Awesome Safari Trip
We had an unforgettable safari experience in Tanzania with Tanzania Specialist. We visited Arusha National Park, Tarangire, the Serengeti, and the Ngorongoro Crater – each offering stunning landscapes and incredible wildlife sightings. We were lucky to see four of the Big Five!
Our guide Jackson was excellent – knowledgeable, friendly, and spoke very good German, which made everything easier. Our driver Eckbal was extremely professional and handled even the roughest roads with skill and care.
Throughout the trip, we were well taken care of, with delicious food and comfortable accommodations at every stop. Highly recommended!

Tanzania trip 2 to 13 June 2025 What an experience! A wonderful trip to never forget.
First of all, the travel organization Tanzania Specialist. They arranged everything very well for us. You could go there with questions and comments. Always a quick response, even at the weekend. All our wishes were taken into account and it was arranged.
The accommodations
Completely fine. We had chosen silver and we were more than satisfied with that. The reception was very good, you really felt welcome. How enthusiastic all the employees are, very friendly and helpful. All the food was fine. Breakfast, packed lunch (more than complete) and dinner. Sometimes you could even choose and if there was something you didn't like, you got something else. The beds were good and it was clean. In the evening the lights were turned on, the mosquito net closed and even the tent was closed behind you. It was chilly once and to our surprise there was a hot water bottle in bed. If you were not allowed to leave your tent to go to dinner, you were always picked up on time and if you wanted to go back, someone was already waiting.
One of us had a birthday. A cake was baked and the entire staff sang. So nice!
At the last hotel before our departure, the reception was a bit businesslike. We just missed the warm welcome of the other accommodations. But there too it was fine, nice room and good food. Only the towels were very damp.
The guide.
CORNEL, how lucky we were with him. Quiet, very friendly and always on time.
He could tell you a lot about the animals, but also let you look around and enjoy yourself. He asked what we wanted to see and even that was possible. He did his utmost to make that happen. He realized all our wishes. Even when the men went mountain biking and wanted to shower before we went to the airport, he realized that. Not saying "I'll try, but arranged it." There was also confusion about the number of participants for a walk, but Cornel arranged it. We indicated that we were ready for a coffee moment and Cornel found a nice spot and made our coffee.
He is also a great driver.
In short: If someone is looking for a good guide, we would recommend him.
Finally: It was a wonderful trip, never to be forgotten.

Very special experience
We had an incredible 4-day safri planned and although we sadly missed one day due to a flight cancellation, the 3 days we experienced were nothing short of magic. Our guide Emmanuel, who speaks exzellent German, was extremely knowledgeable, attentive and always ready to share fascinating insights about the wildlife nature and local culture. His passion and professionalism truly enhanced our experience. Our Driver Marco was just as amazing. His knowledge and his eyes are amazing!
A huge thank you to Emmanuel and Marco. You both turned this trip into a truly unforgetable adventure.

Right from the planning stage, we felt incredibly well taken care of – Romina was always friendly, helpful, and easy to work with.
Our guide Maglan was absolutely fantastic. He took plenty of time for us, listened to our wishes, and turned the safari into an unforgettable experience with his deep knowledge and warm personality. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide!
The accommodations on the mainland were also excellent – clean, comfortable, and staffed by very friendly people. Zanzibar offered a peaceful end to the trip, even though the safari was without a doubt the absolute highlight for us.
Bottom line: if we travel to Africa again, it will definitely be with this team. Highly recommended!

Magical Tanzania Holiday
Travelling in Tanzania with Tanzania Specialist (TS) was fabulous!
Our party of four adults had an amazing 14 night trip made so by the excellent organisation of the trip and our fabulous guide, Jakob.
We started off flying into Mt Kilimanjaro Airport and were collected by TS. We participated in the Materuni Village Waterfall Walk (not for the feint of heart in the heat)! Two of our party climbed Mt Kilimanjaro to the Mandara Huts (full day exercise) and we all visited the Rundugai Springs and loved the activity floating about in the crystal clear waters.
We then moved on to Tarangire National Park and Lake Manyara and were blown away by the wildlife we saw. We had rangers take us on a walking safaris which were really enjoyable. Next we moved on to the Serengeti for three nights in a comfortable tented camp and visited the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. We were very lucky to fulfil the sighting of the "Big 5".
After our time on safari with TS we flew to Zanzibar (on Airlink) for four nights on the Island which was very relaxing.
All our accommodation was great, meals provided were good (including the daily packed lunches for safari days) and the vehicle we travelled in was comfortable enough and equipped with a fridge which was most welcome.
The activities undertaken and the vast array of animal sightings up close were amazing, we never felt rushed and were lucky to have such a wonderful guide and driver in Jakob. Jakob was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and made sure each guest was catered for. He also has a great sense of humour and listened to all our requests. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he was happy to facilitate any of our needs.
I would highly recommend TS for a safari in Tanzania, from the booking process, communication, service and the tour itself (especially because of our guide) it was a really fantastic experience.

Majestic coordinator an a bucket list must do in our lifetime
It may be trite, but the Serengeti experience is once in a lifetime. Our Tanzania Specialist, Rama was amazing and facilitated our dream vacation and we are so thankful for his guidance and experience. We saw all 5 of the big 5 and all the other must sees while on Safari. So glad for the experience and we are heading home super happy!

Very professionel Team, communication via WhatsApp worked really well, quick response
Almost everything worked really well. The lodges were fantastic so was the staff. Service and food delicious, the guides are great , most bilingual, so language never an issue. Cars are huge and in good condition. The safari itself was beyond our expectations. Beautiful scenery, nature spots and we saw all kind of animals incl big five.

Our family, 9 personnes, including me 84 old, (Didi in swahili= grand ma) and 2 young children, just return from this dream safari. We saw the Big Five, plus other 37 (yes, yes!) species of wild animals, we visited à splendid school for the Massai kids, amazing paysages and places. And at night, our lodges were very confortable, élégant even, situated in amazing places in the savane, with breath taking views. The various meals, delicious. And the whole organisation, gave us entire satisfaction. I strongly recommend this company which listen to your desideratas and fulfill all your wishes. Our discovery of Africa is a réal success.
