Very professional. Very knowledgeable.
5/5

It was fantastic having a lady driver, Claire, she was awesome. Nothing was too much trouble, her knowledge was impressive and her driving skills even more so. Kajie Safari’s were very efficient when planning my itinerary and were very quick to respond to any queries I had. I would highly recommend Kajie Safari’s to anyone heading to Uganda as we had the most amazing time, thank you Claire, Josephine and Ronald.

The charm of Africa still virgin in the company of Kajie Safaris
5/5

My 6 days in Uganda followed by Kaje Safaris. In a short time, but full of strong emotions, I had a beautiful image of Uganda, thanks above all to the experience and professionalism of Kajie through my guide (now friend) Colly. From mountain gorillas, to the safari in Queen Elizabeth Park, up to the pursuit of chimpanzees and, finally, a river excursion which completed the observation of the big five. I was lucky enough, thanks to the experience of the guide, to see 4 big ones in a single day. Lions, hippos, African elephants (the largest in the world) and the very rare leopard. In addition to the fauna and the fabulous landscapes, I cannot help but say that the friendliness of the people and their gratitude touched my heart and I am already thinking of returning to Uganda as soon as possible.
To conclude, I would like to recommend Kajie Safaris for their professionalism, seriousness and preparation. They make sure you don't lack anything and satisfy every request. I couldn't have chosen better.

Friendly, helpful, professional, fun!
5/5

From start to finish the service we received was exemplary. We had some problems as we missed a connecting flight and when we let the safari guys know they quickly changed the arrangements and it really wasn't a problem for them. Brian was waiting at the airport for us with the biggest smile on his face and we knew that we were in for a good experience. Helpful and accommodating, friendly, felt safe at all times, all of the trips that we did were amazing and we got to see the most amazing wildlife thanks to Brian and his experience with trekking the wildlife. We were so honoured to get to see everything that we wanted and more. Chasing the chimpanzees through the forest and getting up close and personal with the mountain gorillas was the experience of a lifetime. Thank you to our amazing guide Brian for being so friendly and helpful, carrying our bags and recognising when we needed to have a rest.
We cannot recommend Kajie safaris and Brian enough, and also Roland for helping us to organise the trip.

Exceptional
5/5

I did a two night gorilla trek safari and I am not exaggerrating when I tell you that my time was unforgettable. My tour guide Eddie was outstanding -- I always felt comfortable, safe and happy. He navigated some tricky roads with ease and went out of his way to deliver an amazing experience.

My first night was at Burunga Gorilla Lodge -- a new property with exceptional views. I could've spent hours on the main lodge deck or the deck in my room admiring the Bwindi forest. My standalone villa (?) was massive and the bed was among the most comfortable I've slept in. The cozy hot water bottle kept my toes warm overnight and was an unexpected treat. But there is no question that it is the staff that makes that lodge literally feel like home. Kudos to Judith, Bright and Clinton for making me feel like a queen.

The gorilla experience was magical and I got lucky with a relatively short hike and access to these beautiful creatures. Definitely bring the right shoes and prepare to get them muddy!

Second night was at Rwakobo Rock. My room was lovely and service also very kind and attentive. I felt very welcome. But the big surprise were the silly little monkeys I found peeking into my window, which then led me to a 45 minute session on my porch watching them play like kindergarteners. Heavenly.

The night game drive blew expectations out of the water as Eddie and the tracker were unrelenting until we found ourselves a gorgeous leopard. It was a very special moment to see this amazing cat in the wild.

And the following morning also did not disappoint -- a walking safari among a herd of more than 17 (I counted) giraffes. Quiet, peaceful, serene and awe-inspiring.

There is no question, though, that the highlight of the entire time away was the amazing service by Kajie. I had trouble with some last minute paperwork, and Josephine and her team went the extra mile to make sure it was complete. Eddie was a delightful companion and on our drives taught me a lot about Uganda culture, traditions and life. He made me feel very welcome.

I would 10/10 recommend Kajie to friends and hope to bring my sons with me next time!

We had an unfergottable experience, 12 days visiting all of uganda's natural parks (Murchison falls, Kibale forest , queen Elizabeth, bwindi impenetrable forest) .
Our guide, COLLINS, was truly professional and knowledgeable about everything. He explained everything we encontred and told us many interesting anecdotes. All the lodges were of a truly high standard.
The kajes adventure agency met all our needs. If you 're planning to come to Uganda, i recommend you rely on them.

friendly and professional

We booked an 11-day round trip with Kajie Tours. Our journey included, among others, Sipi Falls, Moroto, Kidepo, Murchison Falls, Queen Elizabeth National Park, and Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. The booking process was very transparent, and Ronald responded quickly and helpfully to all our questions.

