Trip of a Lifetime!
We did a 10-day safari in Uganda with Kajie Safaris, and it was an absolutely incredible experience. Our guides, Simon & Simon (we had two cars for 9 people) made every aspect of the trip amazing. Seeing the mountain gorillas had long been a bucket-list item, and did not disappoint- but we were also blown away by every other part of the trip as well! Chimpanzee tracking, game drives, seeing the big 5 - everything was beyond our expectations. The lodges were lovely. Our group was mostly vegan/vegetarian and Kajie made sure we had good food options everywhere we went. Ronald answered all our questions before the trip and helped us get together everything we needed to arrive, and once there Simon & Simon made the trip seamless. I can't imagine having done this trip with another group and would whole-heartedly recommend Kajie Safaris!

Very well organised tour that covered our needs. The Murchison NP accommodation was below standard
We had a great trip enhanced by our guide Barluku. He went out of his way to ensure we had some amazing experiences. The best of which were the Rhino Sanctuary, the chimpanzees and the Gorillas of course. All of which we viewed from between 2 to 3 meters away. This was totally unexpected but what unforgettable experiences. Barluku was friendly with a great sense of humour. He gave us insight into life in Uganda and is very well connected and made things happen for us. 5 star tour guide.

From the planning stage to the day we were dropped at the airport, Ronald from Kajie Safaris was so helpful. We booked a slightly customized Chimp, Queen Elizabeth, and Bwindi Mountain Gorilla 6-day tour in Uganda. Ronald was so helpful in working out the details, helping us make sure we were welcomed warmly to our initial hotel and drove us to Kigali to fly onto our next destination. We trusted his expertise in choosing great camps (don't miss Bweza Gorilla Lodge) and organizing the logistics of the various tour services and everything went so smoothly. If you are looking to do a Safari in Uganda, I highly recommend Kajie. I also would encourage people to not miss the chimps, as we enjoyed them as much if not more than the gorillas!

Best Safari Tour Company and Experience Around
Visiting Uganda with Kajie Safari’s is AMAZING. Our tour guide Bob went above and beyond everyday making sure we had the best experience possible and gave us a trip of a lifetime. We saw all the big 5 and ever animal you could possibly hope for seeing on a safari. We learned a ton cause Bob’s knowledge on the animals, environment and culture was second to none. This trip honestly was a life changing. Our itinerary was filled with game rides but also with community experiences that showed us and let us experience more than we could have hoped for. Uganda is a special place and the people there are the most kind hearted and selfless people on the planet. I highly recommend Kajie Safaris and Bob you will have the most amazing trip. We are already trying to go back!

Trip of a lifetime!
Our safari trip lead by Bob at Kajie Safari was incredible! He was very accommodating for any stops to shop, tour a village or just to take a photo. We saw almost every single animal there was to see. Our itinerary was amazing! The lodges and the service at those lodges was great. I could not have asked for a better first time trip to Uganda. Thank you Bob for being the very best tour guide! Can't wait to book another trip with Kajie Safari!

Attentive and well organised
We went as a group of friends for a 4 day Gorilla/Chimpanzee trekking experience. Organised by Ronald who was very attentive and quick to respond. Balaku our driver/guide was fantastic, he was very knowledgeable and super helpful. He knows his country inside and out and even managed to fit in a Rolex cooking class for us which was a nice surprise. The gorilla and chimpanzee treks were very well organised and we had some incredible encounters. Unforgettable memories!

Great Rwanda/Uganda primate tour
Ronald was outstanding at helping us develop our trip and very responsive to email and Whatsapp. He gave us exactly what we wanted. Our guide was Martin Asimwe and he was outstanding. He made great suggestions on how to tweak the trip and made it better. He advocated for us, getting a later start in golden monkey trekking when we were jet lagged, changing chimp tracking (chase them for 4 hours) to chimp observation (1 hour but they stay in one place, mainly) and got us special treatment many places. He was friendly and knowledgeable and overall great. I cannot recommend the group more.
As an aside I would do gorillas in Rwanda though more costly, the view is far better than in Uganda.

Exceptional tour with Kajie Safaris
This was a once in a lifetime tour. The 15 day safari was well organized. We covered a lot of distance and saw more wildlife than I expected. The accommodations were excellent overall, Elephant Hab Lodge being the best. Our tour guide and driver, Bob M was exceptional. He was very warm, personable, knowledgable and competent in managing the details seamlessly. He was an exquisite driver over some difficult roads in the Land Cruiser. Uganda is beautiful. Wildlife is exquisite especially the gorillas!
