The trip of a lifetime!
We recently returned from an unforgettable safari to the Maasai Mara, and I can’t recommend Amazing Memories Safaris highly enough.
From the very beginning, Nevill was exceptional. His communication was clear, responsive, and reassuring throughout—especially when we ran into airline issues and flight changes. He kept us fully informed at every stage and made what could have been a stressful situation feel completely under control.
Once we arrived, our guide John truly made the experience extraordinary. With over 10 years of experience, his knowledge, instincts, and professionalism were evident from day one. He drove us from Nairobi to the Mara and then guided us for four incredible days in the park. Every game drive felt special—whether it was close encounters with lions, cheetahs, elephants, hippos, crocodiles, and even a serval, or something more subtle.
What really stood out was how John tailored the experience to us. He picked up on our interest in birdlife and went out of his way to make sure we saw as much as possible, from marabou storks to lilac-breasted rollers. He also created some truly memorable moments, like lunches out on the savanna—experiences we’ll never forget.
We stayed at Fig Tree Camp, which was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond, and there was nothing quite like watching hippos from our tent—an experience that perfectly captured the magic of the Mara.
All in all, this was a seamless, well-organised, and deeply memorable trip. Huge thanks to Nevill and John for making it so special—we wouldn’t hesitate to book with Amazing Memories Safaris again.

We had an incredible experience working with Amazing Memories Safaris. I worked directly with Brian for almost a year while planning our safari, and he was extremely helpful, patient, and responsive throughout the entire process. He created an amazing, well-thought-out itinerary and made everything feel easy from start to finish, including providing peace of mind with payments and logistics.
Our trip included 3 nights at Borana Lodge (with unforgettable horseback riding and e-bike safaris), 1 night at Lake Nakuru, and 4 nights in the Masai Mara at Neptune Mara Rianta Luxury Camp. All of the lodges were outstanding, each offering something special and unique.
James, our driver and guide, was phenomenal. He did a great job driving us between camps and truly went out of his way to make every game drive special. We easily saw the Big Five multiple times, and it was obvious he had great relationships with the other guides, which helped us find the best wildlife sightings. He also found the perfect spots for our breakfasts and lunches, and we enjoyed some of the most beautiful sundowners imaginable.
We brought school supplies for local children, and James graciously made many stops so we could distribute them. We even had the opportunity to stop at a local school, which was a very meaningful experience for us.
Overall, this was a flawless and unforgettable safari. I would highly recommend Amazing Memories Safaris to anyone looking to plan a trip of a lifetime. Their attention to detail, personalized service, and professionalism truly set them apart.

Professional and Seamless Safari Experience: Masai Mara
My wife and I recently utilised Amazing Memories Safaris for a 5-day itinerary covering the Masai Mara, with transfers from Lake Nakuru and back to Nairobi. The experience was professional and well-executed from start to finish.
The communication from Brian was excellent and efficient, ensuring all arrangements were clear before our arrival. We found the logistics to be handled smoothly, with all pickups and transfers occurring on schedule and without issue.

20-Year Veteran Guide Made It Unforgettable! African Safari: Spotted the Big Five + Cheetah Hunt—Thi
After comparing many highly-rated local tour operators across the internet, we chose Amazing Safari—all because Nevill from the company responded extremely promptly, clearly, and enthusiastically. He crafted a perfect itinerary for us, and we got to stay at every hotel we wanted. It turns out this choice was fantastic! It left us with memories we’ll never forget.
Our driver-guide was Josef, and we highly recommend him! He has over 20 years of experience in this field, and thanks to that, we effortlessly spotted all the animals we wanted to see—including the Big Five. Even when we already felt fully satisfied, Josef still took us to witness more amazing animal scenes and landscapes. For example, we were the first group in the Masai Mara to see cheetahs hunting. Another example: we saw Mount Kilimanjaro clearly under a pink sky… Trust me, Josef is exceptionally good at gathering and sharing information; he finds animals quickly and accurately, always takes the time to get us the best viewing spots and explain things to us, and never says “I don’t know” to any question. He still has great passion for his job and the animals, and it’s obvious he protects the grasslands and wildlife with a strong sense of boundaries. Josef cleans the inside of the car every day to provide us with a comfortable environment.
It’s all thanks to such a great and trustworthy team that every one of us feels deeply attached to the land of Africa, and we felt lucky every moment. My friends and I all agree this trip was perfectly arranged. Amazing memories—highly recommended!

A trust-worthy agency
Everything was Okay and smooth-no drama. We enjoyed our trip overall. Brian was a nice guy. Everything was just as expected, if threre could be more surprise, that'd be fantastic. We couln't see enough lions and leopards, but overall was a nice journey.

Exceptional dream safari with amazing memories safaris
Our experience with Amazing Memories Safaris was truly exceptional from start to finish. Anastacia, our tour coordinator, was instrumental in helping us craft the perfect itinerary. She was always available, incredibly patient, and responsive to every question or request we had. Her hotel recommendations were spot on, providing us with both comfort and stunning views throughout our journey.
We were lucky to have Philip as our first tour guide. He was phenomenal. He was deeply knowledgeable, planned our days thoughtfully, and made sure we saw all the Big Five. He even tracked a cheetah for us. His passion and experience brought the entire safari to life.
Later, Antony took us on an open jeep safari, which was another highlight. He was professional, warm, and made sure our parents felt completely at ease during the ride, which we truly appreciated.
Daniel, who guided us in Amboseli, was another gem. His expertise led us on some of the most thrilling game drives of the trip. He was always supportive, informative, and ensured that every moment was memorable.

The reception process is clear. Operator was pretty proessional and prompt responses.
We were the crew of 6 people and the entire safari booking process was arranged by Titus. He is very professional, and he was also very patient in the early stages of communication about the itinerary and contract confirmation. For this trip, we were assigned the guide Francis. He is a guide with rich safari experience and strictly adheres to the rules, giving us a great sense of security. We are very grateful that we chose Amazing Memories.
