Perfect!
From the beginning to the end of the trip everything went very smoothly. Our driver was very competent and was able to both provide a lot of information and answer questions. The experience was fantastic and we even got to see the big five. The ones that could be improved are that the lunch during the day should be stored in a cooler bag.

5-day Safari with Arnold- recommend!
We did a 5-day safari with Professional Safari through Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, and Lake Manyara. Communication with the company, especially with Laz, was very good and always prompt. Our guide Arnold was an excellent guide and very safe driver, always reliable and professional—even when changing a tire in the Serengeti. He didn’t rely much on the ranger radio but instead drew on his experience in the parks to guide us, we even had a lion feeding sighting. The vehicle was not in the best condition, but overall we felt very well looked after. Arnold’s professionalism, safe driving, calm and funny personality were the highlights of our safari.
We would recommend booking with Professional Safari. The value for money is very good.

Great Adventure
We spent three days in three different parks (Tarangire, Ngorongoro, and Lake Manyara). Each had its own charm. Our guide, Modi (who spoke English), was fantastic. He was able to tell us a lot about the plants and animals, as well as about the daily lives and culture of the people. The accommodation (Foresight Lodge) was ideally located, and everything there was top-notch, from the service to the amenities and the food. The car was also very comfortable. The open roof offered good visibility and protection from the sun.

Really professional Professional Safaris
Very well organized, they send me the email regularly before travel e sending me all the necessary instruction.
They ever respond quickly to the mail and to the whatsApp messages.
Our safari guide was always available and kind. He wanted to show us all the animals e he seen them from far!
He also organized us a surprise for our anniversary.
Our lodge was perfect: furnished in african stile and with very good food.

Big 5 and Exceptional Guides!

Great Guide, Great Planning, Great Communication
We did our honeymoon-safari-ride with Professional Safari and are absolutely in love with how everything went. Based on our wishes & dates, they provided us with multiple different offers for our trip. Conveniently, we were regularly in contact with them - first via email, then via WhatsApp. The communication between the camp in the Serengeti, Golden Safari Camp, and our guide was also just perfect and we had no troubles with anything. Our guide, Deo, is the best we could have imagened. He is kind, relaxed, always on time and knows everything about the wildlife and culture. Even the bumpiest roads made him not loose his smile, and at every time we felt safe with him. He also has sharp eyes and sees animals that we could never. And because of this, we regret that we only booked the Serengeti Tour and not the Ngorongoro Tour in combi, so we could have made the big 5 complete. We saw every animal there is, except the Rhino. Hence, we have to come back, which we will do a 100% again with Deo and Professional Safari.
Hopefully, by then we won‘t have forgotten all the Swaheli we have been taught.

It's an excellent operator, we had a fantastic guide and every pickup went smooth and punctual.
We had an incredible experience with Professional Safari and our guide Deo! We did a 2 day safari tour in Tarangire National Park and Ngorongoro Crater. Everything was perfectly organized, all the transfers were right on time and we saw many different animals on our trip (lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras,...). Deo was a very nice, friendly and relaxed guide who told us many interesting things about the animals and the country and drove us safely through all the parks. We'd definitely recommend to book with Professional Safari!

Professional. Well organised. Always responded within 1 day max. Perfect (medium) size operator.
After our fantastic safari week, I can recommend Professional Safari without hesitation. The trip was well organised and executed. When we had to change a detail about our room two days into the safari, Medison did so within hours. Our guide (Anton) was excellent, knowlegable, a safe driver and - most importantly - a very pleasant person.
