Failed to deliver your. Currently taking legal action against them.
Be extremely careful. Use an Abta approved agent. They failed to book internal flights from Nairobi to Arusha.

But it's bad Lucky to us as your feedback it's false informations as the information are not true as you do not Show off to Nairobi airport as our team was waiting for you there and and our driver was in Serengeti already as we were all communicating via the WhatsApp group.
We Booked all your internal flight as we agreed and we have the tickets which was Zanzibar to Serengeti as we agreed but finaly after you requested us that your flight to Zanzibar was cancelled and you had to re route via Kenya so we agreed together last minite to assist pickup by car then you join the same booked flight to serengeti at Arusha airport as it's passes there to serengeti from Zanzibar you agreed and you paid for the transfer. We are sad that you are not Pity as you saw the videos of our team waiting for you full night's as your flight was to arrive at 02:00am in the night and they was very rained as it was raining that night and you were the one who sorry them and tell them to back to Arusha because you can not allowed to fly to Nairobi due to Visa control in Istanbul which was out our control also and now you wrote bad review about us. Please we thought even you will write to us to add some compasation from all losses we entered too and all our efforts during the booking processes
Unfortunately you didn't show off at Nairobi due to some seasons on your side.
On our side we real value and our customers so we are also okay to assist you further as even if you mis the trip we are okay to arrange for you to the future keeping 50% of paid amount though we losted the full amount as the cancellation policy is open that for No show off full amount is non refundable so we losted them from our suppliers as well.

No royal over this, only scam!
Me and my boyfriend went to Tanzania to go to a safari. We had used so many hours finding the best deal.
We wrote a lot with the man John, and we agreed with the price 1125usd pr pax.
We paid for a flight to Arusha, and accommodation before the safari.
12 hours (at 8pm) before the safari started, John came to the place we stayed, saying he wanted 2000usd pr pax more!! He said he didn’t knew that the price of the national parks had changed because of high season.
We discussed a lot, and the only alternatives he could give us, where worse accommodations and we still had to pay 45usd more!!
When we didn’t agreed with this, because we had a deal on 1125usd, the only option he said was to canceled the trip.
1 day before the trip got cancelled he told us we had to pay for the safari, so we made a bank transaction to him.
When we wanted our money back because he cancelled the trip, we could not have all the money back, because he didn’t want to pay the transaction fee (that we had payed, so he could get the money quick). So the only option was that we had to pay for the fee to get some of our money back!
Afterwards we found out that the price change caused by high season, was something everybody in Tanzania knew about and had known for several month, so it was a total scam that he said didn’t knew, he only wanted more money!
Worst experience ever! Don’t book safari with the company!

Amazing experience!
We chose 3-days safari in Serengeti & Ngorongoro and it was something unforgettable.
I must admit that I liked cooperation with this agency since the very beginning. John responded on my e-mails very quickly, answering all questions and doubts. He was very helpful and communicative. Once our plane landed in Arusha we didn’t have to worry about anything. John helped with picking us up and organized an accommodation in a nice and clean hotel. Next day we set out to Serengeti National Park & Ngorongoro Conservation Area. We travelled by nice and spacious car, everybody had a window view and access to open roof.
Our guide Waldon was very professional, he knew everything about wildlife - he shared with us many interesting facts about animal’s life, he was great in finding them. Apart from this, he is just a cool guy :)
Also our cook Justine did his best to make us happy - every day he prepared all meals for us and it wasn’t a simple cuisine. I was surprised by few courses dinner, lunch and delicious crepes and omelettes on breakfast.
During whole trip the atmosphere was wonderful, we could see that everybody put so much effort to make us happy and safe.
I can highly recommend Royal Tigers Tours and Safaris and I hope I’ll be back here with my family :)

An unforgettable and amazing experience!
We had a lovely time on safari, exploring the Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater and Tarangire National Park. We were lucky and saw the big 5, including lots of other animals! Our driver was knowledgeable and friendly, and so was John, who we booked with.
One small negative was miscommunication with our driver, who suggested some other activities we could partake in, such as visiting the Maasai and having walking tour through a local village. Unfortunately we were quoted the wrong price for the Maasai, and then we were unaware of the cost of the walking tour (other people in our safari enquired and so we went along with it). We felt both were expensive and had we known the full details, we probably would not have chosen to do them. Our driver apologised and offered to make up the rest of the payment for the walking tour.
We would say just be clear on expectations and prices.
Apart from this, we would wholeheartedly recommend going on safari with this company, who were very friendly and made sure we were satisfied.

Great service with individual approach
My mother and me booked a 2 day tour of Ngorongoro and Tarangire with Royal Tiger Tours and Safaris and were extremely satisfied with it! Everything starting with communication via email, meeting up in our hotel and the tour itself was great! After we arrived back to Arusha they even helped us to buy bus tickets at the main bus station (Arusha bus terminal is super crazy!). The Royal Tiger's staff is very helpful and flexible and is glad to amend the tour according to your preferences. While discussing the tour online we have also agreed to visit a coffee plantation which was unfotunately closed but the guys agreed with security on gates and they allowed us to have a short look at the plantation. The lodge they placed us was above expectations!
It was a pleasure working with John and RT's staff and I can highly recommend this company! Hope they will have much more satsfied customers, they are doing a great job! Thank you! Thumbs up :)

Great Safari
3 day tour Tarangire, Ngorongoro crater and lake Manyara. We were impressed by Ngorongoro crater. It's such an amazing place. We had a great time and saw so many animals😊 Also wanted to say that cook who was serving food all 3 days was very good. Food was delicious. Driver/guide Peter is the best. He knows so much information about Tanzania and animals you can tell he loves his job. Very friendly and helpful guy. Asante Sana❤️

The first camping not the top because there were no electricity, hot water to have shower and no ranger to protect us but the second was incredible because sleeping with zebra outside our tend was a dream and had all the comfort

Amazing & unforgettable experience!
In February 2023, we had an unforgettable and adventurous 7-day camping safari. Everything went smoothly. Booking through Royal Tiger Tours and Safaris was easy, our questions were answered promptly, and we experienced a wonderful safari together with another couple. After our beach vacation in Zanzibar, we were picked up at the airport in Arusha and taken to our hotel.
During the following safari through Tarangire National Park, Lake Manyara National Park, Central Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro Crater, and Arusha National Park, we always felt well taken care of and everything appeared very professional. Our guide managed to find all the noteworthy animals that live in the national parks and that we wanted to see, including the Big Five. The tour exceeded our expectations!
We always felt safe in the tents at night. Our private cook prepared delicious African meals for us every evening. After our safari, we were taken to Kilimanjaro International Airport to begin our journey home.
We can wholeheartedly recommend Royal Tiger Tours and Safaris. Thank you very much!

Reliable company with friendly, professional people
We had a wonderful unforgettable trip to Tanzania thanks to Royal Tiger Tours. Contact with John, who arranged our trip, was very good. John was friendly, gave good advice, thought along and answered our questions quickly via email/app. We booked the trip from the Netherlands and paid in advance in US dollars via the Revolut app. We found that quite exciting, but it worked fine and everything was well arranged when we arrived in Tanzania. We visited Tarangire Park, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro crater and Serengeti. All parks were beautiful in their own way. We saw many animals, including the big 5. Our guide/driver Ludovic was very friendly, helpful and professional. He was a good driver (who did not take any risks) and knew how to quickly spot the animals from a great distance. The lodges and tents where we slept were neat and the food was well prepared and delicious. Royal Tiger Tours is a reliable company with good service and with which you can make direct arrangements.
