John is the best tour guide I’ve had my whole life.
We had John as our driver and guide for Amboseli and Masai Mara parks. He was a legend and the best driver there is no doubt, because He was respectful and intelligent and found happiness in his job. If I go back to Kenya I’m going to visit John.

Unforgettable, once in a lifetime experience
From the moment I was greeted at the airport by Charles to being dropped back off 10 days later, this was truly a once in a lifetime and incredible experience delivered by Charles and his team. Throughout the booking process, they had communicated extremely promptly and were very flexible to our own plans, timeline and desired itinerary - guiding and advising us through this process. Arriving a few days earlier than the rest of my group, Charles went out of his way to greet me at the airport and help me plan and organise various activities that are very difficult to do from abroad (e.g. booking a train ticket to Mombasa) - this was fantastic service and above and beyond.
The tour itself was an incredible experience - all of the accommodation and food was top, and a special thanks for making sure the vegetarian in our party had plenty of options in advance. Our driver and guide, Jon, was extremely knowledgeable, an amazing spotter of animals and always seemed to be in the right place at the right time! By the end of the trip he felt like one of the group and it was sad to leave him behind! Thank you Jon for making the trip so incredible - thanks to him we were able to see literally every animal we had dreamed of - cheetahs, lions, leopards, rhinos, hippos, elephants and many many more.

Unforgettable Mara safari with Jamlan
Amazing safari experience at Masai Mara with Jamlan tours! Charles arranged a 7 day private tour for our family of five adults to Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru & Amboseli. Charles was extremely helpful with the safari arrangements & even with arranging internal train bookings. Both Charles & Isabella were there to greet us at the airport & to help with formalities. Our guide & driver John, a Masai himself, made our safari a memorable experience with his knowledge of the parks & patience answering all our questions. We were able to see all of the big five and more during our safari. The accommodation arrangements were mostly good, with some minor glitches. We thoroughly enjoyed our Safari experience with Jamlan tours and absolutely recommend Charles & his team for visiting Kenya. Thanks Charles & John for a wonderful safari experience.

Wonderful Safari experience! Everything arranged for us in advance by Isabella. All we did was arrive in Kenya at the airport - everything from that point on was covered, from transportation to food to water to lodging to a spectacular guide named Philip. We felt safe and cared for in every way. What a beautiful experience up close with the animals. Life-changing!

Very professional, committed, organised and result oriented!
My family and I booked a 6 day private tour in Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru & Amboseli with Jamlan Holiday Safaris. Isabellah was always available to answer to our questions both on mail and WhatsApp. We asked her to suggest for us good midrange accommodations which she did perfectly at a fair price.
The land cruiser that we travelled in was in good shape and George our guide was so knowledgeable about the parks and the wildlife. He answered all our questions and was a good driver too. We took a hot air balloon safari in Masai Mara.
Accomodations and foods were good. The staff in the hotels were also welcoming made sure we felt comfortable.
I recommend this company to anybody planning to visit Kenya.
