high but they quickly (immediately) & very clearly responded to any queries and uncertainties I had to my complete satisfaction.
The value for money was very good, I believe. The game drives in Hwange in particular were of very high standard with superbly skilled guides in attendance. Their knowledge of the bush, the birdlife, the animals, the trees etc was second to none. We had very good sightings of lions on each of the two days we did game drives: I have been to several game parks in Africa and these sightings were amongst the best I've experienced.
We started with an included evening cruise (with dinner) on the Zambezi which was of very high standard and which was conducted with style, i.e. allowing the boat to drift with minimal use of the motors and serving very fine food.
Overall accommodation and dinner standards were high for the tour price. The tour guides were very helpful with any queries we had, including for a subsequent road trip I made on my own around Zimbabwe! Our tour driver was a very safe i.e defensive driver.
My wife was vey pleased with the tour too. We felt that we could not have made a better choice. If we go to this region again, we will 100% use Exec again!

Excellent, Responsive and informative
Our tour operator Manuel from Exec Africa tours and travels was extremely responsive from the first time I started communication with him. He added an impromptu stop at the super market for my family to pick groceries. Communication was quick and clear on WhatsApp, with reminders and what‑to‑bring tips, Visa related queries etc. I was very happy with his services and would recommend him to everyone who is looking to come to Victoria falls for their vacation.

Professional company with great guides, service, and communication
Our experience with Exec Arica travel was excellent from day one. The responsiveness and communication were excellent; they put together an itinerary that suited our needs and it proved to be very good value for money. Manuel was excellent to deal with in the inquiry process, made booking and getting organized very clear and simple, and both Manuel and Lee were excellent guides all through the tour. They answered all our questions and attended to all our needs with no hassle.
The itinerary itself was great. The game drives and river cruises they organized in Chobe, Victoria Falls, and Hwange were exactly what we hoped they would be. I would recommend this company to anyone. We can't thank them enough for a memorable experience.

Tour fun, exciting, our guide lovely, easy to arrange, beautiful accommodation, great widlife!
Private tour for just the 2 of us in Zimbabwe and Botswana. Exec Africa and Tours provided prompt pickup and attention to detail all the way through the tour.
Fun and exciting tours to Victoria Falls which was awesome. Evening boat dinner cruise and morning walk along the falls - fantastic! Victoria Falls a must see! Thrilling day tour to Chobe NP in Botswana for safari and boat tour, which we saw amazing wildlife. Pleasantly surprised with this part of the tour. Then a trip for a few days to Hwange NP for safari tours, staying in a spectacular lodge by the park.
Our tour leader looked after every detail of our tour and was such a pleasure to be in his company. Thank you, Lee. Food awesome and Lee's dining suggestions were epic!

We had an excellent experience with Exec Africa for our 10 day safari holiday in Zimbabwe and Botswana.
Manuel, their reservations consultant, was extremely helpful in customising our itinerary to suit our needs, and was responsive at all times of the day and night to graciously answer our questions.
We had a wonderful guide, Lee, who met us at the airport and was with us until we departed. He took care of everything during our stay, was a fountain of knowledge, very personable and friendly, he was an extremely safe driver, and considerate of all our needs. We felt very safe with Lee as our guide and were extremely well looked after, including one morning when we went on a 6am game drive, and he came to the lodge especially, to make sure we boarded the jeep safely!
The lodges Manuel recommended were well appointed and clean. The company provided us with good cars which even included satellite internet connection. And both Lee and Manuel were so thoughtful in considering our comfort, when they switched cars for the second leg of our journey knowing the road conditions were not as well maintained.
The game drive guides used by Exec Africa were also excellent, very knowledgable, and had good ability to find many animals for us to see.
We had an amazing holiday which exceeded all of our expectations, thanks to Manuel and Lee! We highly recommend Exec Africa for your next trip. You will not be disappointed!!

