Amazing Solo Trip
I had an amazing experience with Africa Uncovered Safaris on a solo trip in Zimbabwe. They were very professional during both the booking and the tour itself. The itinerary was well designed, my guide Muza was super helpful and the accomodation impeccable. I am looking forward to going on future tours in Africa with them.

Fun, organized and accommodating
Our guide was instrumental in making our trip a huge success! He always communicated what our plans were and answered all of our questions well. Tafara had a great sense of humour too- which made the trip fun! All of our arrangements were smooth and Tafara even took us shopping. The trip with Africa Uncovered was excellent- Chobe, boat trip (fantastic), Elephant Sands. The meals were great and accommodations were very good. I recommend TAFARA as your guide and Africa Uncovered as your trip!

Best safari ever!
I sent a quote request just one day before our trip — a truly last-minute inquiry — but Africa Uncovered Safaris exceeded all expectations with a meticulously planned safari that started in under 24 hours.
The communication was smooth and professional from start to finish. Our driver, Simba, was absolutely fantastic: punctual, kind, and attentive. He picked us up on time, drove us through the national park to the Botswana border, and handed us over to their trusted safari guide on the Botswana side.
During the transfer through the park, we had the chance to see buffalo, giraffes, and wild dogs. Simba would always stop the car to let us take pictures and enjoy observing the animals in their natural habitat.
Once in Botswana, we had breakfast with coffee and muffins, then embarked on a three-hour river safari, where we saw hippos, crocodiles, eagles, and impalas.
Lunch was good, really good actually!
In the afternoon, we continued with a three-hour game drive, during which we were lucky enough to see lions (twice!), elephants, kudu, giraffes, and even elephants playing in the water — a magical moment we’ll never forget.
The return trip with Simba was calm and pleasant. We even spotted zebras on the Zimbabwean side of the park. Before bringing us back home, Simba kindly stopped at a store so we could buy some things, waited patiently for us, and then drove us home. Excellent service!
The car was clean, comfortable, and odor-free.
I can’t recommend Africa Uncovered Safaris and Simba enough. Their attention to detail and excellent service turned what began as a last-minute booking into the most memorable and rewarding experience of our entire trip.

Professional, well organized to the last detail
Fabtastic operator. Well organized trip down to the last detail. Always available for anything we might need. Our guide, Tafara was an absolute blessing! Such a nice, polite, professional, friendly guy! We had a wonderful time with him, he was so kind to us. Not enough words to describe him! Definately recommended for an organized trip where you only need to worry about taking breathtaking pictures! A big thank you for all the team effort! Looking forward to coming back!

Tour: The minute our family of 5 arrived at the airport, we were welcomed by Tafara and Simba. We knew we were in good hands.
Simba is always so smiley, and has very good vibes. He drove with care, keeping us very safe on the roads.
Tafara, is the man of the match. The whole trip was only possible and was so enjoyable because of him. We cannot thank Tafara enough for being so awesome throughout the 7-8 days. Tafara poured his heart into every detail, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. He has been sharing a lot about anything and everything regarding the tour, the cultures, politics, wildlife, etc.
Tafara’s attentiveness, warmth, and genuine care touched us deeply. Every moment felt personal, thoughtful, and incredibly special. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated to making others feel welcomed and cared for, and we’re so grateful our paths crossed.
One example is when it started drizzling towards the game drive, he has requested for Simba to pick us up from the entrance so that we will not get wet.
When we have requested for additional activities to be slotted into the itinerary, Tafara was able to make all arrangements very seamlessly.
The entire trip was very well planned out and well taken care of. Tafara was able to move things around for us and made it even better when it did not work in our favour, be it the weather, the schedule, the late arriving flight etc.
One very special, meaningful and memorable moment was the village tour where we will visit one of the less privileged homesteads, interact and learn about their way of life and cultures. Africa Uncovered Safaris will make a small contribution in our names at the end of the session. This is definitely worth a special mention and really made Africa Uncovered Safaris stand out from the rest as they are giving back to community. Please keep this up!:)

Enthusiastic and helpful.
I was visiting Victoria Falls with some friends after taking a look around Harare. For this portion of our trip we were really looking forward to laying back and having someone else take the reigns. Muza was our host and made us feel very taken care of for our entire trip. From the minute we hopped off the plane we were greeted at the airport and driven in a private shuttle. Muza did an amazing job at explaining every bit of the itinerary and at the same time being flexible towards our needs and preferences. For example whenever we needed to do any shopping or grab something from the store, Muza and our driver were more than willing to find us the best spots to take a break. The accommodations and meals booked for us vastly exceeded our expectations as well. Parts of the trip were also very wholesome and gave us a chance to authentically connect with the local community. Hands down worth every penny and I would recommend this group to anyone wanting a well catered experience.

Incredible experience with Muza in Hwange and Vic Falls
Myself and two friends booked a 5 day Hwange and Vic Falls tour in January. One member of our group could only stay for 4 days and Archie was great about making a change to the itinerary so we could go to Hwange first then to Vic Falls (which was the opposite of the traditional itinerary). Pick up at the airport was seamless; our guide Muza was there right after landing to pick us up and drive us to Hwange National Park. The entire experience around Hwange was excellent. We got lucky on our game drive and saw many elephants despite it being the wet season. Our accommodations at Miombo was very comfortable and clean. The home cooked meals at Miombo were phenomenal! In Vic Falls, our accommodations very quite nice and the room even had A/C! The dinner cruise on the Zambezi was a beautiful experience.
All in all, we ate really well during the 5 days, all included activities were thoughtfully planned out and enjoyable, and most of all, our guide Muza was phenomenal. I felt like the tour was a great value for money and the whole experience ran seamlessly. Africa Uncovered Safaris is a relatively young company but Muza has 15+ years of experience as a guide and Archie was responsive via email and very accommodating. I would definitely book through them again and recommend all friends/family to do the same!

Amazing safari in Hwange, Zimbabwe
Our guide Muza collected us (me and two friends) from Victoria Falls airport. From there Muza handled everything (accommodation, food, safari drives, ...). We visited the painted dogs reservoir, spent one full day in Hwange, visited a local family, and spent some time around the falls.
We didn't have much time so the trip was quite short but it was worth it. This definitely won't be my last safari with Muza :)
