Most reliable tour operator providing top quality services at honest price
Benoit managed to accommodate us with two cars and a fantastic guide (Fabrice) at the very last minute. The quality of the overall service was top notch, all the while being the cheapest option we have found in Kigali. We all highly recommend this your operator, for being so reliable, honest and providing the best service. Great value for money!

Wonderful!!!!
It was great from the pick up at Hotel to the Park. The Team was friendly and professional. Especially Jean Claude who was a very dedicated Guide. He did all what he can to make me comfortable. I have seen Lions, Elephants, Giraffes, Hippos, buffalo, hyenas, zebras etc... It was more than expected. I recommend it

Amazing Experience
Frank is an excellent tour guide, punctual, knowledgeable and honest and quotes very reasonable prices compared to the experience. We went to Akagera and he had very good eye to spot the animals, he had great knowledge of the park. Very good experience with Golden Safaris, definitely recommend.

Being my first visit to Africa I was apprehensive about how to choose a trustworthy tour operator. Frank of Golden Rwanda Safaris could not have been more helpful. Wonderful Experience, highly professional & knowledgeable
A wonderful surprise. The service was excellent. Frank who accompanied me on my 2 days tour to Akagera and Kigali was highly professional and paid a lot of attention to details to make my experience unique. In Akagera, he made sure I was having a chance to see all the animals there. He had water bottles in the car everyday. He even brought me coffee on my departure day which was really early morning.
He was also well respected by the people at places we visited, which certainly shows the reputation of the company in the destination.
Spending 2 days with Frank also taught me a lot about the culture of Rwanda, the lifestyle and the friendliness of people despite the history. It was a very emotional 2 days, and I came back home with a lot of great memories.
I have no hesitation to recommend Golden Rwanda Safaris and would not definitely not go with anyone else.

A truly African adventure
We were very fortunate to have picked Golden Rwanda Safaris headed up by Frank. We went on a day safari to Akagera National Park with Frank in his very modern V8 diesel Toyota land cruiser. We picked up a game scout from the main office when we arrived to join us who was very knowledgeable about everything to do with the park. We saw many animals, birds and butterflies. Massive thanks to Frank we very much enjoyed our trip and Rwanda is a remarkable country all round. Now my wife Carol wants to come and live in Rwanda!