We were traveling as a couple with Arafat as our guide in a 4WD and had a wonderful time. Arafat was a fantastic guide who explained everything we wanted to know about Uganda in a very engaging and friendly way. Not only was he an excellent wildlife expert and spotter in the national parks, but also an outstanding driver on some of the challenging dirt roads. We had initially considered self-driving and were more than once very glad we hadn’t – it was so valuable to have someone with us who knew all the conditions and local details.

The wildlife and landscapes were absolutely breathtaking, and Arafat always knew the best spots, so we ended up seeing practically every animal we could have wished for – even leopards, lions, and hyenas. We also had the unique experience of walking among rhinos and giraffes.

The lodges were all excellent, beautifully located, and more luxurious than I had expected. The food was great as well, with a more European style in the lodges, while Arafat also introduced us to some delicious local dishes along the way.

All in all, I can 100% recommend Kajie as a very professional safari operator and Arafat as an outstanding guide.Ja

Exceeding expectations, a perfect journey.

Exceeding expectations, a perfect journey.

We contacted Kajie Travel Agency for a 7-day trip to Uganda and Rwanda. When booking the itinerary in advance, the travel agency manager Ronald, and s ecretary Maxine were friendly and patient, with quick and timely communication and feedback. Our driver Mr. Collins has excellent driving skills, ensuring our safety. The car is hygienic and spacious. He has good time management, and takes care of us carefully, considers everything thoroughly and kind. He has a good eye sight to spot out various animals, including endangered shore bills, to us on the safari and on the road, accompanying us on a pleasant journey.

Accommodation: A luxurious hotel with panoramic views, spacious and bright rooms, and high-quality ecological environment. At the hotel in Bwindi Park, you can overlook the misty forest and enjoy the sunrise and sunset, which is very picturesque. At the hotel in Elizabeth Park, there is 24-hour security to ensure safety, as there are warthogs and hippos lurking at night. The hotel in Kibale Park is located in the rainforest, where you can fall asleep at night with the wonderful sound of the forest. All hotel staff provide warm and attentive service.

Catering: Basically dining at hotels, hygienic and delicious, tasting local steamed banana dishes like Matooke, as well as various Western style dishes.

Travel experience: In Rwanda, I saw groups of cute golden monkeys. In the Bwindi National Park in Uganda, we successfully chased after the family of gorilla XMas, a silver backed gorilla, and his family (including two cute little gorillas); In Kabile, tracking chimpanzees (more than ten, some lying on the ground resting, and one climbing a tree to eat fruit); I saw animals such as leopards, lions, elephants, water buffaloes, hippos, etc. in Elizabeth National Park. I saw a group of elephants drinking water and playing around in the Kazigna channel, various waterbirds, as well as water buffalo and hippopotamus. We have gained unforgettable memories and a very worthwhile adventure trip.

Finally, thank you to Kajie Travel Agency for arranging an exciting trip for us.

Breathtaking from start to finish.
5/5

My family and I spent a 13-day safari exploring the amazingness of Uganda thanks to Kajie Safaris. Before starting the trip, communication with Ronald was fast, concise, and very open to addressing any doubts regarding the trip and the country. Ronald gave us the best itinerary possible and was open to making modifications to adapt to our preferences.
Once the trip started, a cool guy was waiting for us at the airport with an amazing Toyota Land Cruiser. This cool guy was our guide Colly, who would become part of our family at the end of the trip. We owe him everything... his professionalism, his explanations, his driving skills, his pictures, his jokes and his humanity were something we couldn't expect to be better. He was responsible for carrying out the planned itinerary and proposing new activities that suited our interests. We have to thank him for being so thoughtful, asking every moment if everything was good and striving to make the best trip for us. By the time he opened up to us, letting us know more about him and the culture in Uganda. We know the relationship with the guide is essential for having the best safari experience, but Colly fulfilled our expectations by far. We want to thank him for his attitude and dedication to making our holidays memorable. Thank you, my friend, you will forever be one more member of our family.
Regarding our stay, the lodges were located in amazing sceneries, so we were able to relax after the long days and enjoy the views and nature around. The services that Kajie Safaris chose for us were the best we could have. We didn't find any inconvenience or misunderstanding during the trip, so we feel glad to have chosen this company.
We are back home, with a smile on our faces and Uganda in our hearts. We encourage everyone who is considering a trip to Uganda to trust Kajie Safaris and pray that Colly will be your guide.
Thank you Kajie!

Excellent communication with tour owner Ronald .
5/5

The private tour was tailored to all my needs. I wanted as much time as possible with the primates. I did three gorilla trekking's, chimpanzee trekking and golden monkey trekking. Each gorilla trekking was unique and different from the other. My favorite trekking was the first one, a longer trekking that ended at 1500 and seeing a newborn gorilla. Also, watching the Silverback gorilla looking up the tree and the humans before going up to meet his family.
