Exceptional experience!
From start to finish this two day tour was faultless. I had an excellent and seamless booking experience with Norman after finding the tour on Safaribookings.com. Communication was great and Norman was very flexible and responsive in helping to adjust the tour slightly to accommodate our travel plans.
When we arrived Khongi was waiting for us at the airport and we had a wonderfully comfortable transfer to the Kingdom Resort by Pilanesberg, which is a lovely resort with excellent staff and a friendly atmosphere. The room was perfect for the stay, very clean and well laid out. Food was tasty!
The safari tour was superb! We saw almost everything we'd wanted to, leopards, elephants, rhinos, giraffes, wildebeest, zebra, hippos, loads of different antelope. Unfortunately didn't catch the lions but we hear that was unusual, cannot complain though! Pilanesberg is a beautiful park and our tour guides were outstanding, so we would ABSOLUTELY return back in future. Khongi, who then took us back to Johannesburg, was also fantastic and helpful and made the experience all the better.
All in all, an exceptional experience and unbelievable value for the price! Thank you Nhlalala!

Great experience
Norman was willing to answer all my questions from the very beginning.
My husband and I had been planning this trip for two months, and every question we had, Norman was always happy to answer.
However, our guide was Lucky, who provided excellent service and was always attentive to our needs.
Without a doubt, an unforgettable experience that we hope to repeat as soon as it possible. 100000% recommended.

Professional and friendly!
We enjoy ourselves! The tents were new en everything was clean. The facilities were good. The food was also great. We had enough time for the safari’s and time to relax.

Beautiful safari experience
We absolutely loved our 4 days 3 nights tour at Kruger national park. The whole experience from booking, pickup and until the drop off back at airport was seamless! We chose to do 3 safaris and panorama tour. Norman helped us with arranging our stay, our planned tours and was our tour guide for the day trip to panoramic route.
The sunset and sunrise safaris that were arranged for us were guided by SAParks rangers. Norman was always there before our safari started to ensure there are no hiccups in our pickup and that we are well taken care of. The private full day safari that we did with Nhalala was really nice too, the guide helped us show 4 out of the 5 big animals by taking us to various spots, and he tried his best to give us a great safari experience.
The stay at Kruger Gate hotel was great too. It had a nice pool-side bar overlooking the Sabi river, where we managed to see many wild animals. The breakfast and dinner buffet were delicious and we really enjoyed our time there.
Overall, we would totally recommend booking this tour for anyone looking to get an amazing wildlife and safari experience!

Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable!
Both guides we had for different parts of the tour were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The lodging was superb, with a lovely room, great restaurant, beautiful common spaces, and delightful staff. We really enjoyed our safari game drives, and we were lucky enough to see the Big 5 and much more! Nhlalala Travel took good care of us: even when our original driver had car trouble, the tour operator sent another driver and our itinerary was not affected. We highly recommend Nhalala Travel!

Excellent team of professionals.
From inception to completion of our 5 day tour of South Africa including the Scenic Route and Kruger National Park, the professional team at Nhlalala tour were excellent in providing the history of South Africa and the various point of interest. The tour operator was knowledgable, prepared, friendly and always on time
I booked online and made an early prepayment and then paid the remaining amount just before starting the tour. So, I was a little bit concerned. However, there was no reason whatsoever. The tour operator picked us up at the airport and took us everyday to the destination without any issues at all. The 3 lodges we stayed at in the 7-day trip were all very clean and comfortable. Food (dinner and breakfast) in all of them was very well done. The Kruger National Park game drives in an open vehicle were well organized (extremely cold in the morning though). The tours to Eswatini Kingdom and Panorama route were worth it. I would always book withNhlalala again

This whole experience was a once in a lifetime, it was well organised, punctual and lots of fun! The tours at the park were also fun, full of knowledge and perfectly timed. What a beautiful part of the world we got to experience in such a great way!

Accommodating and easy to organise
Norman was a fantastic guide, organising all the activities and was accommodating to our personalised itinerary. Accommodation was great and he helped organise our fantastic game drives. His knowledge of the local history was amazing. Will definitely travel with Nhalala again!

VERY EFFICIENT
due to cancellation of my flight, I contacted Normand of Nhlalala to start a 3 days' Kruger Safari Trip in a very short notice. Mr Normand managed to arrange this trip for me within 1 day.
We started off the next day after confirmation, everything went smoothly. He even arranged a private 4x4 safari vehicle for us. Roger, is a very experienced guide/driver. He spotted lots of birds for us with his super eagle eyes.
Normand follows up with us every day to see if everything goes smoothly.
