We had a fantastic time on our 6 night Kenya Safari. Our driver was extremely experienced and knowledgeable. We loved all of the accommodations and the food was good. We will definitely be back.

Jackline, Anthony and Victor took great care of us and gave us some unforgettble memories.
Very prompt with their responses. Always on time and very accommodating of all our requests. They arranged a wonderful tour guide in Victor who ensured we had some great game drives.

We booked a 10 day Safari + beach tour with Kichaka
From day one , Jackie our tour planner / consultant gave us some +ve experiences, she was all ears and was very helpfull with our planning
On the ground, SAM our guide cum driver was "absolute"...hats off to you SAM..keep doing what you are doing; and you are doing it really well.
Form receiving us at arrival, to seeing us off at the airport - and in between (when the frlight got delayed), they came up with surpsire snack packs for us to the airport ..!!!!
Overall a 5* experience

Park tour to Masai Mara
My daughter and myself had the best possible experience going to Masai Mara. First of all thanks to the advice from Stephen, downgrade the accomodation a bit and upgrade your park drive so it is only you and your family with the driver. We had a fantastic 3 day tour, during the travelling had long conversations with our driver about Kenya, the history and challenges. Moreover, we had fantastic days on the plains where Apolo our driveer could tell us all about the animals and the birds. An educational journey I will never forget. They are very accommodating as what you would expect from a tour/travel agency.
They arrive on time to pick us up. They are very accommodating that make us feel welcome and comfortable during the entire tour. They do not bother to stop so that we can have the sufficient time to enjoy the scenery and experience the wilderness. They let us see even the small animal to have the complete experience. And they brought us home safely after the trip ending the journey with a group picture. It is really a wonderful experience with Kichaka Tours and Travel.

Very prompt and excellent service. I would be more than happy to recommend them!
All queries from our side was promptly answered and a variety of suggestions were given as per our requirements. They were even cheaper than others as we had taken quotations from 4 different tour organisers. We had alterations a a couple of last minute cancellations but they were very helpful in doing the same with minimum charges.

As i mentioned above, It was an such memorable experience.... for a adventurous freak like me...... guys just try to visit Masai Mara at-least once. We had a chance encounter all the big 5's (Lion, Cheetah, Leopard etc..) almost 5 to 10 feet closer. We had intervened in their routine life. Just missed to see the Hunting Scenes of the Big 5's. Even we had a glimpse of Lion Mating....... wow its so live.........
We had a opportunity to mingle with other persons & we earned three Japanese Friends, Australian & US friends. Hope we will meet again........
Coming to Tour Operator, such a friendly & cordial Ms. Jackline. See was in constant touch with me from day 1 of my inquiry till i return to my Home Country. You can discuss with these guys for your cutomized tour programs, for sure u guarantee you will be seen in same page giving them Star Ratingggg..........

Extremely knowledgeable
Kichaka Tours was excellent in helping create a private tour to our wishes . Mercy was so helpful with all my questions and options and considerations, and met us to ensure all was in order.
The driver Evan, was an excellently skilled driver for the challenges of the roads and extensive traffic. Crisis flooding caused chaos at one point but he kept us safe. Language was a bit of a barrier for not learning more during our experience but I still rate this company as excellent. I would certainly use them again .

Great guide and fantastic Safari in Nairobi
We had a great experience with Kichaka Tours during our half-day safari in Nairobi National Park, which we arranged due to a long layover in Nairobi between flights.
The communication with Mercy during the booking process was clear and smooth, and they were very flexible with the timing when Kenya Airways rebooked our flight.
Before the safari, we visited the Giraffe Centre, which was a great start to the day.
Our safari guide, Richard, was excellent. He shared great explanations about the park, the animals, and the highlights along the way. He also made a real effort to find the best spots for wildlife viewing and photography.
We were incredibly lucky and managed to see almost all the animals we hoped for, including cheetah, lion, hippo, rhino, giraffe, buffalo, and jackals.
After the safari, we also got a quick city tour of Nairobi before being dropped off at the airport, which was a very nice way to end the experience.
Overall, a fantastic experience that we would highly recommend!
