The agency can use wechat, it’s can always get the quick feedback instead for email communication. We booked private tour, all the schedule can be changed, the start time and end time can be revised to consistent with my flight, which can make use of my holiday.

It’s really a amazing and unforgettable trip to Tanzania safaris, in my six days safaris, we see all “big five”. We see lion 6 times, 2 times leopard, 3 times cheetah. We can near the animal only 1-2 meters. The big cats are soooooo close and cute. There are many other animal, like elephant, buffalo, impala, giraffe, wildebeest,zebra…
Our guide, Gerald, have rich guiding experience, he is incredibly knowledgeable about wildlife.
He always finds the good position to near the animal, “make your camera ready, take the photo/video”, I really love him. To avoid miss the leopard, even when we already back to camp, he drive another 50 mins to let us see it.
The game drive starts from 7:00-8:00am and finished at around 5:00pm, it was not tired and can have a good rest.
Overall, we are highly satisfied with Lappet Faced Safaris and would highly recommend them to others. They provide me an unforgettable safari experience.

Incredible experience!
We had an amazing time in Tanzania with Lappet Faced Safaris. Francisco was excellent with prompt communication, the pricing is clear and reasonable.
Big thanks to our guide Gerald. He is professional and well experienced. His unparalleled knowledge about wildlife brought every surprise to our experience. We also having a lot of fun during the time which turned an amazing trip into a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Excellent team and safari guide provided us with an amazing safari trip.
Our experience with Lappet Faced Safaris has been great ever since we first reached out to them. The team was very responsive and attentive to our needs of tailoring a personalized safari trip. They made great suggestions on each and every details, and finalized the trip itinerary based on our preferences. Also, they have been very transparent regarding the itemized pricing and booking process. Since day 1 of landing at Kilimanjaro Airport, their team members have taken care of us for transport and accommodation. However, what we were most impressed with was the service and experience of our safari guide, Noel. Not only was Noel a friendly and lovely person, he was also experienced and knowledgeable with East African biome and wildlife. He is an excellent driver, an amazing animal spotter, and overall a fantastic guide. He asked us what we were hoping to see the most on the trip, and was paying extra attention the whole trip to help us see what we wanted to see. We ended up seeing lots of wild animals, live animal actions and great landscapes in the savanna. Amazing lifetime experience! We are glad that we book with Lappet Faced Safaris.

Amazing Safari Experience! Highly Recommend!
In August this year, I chose Lappet Faced Safaris for an 8-day safari tour, and the whole experience was absolutely wonderful!
From the airport pickup to the daily arrangements, everything was smooth and well taken care of. Our pickup driver Eric was warm and thoughtful, making us feel at ease right from the moment we landed.
During the safari, our guide and driver Joseph was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He not only helped us spot incredible wildlife up close, but also shared fascinating insights about the animals and the ecosystem, which made the journey even more enriching.
I also really appreciate Francisco, the company’s manager, who was always patient and attentive. From booking to pre-trip communication, he ensured everything was clear and stress-free.

Amazing Animal Land
Nice Trip, really enjoy and appreciate Lappet faced to arrange this wonderful honeymoon. Both in Zanzibar and Tanzania are great. We have seen a lot of animals and also we really enjoy the food in Afraica. Driver introduced many local culture to us to help us blend in quickly.

exciting and unforgetable
We selected this local ground handler in June. Compared with other travel agencies, they provided excellent itinerary planning and recommendations, rather than just suggesting different hotels. A well - arranged itinerary should be the top priority for a safari trip, as it allows travelers to see more kinds of animals.
For this trip, we chose an all - grassland itinerary: Arusha - Tarangire - Central Serengeti - Northern Serengeti - Central Serengeti - Ngorongoro - Moshi. During the journey, we saw countless elephants, zebras, giraffes, wildebeests, zebras, and antelopes. We also spotted dozens of lions, encountered cheetahs twice, and witnessed the spectacular scene of wildebeests crossing the river.
Our guide had extensive experience and skillful driving techniques, which even made the "African Massage" (a colloquial term referring to the bumpy ride on unpaved grassland roads, often humorously called "African Massage" by travelers) an interesting part of the trip.

Beyond reliable.
On the same itinerary, with the addition of a Tarangire night safari and upgraded hotels, this travel agency's quote was $1,000 cheaper than others. The pricing was completely transparent—just a 30% deposit before departure with no unreasonable contract terms. It was my first time traveling without doing any research, yet I was taken care of from the moment I left the airport until my return. Saw plenty of wildlife on the savanna and completed the Big Five, though the rain was a bit disappointing as I didn't get to see many baby animals. Looking forward to my next Tanzania trip—I'll definitely choose you again.

The price is lower than I thoght,but,the service and quality is much more better than I thought.
Accomodation is good, car is clean.Driver is so acknowlaged,he knows everything about the safari and the environment,and he is so good at watching birds!!

Great company delivering a mind-blowing experience
From initial communications with Francisco, everything was great. Organising a custom itinerary for a private tour and keeping in regular contact with us throughout.
From using my branding on the vehicle (unrequested, a very nice touch), to collecting us at the airport and transferring us to the hotel.
Amani the guide was a great host, helping out with issues on check-in at the hotel, his eyesight (without binoculars) was incredible, spotting animals from distances we needed binoculars to identify!
We picked the food up at the start of the safari from local suppliers, the chef created some remarkable meals from scratch while camping, incredible what Cabello managed to create.
Everything was organised perfectly, we had some incredible animal experiences and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lappet Faced Safaris to anyone and everyone.
