This Kenya trip creating memories to last a lifetime.
This 13-day Kenya trip was unforgettable: tracking the Special Five in Samburu, seeing rare caracals, elephant families playing in water, black rhinos and hyenas competing for lion prey in Sweetwater, waterbirds and lions mating at Lake Nakuru, the Big Five in Maasai Mara with impressive leopards and majestic lions, cheetahs and herbivores, hiking near animals at Lake Naivasha, flamingos and elephants in Amboseli. We saw almost all animals, thanks to Leopard Travel's careful arrangements and Mr. Lawrence's professional guiding. Grateful and will visit Kenya again.

Better than we could have ever imagined!
We originally booked and communicated with Elijah through email as opposed to booking through an agency, which felt a bit daunting. However, Elijah was friendly and efficient, helped us with any questions we had and created the perfect package for us that fit our situation and budget.
After landing in Nairobi, we were greeted at the gate by Elijah, who was again very friendly and made us feel at ease. He explained to us what to expect on the trip and introduced us to Patrick, our guide for the week.
From the very beginning, Patrick was always friendly, answered every question we had and was receptive to what we wanted from our trip. He worked tirelessly to ensure that our trip ran seamlessly and made it an incredible experience for us. He communicated efficiently any minor changes (small things like changing days for activities etc) and still made sure everything ran smoothly. Even doing things like checking us in to our accomodation and making bookings for us, which made our trip so stress-free! As it was my first safari, I was nervous at the beginning, but Patrick immediately made us feel safe and at ease throughout the whole experience, making it easily one of the best experiences of my life! When he found out we were on our honeymoon, he truly went above and beyond to make our entire experience unforgettable. 😊 The whole safari was incredible, Patrick knew where to look for each animal and his excitement was infectious when we found them! I'd say we were lucky to see such incredible animals/encounters on our safari but I believe it's entirely down to Patrick knowing his stuff and being an excellent guide. The long car rides between camps were also made much more enjoyable with chatting and getting to know Patrick too!
We would wholeheartedly recommend anyone and everyone to book with Leopard Orchid Safaris (particularly with Patrick!). I can't imagine a better experience! Thank you Patrick and Leopard Orchid Safaris 😊

A Wonderful and Memorable Safari Experience
Leopard Orchid Safaris responded to our initial safari inquiries and assisted with the reservation process, supplying information and options throughout. It answered all our questions promptly and suggested valuable ideas to us as well. The communication was excellent.
11-Day Samburu, Ol Pejeta, Nakuru, Maasai Mara, Naivasha, Amboseli Safari. Victor welcomed us at the airport and introduced Sami, our safari guide, to us for the following 11 days of adventure. Sami is a friendly and knowledgeable guide. He speaks softly and makes sure we have a pleasant experience. In the safari, he can always get us to the right spots at the right time without hindering other safari vehicles. Just into the second day of our tour, thanks to Sami's expertise, we spotted a leopard in Samburu NR. We rounded up the Big Five in only three days. Overall, we saw a total of 83 distinct kinds of animals, birds, and reptiles, including lions, leopards, cheetahs, rhinos, buffalos, elephants, giraffes, antelopes etc. Every time we have a question on the animal, Sami would patiently tell us the name of the animal, their behavior, and how to tell whether it is a male or female as well as other related information. That's how we got all 83 by their names.
Besides his exceptional knowledge of the safari, he also showed that he has a big heart to lend a helping hand for others. In Maasai Mara, we saw two incidents of safari vehicles stuck on the side of the road. Sami asked us if it is OK with us that he help with the stuck vehicles. He quickly towed the vehicles free. We were extremely impressed with him.
Sami is also very flexible with the schedule. Depending on the condition of the day and our wishes, he would try to accommodate the best for us. There were incidents where we were a bit behind our schedule, mainly because we spent too much time shopping for souvenirs, Sami would patiently wait for us and let us finish and we continued to our next destination. He also went as far as throwing a surprise birthday celebration for my wife with the staff at Naivasha Kongoni Lodge. We were totally surprised and felt so happy for what he did. We really appreciate it. It was truly a memorable birthday for my wife and a memorable trip for both of us.
Thank you, Sami and Leopard Orchid Safaris. We will be back to see you again. Maasai Mara never disappoints.

This is a professional and responsible tour operator.
We had a great experience. We were met at the airport from the moment we got off the plane. Our tour guides were very responsible and took us to see the Great Migration and the Big Five. They loved their work and quickly resolved any problems they encountered. Overall, we highly recommend it.