Great and reliable tour operator
I want to start with how the tour works. In our case a driver from Exec Africa picked us up in a van from our hotel and drove us to the border. He helped us with crossing out of Zimbabwe and into Botswana. He stayed with us until we left with a local Botswana tour drove us in an open air vehicle to Chobe. We then had an included wonderful lunch at a lodge. Then we transferred to a local boat operator. Then back to the vehicle back to the border. And then we were picked up by our original Zimbabwe driver.
The whole experience was wonderful. We saw a lot of animals and leaned a lot. Our Exec Africa was also very proactive about making sure we knew when and who would be picking us up. They also quickly answered any questions I had. I really have no complaints.
Our Zimbabwe driver was Likhwa and our Botswana driver was Cobra. Both were fantastic. I forget our boat operator's name. He was good but perhaps a bit long winded. It was still a wonderful experience.
Well Organised Safari Trip
From the planning stage to the actual safari trip, the service and communication with Exec Africa was excellent.
We told them that we wanted to see as much wildlife as possible so they put together a 9-day game viewing trip.
Our driver for the 9 days was Lickhwa and he couldn’t do enough for us. We learned so much about life in Zimbabwe from him - he is such a lovely man.
Each game drive we did had its own highlight. Didn’t get to see a leopard but saw loads of other wildlife.
The drive from Bulawayo to Victoria Falls after seeing the rhinos in Matobo National Park was LONG but that is because of the awful state of the roads - will never complain about pot holes in this country ever again.
Make sure you have small denominations of USD as we found that most of the lodges did not have change so you end up paying over the odds for drinks!
The 2 points above are nothing to do with Exec Africa so I would thoroughly recommend this Company to make sure you have a memorable, well organised safari trip.

Great friendly service, we felt so looked after!
From the planning stage to our actual holiday the communication from Exec African travel and tours was fantastic.
Manuel planned our itinerary so we got to experience everything we desired.
Our tour guide Lee was waiting at the airport and escorted us to our private air conditioned vehicle, with a cool bottle of water waiting. While driving to our accommodation he confirmed our evening activity Dinner on the Zambezi River and what time he would be picking us up. On arrival at our hotel he bought our suitcases to reception and made sure we had a smooth check in. We stayed at Dzimbahwe lodge Victoria Falls. The lodge was small and fairly basic but was a good base for our up coming activities. We had a swim then prepared for our sunset cruise on the Zambezi River. Lee picked us up and transferred us to the beautiful boat where we had an amazing dinner with beautiful wines cruising the Zambezi while seeing the wildlife in and around the river. Returning back to port Lee once again was waiting to take us back to our accommodation during this time he confirmed pick up time in the morning for our Chobe National Park Safari.
After an early breakfast Lee picked us up and transferred us to the Botswana border and handed us over to our Safari guide Cobra. After border formalities we enjoyed the Safari seeing many animals we had an included lunch at a very nice lodge then we enjoyed an afternoon cruise on the Chobe River, not as luxurious as our sunset cruise but very enjoyable. Coming back to the border once again Lee was there waiting for us to take us back to our lodge so we could prepare for our evening activity a special
BOMA Dinner and drum show. The food and entertainment were fantastic the only complaint that I had was that some people were smoking inside the eating area. Once again after our dinner/show our guide Lee was waiting for us to take us safely back to our lodge.
Day 3 we were up early for a morning walk around the falls followed by breakfast then off to do a helicopter ride over the falls, we then returned to our lodge freshened up where we then checked out and started our journey to Hwangi Safari Lodge after checking in to this beautiful lodge we had some lunch and a swim then went on an afternoon Safari adventure. Returning to enjoy the Lodges restaurant for dinner and well deserved sleep.
Day 4 after an early breakfast we had a full game drive with Lazarus he taught us about tracking animal prints and well we ended up having morning tea with a couple of lions that were hanging around a water hole, I had to pinch myself to check that this was really happening. Then off we went again to spot more animals, but returned to the water hole to enjoy watching our lions and a herd of elephants while enjoying our packed lunch. It was an amazing day!
We returned back to the lodge with time to freshen up and enjoy a cocktail before dinner. Lee joined us for dinner on the lawn and we enjoyed telling him about our wonderful safari and lunching with lions.
Sadly after breakfast we had to head back to Victoria Falls for our plane back to Johannesburg.
Lee was an intelligent guide and answered all our questions and was full of interesting information. We were very lucky to have such delightful person look after us, we felt like royalty.
Manuel from Exec African tours and travel coordinated our trip wonderfully I highly recommend this company. Great communication skills and they leave nothing to chance.
We were extremely happy with this part of our 3 week tour of Africa.
