Very Good Experience and Expert Arrangement
The company/guide, Bush-thorns Adventures and Safaris, provide very careful and detailed clarification before I formally order the trip, which make me know clearly about the trip.
They arrive in Nairobi and pick us up. The landcruiser is comfortable with good vedio.
During the trip, the guide are expert, enthusiastic, and caring for us.
Every part of the trip, including riding in the Hell's Gate, visiting the valley, boat ride on Lake Naivasha and walk on Crescent Island, has been well arranged and gives us very good experience.
The only two disvantages are: ① Our group pictures took by the guide are not very good ②The lunch doesn't include any drinks
But totally we like the trip very much.
One Suggestion is that I think the number of bottled water can be 3 (2 bottle per person is not enough)

My sisters and I have been wanting to "take a dip in Lake Turkana" for years now. Finally, in December 2021, we decided we will accomplish this dream come hell or high water. A quick browse on the internet brought forth "Bush-thorns Adventures and Safaris". In Kenyan spirit, we didn't give it a second thought and started a conversation with Samuel about quotes and what have you. Since it was our first time to travel to Turkana, we had like a barrage of questions that we bombarded Samuel with every now and then. He was always so patient and kind and satiated us with his responses every time. D day arrived and we found ourselves spellbound with the magnificent views from the chartered flight to Lodwar. Our stay at Eliye Springs was simply "magical" - one has to just experience this for themselves. We don't have enough words to praise the staff there. Special thanks to the chef who catered for our very specific diet (vegan and jain); we definitely came back 2kgs heavier. Day 2 was very special. We took of to explore Central Island - Kenyan geography never ceases to amaze me! GORGEOUS and a must visit! I can prattle on and on about this special trip but, as they say, words won't do justice. I highly recommend a trip to Turkana asap :) Asante Bush-thorns :D

Perfection !!
This safari agency is perfect.
We have been for a one day trip to Aberdares national park and it was wonderful. Samuel was a very nice guide, he showed us the best falls of the park and we loved it.
After, we made a two days safari in Amboseli national parc ! Joseph took care of us from the beginning untill the end drop-off in Namanga. He was an amazing guide and showed us the best parts of the park.
We truly recommend this tour operator, Samuel and Joseph are very professional.

Bush and Beach safari in Kenya
We had an amazing experience with Bush thorns adventures and Safari’s. Samuel and Joseph were our guides and came with vast experience and photography skills. We traveled with children from Nairobi across the country to the beaches of Diani. We saw Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Amboseli (Kilimanjaro), Diani beach and Mombasa. We were facilitated with our own private custom land cruiser to suit the rough Kenyan terrains for the whole trip and thoroughly enjoyed the experience and highly recommend it to all.

Perfect safari, great agency !
We have been to Aberdares waterfalls with Samuel and Joseph. The place was astonishing and Samuel was a super guide, he knew the place by heart.
We also have been to Amboseli National Park with the same agency. Joseph was so nice with us, he knew exactly where to go to find all the animals. Besides, he took care of us until the end ie the crossing border to Tanzania. I strongly recommand this agency for all the safaris in Kenya.

Absolutely amazing!
The trip was incredible! We spent two days in the Maasai Mara and two days in Amboseli National Park. Sam and Zack made the trip absolutely amazing! From their talent in spotting animals to their deep knowledge of wildlife, they added so many great dimensions to the experience: fun stories, deep cultural knowledge, top tier photographer skills, and vision that could compete with an eagle.
Everything was so well organized and smooth, it was easy for us to relax and enjoy the experience. They were also so much fun to be around- really positive and with so much knowledge to share!
I am so grateful to have had this experience with them and could not recommend it enough.

Absolutely perfect!
I can only recommend Bush-thorns Adventures and Safaris! Amazing experience. Both Joseph and Samuel are great guides, friendly people with a ton of knowledge to share. I loved the respect they showed towards the nature and animals, which sadly is not always the case with other tour operators, as we witnessed a few times.
I would especially recommend their service to people with deeper interest in nature, most of all zoology, as their knowledge is far beyond average. Our group consisted of people who all studied biology in the past (and most are still active in the field) and we were super pleased to be able to determine pretty much any species we saw and to learn more details about their ecology.
I also appreciated that the safari plan can be tailored to our needs, including the decisions about what locations to see, the budget and accommodation levels, vegetarian food options, pick up times and so on. The communication and planning was smooth and pleasant and allowed us to explore Kenya's national parks in a non-stressful way while still learning so much.
It was my first trip to Africa and it was awesome, thank you guys once again! Best of luck!

He was really really cooooool
The tour was nice, it was very early in the morning and we saw many animals. Communication and service was perfect and your money doesn’t go to waste. They were very reliable Samuel and Joseph are the best.

My kenyan friends did it great again!
We travelled on Febrary 2026 with Bushtorns company, Samuel and their guides/drivers the third time...or maybe fourth time, i didn't remember hahaha. That is very amazing they never compromises on quality. It was like Kenyan Classic this time - Maasai Mara, Nakuru, Naiwasha, Amboseli, Tsavo East and Diani Beach finally for our 15 persons team. We had previously traveled with them to the so-called Kenyas wild north - Lake Turkana, etc. Excellent planning, management, knowledge and comfort. I can strongly recommend Bushtorns Adventures and Safaris company without any worries to travelers planning to visit this great country. Really Hakuna Matata! Thank you!