Very good operator for safari games
We had a very positive experience overall with Leopard Orchid Safaris.
1. Our guide was excellent — he truly gave his maximum effort to help us spot wildlife, while always showing respect for the environment and for other travelers.
2. The operator is reliable and we felt supported throughout the trip.
3. That said, the plan we received from the office could be optimized in terms of driving times. I would recommend checking carefully how the distribution of tours across different parks is set up, as this could make the experience smoother.
4. We did encounter some issues with one of the hotels, but our guide was extremely effective in finding solutions. For future travelers, I suggest checking hotel reviews on Google Maps or Booking.com before confirming accommodations with the operator.
Overall, a trustworthy operator with excellent guides. With a few adjustments on logistics and hotel selection, the experience can be even better.

Made our dreams come true
This was the best holiday and safari we could hope for. Michael organized a perfect trip. We went to Amboseli, Naivasha, Nakuru and then Masai Mara. It was perfect. I just want to shout out our amazing driver Sami who went above and beyond and showed great enthusiasm and passion for what he does. He got up early every day to show us the best of each park and we seen it all. Without Sami this trip would not have been as special as it was. He knew the best spots and was so helpful to others out there. A true gent. Thank you

Patrick is the best
Elijah picked us from the airport and introduced us to our Driver Patrick and our trip started from that time. Patrick helped us with everything and treated us like family. We had a bit of challenge because our accommodation had very limited electricity but it was solved once we requested them it is very important for us. We travelled to 4 different locations and it was long drives but Patrick made it very comfortable for us. We stayed in beautiful places. It’s called sopa lodge. Nakuru sopa was the best. For safety and comfort I Definitely recommend leopard safari and Patrick. Thank you for making our trip so memorable

Perfectly organized, everything went well, you get definitely more than expected
The communication from the beginning was easy - everything went smoothly and worked out perfectly. Leoprad Orchid Safaris organized everthing to our satisfaction, even our individuell wishes have been realized. Pick up from the hotel was on time and the relation with our very good driver Patrick was great from the beginning. His knowledge of the 5 different Parks (Tsavo East and West, Amboseli, Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara) and of the wild life was extraordinary and contributed a lot to our perfect game drives. We got definitely more than expected, including stuck in a waterhole or "fighting" with an adult male baboon for bread ;-) or a monkey for a banana :-) during a picknick close to Mara River.
Every game drive is different but we were very lucky to see more than only the "Big Fives" in a fantastic sceenery including Kilimandscharo. Be prepared for some looooong drives, but it is worth. The only recommendation from our side, stay in lodges inside the Parks. Accomodation have been extraordinary including delicious meals, but at Amboseli and Lake Nakuru to stay also inside the park would have given more time for game drives. All together, a great adventure and a perfect safari due to the perfect organisation by Leopard Orchid Safaris and our driver Patrick.

Amazing arrangement in every where, super c/p value
We have a nice/professional customer service - Elijah. With clear response for our questions or requirements, tour arrangement, and payment- He is the 1st key man to my family to choose Leopards Orchid as our tour operator in so many providers.
The 2nd key man is our tour guide/driver, the nice/humble/well known/aggressive to provide the safari information, finally we are not only finding the big five but a lot of animals or bird we never see in Zoo or in the other places, such as Hyrax...It's so amazing 😍 to us....
The finally key man is boss James, I ask if can purchase the Leopards Orchid tour's hoodies, he agrees, and send us after 2 days. It's very useful in this weather (June), and the unforgettable suviniors. He also help us to upgrade the accomodations to a Villa, yes...Villa.. amazing 🤩 again.
I really thanks this team, and hope you if can visit in the not highest peak season, the value will be over rated than your expectations from Leopards Orchid tour.

There are four of us from Malaysia. We were very satisfied with such superb service provided by Leopard Orchid Safaris.
8 days safari tour is such a memorable experience for all of us. From the beginning of day 1, everything were went smoothly. We depart from our hotel in Nairobi to Amboseli. In the evening we have shot safari trip in Amboseli where we saw wild animals.
We covered Amboseli, Naivasha, Nakuru and of course Maasai Mara Safari park. The driver cum our guide, Mr Joshua was vere pleasant, expert, professional and very attentive driver.
He bring us to most of the animals where we have seen superfast sprint cheetah chasing wildebeest for its lunch! Such a memorable experience!!!
Apart from that, we have seen group of lions having their own lunch eating zebra and wildebeest as well in different two occasions!
Wow it was really wonderful and such a very professional service. Our problem with regards to lack of hot water shower in our toilet at Maasai Mara Sentrim camp was smoothly resolved by helping both the Safari operator as well as Sentrim Maasai Mara lodge.
The accommodation and foods throughout our stays in the whole trip are meeting our expectations and to the some extent exceeded our expectations!
I thus would STRONGLY RECOMMEND LEOPARD ORCHID SAFARIS as the best safari tour operator.
