Good
Budget Safari…you get what you pay for I guess? You get everything that is described however 4 days and we are put with 3 different transport vehicles and groups.
We spent the entire of day 3 waiting around and driving, if you don’t want to do any of the optional add ons you spend the entire day sitting around. Overall had a good time but seems a bit disorganised.
An Unforgettable Wildlife Safari Experience with Sunnycreek
Sunnycreek provided a well-organized, safe, and memorable wildlife experience with knowledgeable guides and excellent service.

Recommended!
James & Jimmy are really helpful in planning and executing the safari and communication is prompt.
All the accomodations are great.
Jimmy is super skilled as a driver on really difficult roads and his animal spotting skills are excellent along with information given about animals. All safaris start on time and are wonderfully and safely executed.
My only issue was with the food options at the camp in Amboseli. And the food given on budget safaris is less too. Carry snacks if you are a big water.

An enchanting experience that is relatively affordable and complete in one package.
SunnyCreeks provided my friend and I with an amazing experience that I truly recommend everyone should try out. They really made the most of the amount whilst not being too expensive. Everything was adequate and good for the price housing, food, safari car, everything! We went with Alex as our driver and guide and he did an amazing job at explaining and talking about all animals that we encountered. Alex really went out of his way to make sure each and every one of us had a good time and that I loved. We were able to spot all big 5. Though I have a few minor concerns over the whole experience.
1. I wish the tipping/fee culture was explained more adequately for someone who comes from a different culture tipping is not the norm however when visiting the masai mara village, then going over the river we were expected to tip, as well as pay a masai mara entrance fee which threw us offgaurd as I didn't expect to spend cash during. (thou the tipping wasn't a lot ~20-40$) I still would have appreciated an earlier headsup. I would have honestly preferred if the price of the package was increased to accommodate the tipping as I found it to be a negative part of my experience. As budget travelers we try to calculate everything involved and these unexpected fees do harm the experience.
2. The third day could have included more activities we visited the masai mara village (took around 2-3 hours) and travelled to the lake to check in. I really think we could have done a lot more in terms of visiting local attractions or just going around in the city or even a group entertainment activity. In the evenings there was a lot of emptiness we wished could have spent better.
3. I wish we were given more tips about pricing and tourism merchandise earlier. Just general tips that help when it comes to bargaining and discussing. We were cheated by the village people who guilt tripped us into purchasing mass produced items that were described as "unique and locally made" and paid 2-3x their usual prices. For many this might be the first thing we try in Kenya so general tips would be nice.
However, the above concerns still did not ruin the experience sunnycreeks is still an amazing provider and I would definitely come back with them again. Even before we landed in Nairobi Maureen made sure our itinerary was correct and that our airport pick up went smoothly. Sunnycreeks gave us nice recommendations of places to enter and spend time as our flights were in an awkward timing. and Maureen made sure our return to the airport went smoothly and even offered us rides to the airport on the way back.

Seamlessly managed Safari... Our dream vacation made a reality by Sunnycreek, James and John
Sunnycreek safaris did an amazing job customising the itinerary as per our liking. Recommended the best locations and booked in the most amazing properties.
Right from the airport pickup to drop, everything was pre arranged and on time.
Our guide John needs a special mention, he explained about the history of Kenya, the animals, ensured we don't miss out on the big 5 and we were lucky enough to see all the animals at close quarters.
Absolutely recommend them for your Kenya safari.. This is once in a lifetime experience and Sunnycreek definitely ensured that you enjoy every minute of it...
Going back as a happy and contended customer..
He was very friendly and very helpful! Overall we loved it!

Best memories for lifetime with Sunnycreek
I spent lots of time in finding a reliable safari operator spanning for more than a month and connected with 50+ tour operators
Among all why i chose sunnycreek?
James and his team and his team is very attentive and they respond immediately to my messages also i made so many changes to my original itinerary but still James didnt hesitate and accommodated all my needs
Coming to the safari our guide was John what can i say about him
He is like a brother, teacher , friend everything put together
I know doing back to back to safaris over many years you tend to worn out and give explanations like an automated machine but thats not the case with John he always brings energy like this is his day1 of his career
He not just explain about wildlife and behaviours he ll also check you again the next day whether you have understood
Also how many times you ask a question again and again he never shows his face he takes them with a smile and answer them like explaining a kid
Whatever we request he puts his best effort to show them to his maximum capacity
The vehicle was properly maintained did carwash every day , gave us hats as a souvenir for all of us etc
We are Indian family consisting of myself , my spouse , my 6 yr old son and my 57 yr old mom
We have vegetarian dietary needs all were properly communicated to the hotels and there were no hiccups also the park fees were paid online and we were simply passing them with zero wait in every park
At the end of the trip when John bid us a bye we all got teary eyed and our voices were trembling will waving bye to him
Such was the bond we had in 8 days
John is a gem of a person
Go for Sunnycreek without any second thoughts i highly recommend them

Great Amboseli & Maasai Mara experience. Thanks to James and Steve for making it special
Our trip to Amboseli and the Maasai Mara was wonderful, and a big part of that was thanks to James and Steve. They were patient, knowledgeable, and communicated so well throughout the journey. They took extra effort to make sure we explored everything to the fullest, and their guidance and kindness made every day special. We couldn’t have asked for better people to show us the beauty of these places
