Without question, the experience of my life
Summer 2016 I will remember for the rest of my life. I spent part of my Summer in Tremisana Lodge (Viva Safaris) and, as the title says, it has been the experience of my life. From the first day the staff members made my stay feel like home, guides where undoubtedly qualified, and I learnt a whole lot about animals thanks to them. I had the chance of experiencing the bush whilst working in it. Animal sightings where non-stop, and proof of this is the Lapa, a sort of exterior dining room that had a view to a small pond where animals would come for a drink. Kruger Park guides where exceptional: I went to Kruger Park twice and had sightings of the Big Five both times.
As a conclusion, Viva Safaris provides fantastic attention from the personnel, guides that can almost guarantee amazing viewing of game, and beautiful lodges to enhance the bush experience.

This was really an adventure and a memorable safari experience.
The friendliness of the staff is the first impression. While in camp, you are always comfortable and well fed and so rested and prepared for the abundance of bush activities. Two highlights are the evening bush-braai ( a magical and unique experience) and the uplifting morning bush-walks (with the really experienced and knowledgeable guides). Our vehicle tour of Kruger was a huge adventure and the sightings were beyond expectations. What an experience!

Great value for the money
We just returned from our Safari with Viva Safari. We went on a a five night 6-day Safari and it was wonderful. I had gone on the Safari about 20 years ago with Oversea Adventure Travel. O. A. T. It also was excellent but it cost $15,000 for the two of us 20 years ago so I would assume now it's probably $30,000. This one was well worth price. They're charging which I thought was reasonable. We saw the big five and until numbers of other animals. We even saw a pack of 12 wild dogs which I understand is quite rare to see. The food was good. The guides were good and the accommodations were good. I took a video while I was on the Safari and I'll post a link below so you can watch it if you want to.

Magical experience
As a first time solo traveller, first time to Africa and safari, I have to say that my entire holiday experience was spectacular. The highlight was my safari which I booked through Viva Safari's. From the initial booking experience via email to the actual holiday itself, I have been nothing but impressed with their efficiency and friendly nature. I cannot fault any aspect of my safari, the lodges, the food, the information, communication, comfort, facilities, game drives and different experiences and value for money was clearly outstanding and magical. I never once felt alone and felt part of a big family the entire time. I will definitely be returning and would use and highly recommend Viva to anyone thinking of a safari. THANK YOU for making my trip so special.

Well organized safari
Everything was well organized. The staff was nice and funny. They do their best to spot many animals. Tremisana was a good lodge. The food was tasty and varied.
Sometimes you have to drop off another group for a different safari, which means you travel a little longer, but it was well arranged so we didn't have to wait unnecessarily long.

Friendly and helpful staff made our 7days an absolute joy to remember!
I'll start with staff. From drivers to rangers, from kitchen staff to cleaners..everyone we met was absolutely magnificent. I couldn't stress enough how happy we were. And even though they work so hard and some clients are not exactly pleasant people to be around, they are always happy and friendly. We admired the professionalism of everyone there. Something that made our week so great. So big shout out to everyone working at the lodge!
Thank You!

Superb Authentic Safari Experience
I recommend this Safari experience without reservation. We transferred from J'Berg, with a smooth hotel pick up. Drive to the Tresimina Lodge was in a well air-conditioned minivan with a couple of good stops including one for lunch in Dullstroom. On arrival we literally saw an Elephant right by the lodgings and that was certainly not the last! We got shown to our rooms, clean with fresh linen and mosquito nets, and almost straight away went for a sunset Safari and evening Brai (BBQ) in the bush. This kind of rest, eat, Safari schedule went on for the entire four days. We saw SO many fabulous and healthy looking animals, for me highlights were the tribes of Impala, Zebra, Giraffe and in main KP accompanied by Wildebeest. I also loved the early (5 am!!) walk in the bush, and the random encounters with real live wild animals of all shapes and sizes. Viva Safari have EXCELLENT guides, they are knowledgeable, they make you feel safe, and they clearly love the animals and the bush and don't seem to mind the at times naive questions from all tourists. We really had a great time. We encountered a Rhino at very very close quarters, all of us were surprised including the Rhino. Herds of buffalo and Impala in the distance and close by and for those that count 4/big5 🦁🦏🦛🦬 (and I often felt a Leopard was lurking somewhere near) 5/5 ugly 5 and so many birds big and small. As for the incredible strength of the dung beetles!! This would suit all types, Viva Safari look after you very well and the FOOD is fantastic, varied, plentiful and delicious. I also enjoyed meeting fellow travellers some single some couples and some mixed family groups. All made welcome.

Very good value safari
I booked 6 days in Kruger through viva safaris. Such good value. I stayed in marc’s treehouse camp. The staff were fabulous. Meals were excellent. I had a lovely cabin with a comfortable bed and good hot water. I thoroughly enjoyed our safari drives - seeing fabulous wild animsls close up.
