Great !
A couple of hours after I sent my last review the company got in touch with us and apologized for the slow response. I would like to change my review to this “We had an amazing experience traveling with this company to Amboseli and Tsavo East National Parks. Overall we really recommend this experience, our driver Joseph was particularly amazing."

Very kind and caring
We had a very awesome and caring driver all along.He ensured we were comfortable,enjoying meals and very safe.We really had a great adventure touring the masaai mara and i would recommend anyone who wants to have a lifetime experience to book with this one.We will still book with you guys for our next adventure!

Joe our driver was absolutely amazing.
We were picked at our abode at around 10am and left for Nairobi National Park. Joe was so accomodating, he even let us borrow his binoculars at some point. He was quite educating and taught us a lot about wildlife. He was also experienced as he knew strategic locations and how to locate the lions and rhinos using the radio walkie talkie. It was much fun!

uncomplicated and individual
The organisation of the tour was very easy und uncomplicated, communication through Whatsapp, pick-up at our address in Nairobi. Our tour guide was caring a lot about us and our individual needs, big know-how about the flora and fauna in the parc. We have really enjoyed the tour and reccomend it especially for families.

An unforgettable Safari with Explorers Wild Adventures - 10/10!
Our 6-day safari to Maasai Mara, Lake Nakuru and Amboseli with Explorers Wild Adventures was everything we hoped for and so much more.
My boyfriend and I planned the safari from Germany and while this can be a quite difficult process, Johann Mwale from Explorers Wild Adventures helped us during every step of the way. He recommended different safari options to us: budget, mid-range and luxury. We decided for the mid-range option as it was offering beautiful lodges and a PRIVATE safari for an excellent price. Communication with Johann was always quick and excellent. On our side, we also had some trouble with the bank transfer. However, Johann was very kind and helpful in this situation.
On the day our safari started, we were picked up by Johar (John) who is the best driver and guide we could wish for. If possible, we highly recommend to do your own tour with him. He is very knowledgeable, patient, kind and always goes the extra mile to give his clients the best experience. Thanks to him we saw all of the Big 5 and many more animals on our tour. We are very grateful to the Explorer Wild Adventures-Team and will definitely choose them for our next safari in Kenya again without hesitation. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation!

Amazing experience
The booking process was very straightforward and the communication with the office nice and easy. They were able to arrange a slightly different itinerary for us than we had seen online which was great!
We were collected promptly from the airport as planned and met Joseph our guide. Joseph was very friendly and made us feel welcome straight away.
The safari experiences were incredible. Joseph was an excellent driver who ensure we saw everything! He communicated with other drivers to help track animals and took us all over each of the parks. He was very knowledgeable about the animals, providing us with facts and answering our questions.
The accommodation (mid-range lodge) was a little mixed, some of the lodges could be improved. As a vegetarian, the food was quite repetitive however mostly tasted good! One of the vegetarian packed lunch however was not good at all - I’d advise to take snacks!
I would absolutely recommend this company to anybody looking to do a safari. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Anoying
In the middle of the safari they change us of group,van and driver.
The driver didn't stop in naivasa lake when we had to do It...
The driver wasn't worried about us any moment.

We understand that you may have preferred to stay with your original group, van, and driver, and we apologize if this change caused any inconvenience or dissatisfaction. However, please be assured that our team made this decision after evaluating various factors, such as group dynamics, vehicle capacities, and logistical considerations, in order to optimize the safari experience for all guests.
We also feel that a private safari option would have suited you the most rather than a group joining safari which we also offer, one of the most remarkable aspects of a private safari is the ability to craft a personalized itinerary. Unlike group safaris, where the schedule is predetermined, a private safari allows you to design a journey that aligns perfectly with your preferences. Private safaris provide an unmatched level of personalized attention and service where you have a dedicated guide and often a private vehicle, which means your experience is tailored to your interests.
Regarding the omission of the visit to Lake Naivasha during your safari experience, the visit to Lake Naivasha was listed as an optional activity in our itinerary, you did not confirm earlier that you were interested for this option. In such cases, it is essential for guests to confirm their interest in participating in optional activities in advance for same communication to be passed over to your driver guide, this helps us in making the necessary arrangements and ensures that all guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience.
We apologize if there was any miscommunication or lack of clarity regarding the need for early confirmation. We understand that you were disappointed not to visit Lake Naivasha, and we regret any inconvenience this may have caused.

Great from start to finish.
Right from contacting for a quote, to arranging any extras, to the safari itself, the experience was exemplary. Any questions were answered quickly and clearly, and our safari guide was fantastic - super friendly and got us to see every animal we could have seen within two days! I wouldn't have changed anything about the experience and can't recommend it highly enough.

It was great!!!
We had a great vacation! Communication was fast en good. The lodges were also good and our gide and chauffeur for all 6 days was Joseph and he was the best! He's a kind man and a good chauffeur and gide. He brought us everywhere and told us al lot. When we gave up to see a Rhino, he didn't stop. And with succes! It was great.
