Great safari experience!
We had an amazing experience with African Finfoot Safaris. Everything was great organized by Edrisa. Communications were agile and very clear. The itinerary has been carefully aligned with us upfront. All lodges have been selected wisely and contributed to our overall experience. Offered price was also very fair.
We spend our 5 days safari (Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro) with great guide Edward who has more than 16 years of experience as a safari guide. He knew everything about animals, plants, culture. Learned a lot from him. He was also very flexibile and everything could be customized during the trip. The car was always clean in the morning. We felt that he wanted to provide us with the best possible experience, which he also succeeded in doing.
We had the opportunity to see Big Five from a very close distance (except the rhino which we saw from distance) as well as Great wildebeest migration. Edward was very experienced in finding lions and other predators. We saw a huge groups of them from a very close distance. This was a lifelong experience.
We definitely had a trip and experience of a lifetime. Thank you African Finfoot Safaris and definitely hope to reconnect in the future!

Perfectly organized tour operator who is creating unforgettable memories
Spectacular and Memorable Safari with African Finfoot Safaris
This was my second trip with African Finfoot Safaris in Uganda, and once again, it was just spectacular, memorable, and unforgettable. We (two friends and I) embarked on a ten-day tour around Uganda, experiencing all the magical activities like chimp and gorilla trekking, game drives in Queen Elizabeth National Park, and relaxing on Sese Island.
Charles and Edrisa did an amazing job making the trip absolutely breathtaking. The tour planning was handled by Edrisa, who is incredibly organized and professional. Every extra wish we had was seamlessly included in the tour. They truly made everything possible.
From the moment Edrisa and Charles picked us up at the airport, we could just relax and enjoy Uganda, which is, to be honest, my favorite African country. For my two friends, it was their first trip to the African continent, and after returning, they now understand why I am so fascinated by the country.
Throughout the tour, everything was well-organized and worked out perfectly. Charles was a very attentive and safe tour guide and driver, ensuring we felt secure at all times. The car was in perfect condition, and all the accommodations we stayed in were just wonderful.
African Finfoot Safaris collaborates with various community accommodations, ensuring that part of the money goes back to support the local community. During our game drives in Queen Elizabeth National Park, we were incredibly lucky to spot a mother leopard with her two cubs playing and relaxing by the road. We also saw elephants crossing our path and, thanks to our guides, we were the only people in the park to spot the tree-climbing lions in Ishasha.
During the sometimes long drives, we had great conversations, which helped us become friends. I would highly recommend African Finfoot Safaris for a safe, perfectly organized, and wonderful trip with amazing people in a beautiful country. I will definitely go again next year.

The best

A Perfectly Superb Experience and Trip from Planning to Finish! Couldn't be happier!
I inquired with several tour operators and chose African Finfoot Safaris because Edrisa excelled at listening to and accommodating my requests while making helpful suggestions based on my interests. The result was a trip encompassing all of the things important to me at a great price. The tour was perfectly executed, with friendly and knowledgeable guides focused on ensuring a great experience. The Uganda portion of the trip was filled with highlights, from gorilla and chimp trekking, to fantastic game drives led by my incomparable guide Charles, to immersion in the local community. In Tanzania, we perfectly timed the tour to see the great wildebeest migration and African Finfoot Safaris even made a last minute change to my accommodations to get me closer to the action. Guide Emmanuel was particularly skilled at putting me at the right place at the right time to see the river crossings and countless other remarkable wildlife sightings. I began the adventure as a solo traveler, and ended it with three new friends (Edrisa, Charles, and Emma.) I highly recommend this tour operator to others seeking a personalized African experience at a very reasonable price.

Awesome Trip with lots of animals and action
We did a short Uganda-Roadtrip with African Finfoot Safaris and Edrisa & Charles did a great job in showing us the beauty of this awesome country. It was possible to customize the trip so it was perfectly suited for us. We climbed Mountains, saw lots of primates and had a lot of fun. Amazing team and unforgattable safari
We had an unforgettable trip with African Finfoot Safari. Everything was excellent starting from email correspondence with Edrisa who provided us with all the detailed information about the upcoming tour, answered all my questions (trust me I love asking a lot of questions and dig deep into details), recommended the best route for us suitable for 4 days we had, and just was super friendly and helpful.
On our first day in Uganda (before the tour), my husband got sick and Edrisa and Charles (our driver) were so nice and without any issue, let us move the dates of the tour 2 days ahead. Because we had the tickets out of Uganda booked, we had got only 3 days for the tour. Edrisa and Charles rebuilt the route in a perfect way. Those 3 days were just AWESOME. We visited Queen Elizabeth National Park and did chimpanzee tracking on the last day. Saw lots of animals (lions, leopard, elephants, chimpanzee, etc.)
Our driver Charles knows a lot of facts about his country. Not only about animals and parks but also about living in Uganda, local traditions, and real life there. We usually don’t ask common and easy questions, so Charles didn’t get a chance to get bored with us. By the way, his English is exceptionally good.
The car is in a good condition. We had free water all the time, all meals were included, Charles bought a chunk of bananas for us on the way to the park. We stayed in Pumba Lodge which had an amazing view of Rift Valley and very friendly staff.
It was my first safari trip and I’m more than satisfied with it. Thanks to the African Finfoot Safari team for all the work and effort to make our journey unforgettable.

Excellent from initial contact to arrival and departure - communication was prompt and clear. A terrific experience with this operator and will book with them again. Charles and Edrisa provided great insight into more than just wildlife. These guys are top level guys and went out of their way for me. They even secured and arranged a Nile River whitewater rafting trip for me since I was unable to do so, largely due to inactive operators related to Covid. Finally, the moment I knew I made the right choice is when Charles secured a difficult to find and often unavailable Congolese beer for me. Excellent value and I will be back. Kidepo Valley awaits.

It was thrilling exciting and a beautiful experience
First of all, I would like to mention the professional way and friendly manner in which our mails were answered by Edrisa - thus getting us a nice itinerary together in quite a short time. Really good as I stared booking quite late.
We have visited various countries in Africa and we were enchanted by the diversity of the scenery. Rivers, lakes and mountains and almost everywhere we went it all looked green and fertile. What surprised and deeply touched us all was the enormous enthusiasm with which all people we met shared their knowledge with us. And knowledgeable they all are! This was incredible.
How lucky we were with Charles, our driver guide, and Edrisa the organizer of whatever had to be organized. Charles had a solution for everything. His knowledge on any subject it being either his country, people, tribe or kingdom, game or his favorite topic: birds, whatever we asked, Charles always knew. We felt safe and secure with him.
We also like the way the local community benefits from tourism. Of course I booked rustic standard camps and most of the accommodations met our expectations although. We all found the beds, wherever we slept, very good and comfortable and had our own restrooms. The communication service was just right, it was really good.

Wonderful Uganda Experience
We went on an 11-day safari with Charles in September as a couple and had a great time. Charles was friendly, very talkative (you'll see ;)) and professional. Since it was just the two of us traveling with him, the trip was very personal and individual. We were able to express our wishes at any time and gained a truly personal insight into the country, its people, and its culture. We saw and experienced an incredible amount—we were really impressed by Uganda's diversity and we've learned a lot.
Everything was very well organized, and we felt safe and well looked after throughout the trip. It was basically an all-inclusive package with only one task: choosing breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
We also got to know Edrisa, a truly warm-hearted and positive person.
We have already had both package tours and wonderful, completely individual self-organized trips. However, my husband considers this trip to be the most beautiful one for him – probably a good conclusion :) We can recommend African Finfoot Safaris entirely by heard.
