Quite good!
The Safari was incredible, especially the night one. When we finished everything and, once there, already knew everything about the costs, i think we paid too much for what we did…but except for this, everything was nice

Flexible, communicative and reliable organisation and a good tour
It was pretty good in all ways.
But one member of our group needed to go to the airport after the tour and not mentioning an extra fee, did the driver expect one of another KSH 1000.- after delievering her there.
Honest as i am is this a general phenomena in Kenia, which i really recommend everybody there to change immediately. It makes people just feeling tricked. And tricked people will usually not come back again. In whatever kind of case.
I told it to the driver (who otherwise made a great job) and Mr. Wilson already. I hope they will change that in the future. Being even there that communicative as they have been in any other case.
Otherwise, great job!
Well back to my experience, the safari was good, the accommodation at Lenchada was okay and for my part was everything done as promised.
I can and really will recommend Masai Mara Train.

Mt. Longonot Day Hike
My son and I were picked up by a driver and guide. We were escorted to Mt. Longonot. The deposit was used for the entrance fees. We hiked to the top but had to turn around due to rain. Hope to go back some day to walk the rim. The lunch provided was good.

Transparency and Organization
My experience with Mr. Wilson was very pleasant from the very beginning. Although I was in contact with several safari companies, Mr. Wilson was always attentive to my questions and specific needs, offering me options that matched exactly what I was looking for.
At the camp, everything was exactly as it had been described before the trip, and the same was true for the safari transport. There were no issues at all, and we were able to enjoy the beauty of the African savannah with excellent guides and simple yet comfortable and clean accommodation.
Even though Mr. Wilson was not with us during the three days in the Masai Mara, Christopher, our safari guide, and Boniface, who drove us back, were both very kind and attentive. Their support showed great organization and contributed to an excellent experience for me (my third safari) and for my partner (his first safari).
I highly recommend this company’s service, as they are reliable, well-organized, and genuinely attentive to their clients.

Great people!
We booked our whole Kenya trip with Maasai Mara Train and they organized everything very well, including an expedition to Mt. Kenya and safaris in multiple different national parks in different parts of the country. All of the guides, porters, drivers, chef, and staff were excellent for our entire trip. I would highly recommend them.

Mr Wilson provided us with a beautiful afternoon!
We had an unexpected free afternoon while on a trip to Nairobi and the hotel recommended Mr Wilson at Maasai Mara Train. On short notice, he was able to to pick us up (two people) at our hotel and deliver us the park, where we enjoyed a private 3-hr tour! We saw so many animals and the experience was very comfortable. Mr Wilson allowed us to use his binoculars and was able to share information about everything we saw. He is also clearly well connected to other guides, who shared information about what they were seeing. As a result, at one point, we drove straight to the area where a lion family was resting! It was amazing. If you're looking for someone friendly and very accommodating, Mr. Wilson at Maasai Mara Train is the man to call!!

Fantastic and helpful guide for Mt. Longonot trip
Wilson personally served as our guide for a day trip to Mt. Longonot. He was very communicative and quick to respond to any questions we had. Also super understanding that we had some difficulty with the climb as we had not acclimated to the altitude. He was very patient. Highly recommend this company and will be booking with them for future visits to Kenya!
