Amazing Trip!
Working with Tammy at Pembury to plan our trip to Africa was so easy and quick! Tammy was able to help us modify the 11 Day Cape Town, Kruger, Victoria Falls trip itinerary to meet our budget and include a day in the Winelands. We loved that when we arrived we did not have to worry about anything - all transfers, flights, hotels and activities were already booked and paid for. When we arrived a day late due to flight delay and our luggage was lost, Tammy stepped in and helped so we didnt have to worry about anything. We absolutely loved Cape Town, the Winelands and private safari lodge! Only thing we would change about this trip would be to spend more time in Botswana and do a day trip to Victoria Falls (we did a day trip to Botswana when staying in Victoria Falls). We would definitely recommend working with Pembury Tours to plan a trip to Africa!
Cape Town accommodation
Pembury Tours arranged a Waterfront apartment for our week in Cape Town. The accommodation was well situated, comfortable and well equipped. There were communication difficulties within the administration office of the complex, as we needed to make several complaints before action was taken to remedy our wi-fi and air-conditioning issues which were simple when attended to.

Overall it was an excellent trip.
We (group of eight) had a great experience! Prompt communication and excellent service for tailored made itinerary are worth noting. We would highly recommend Pemburytours to all our friends who whoever wants to visit South Africa.

Great customer service, excellent high-qaulity tour
Tammy at Pembury Tours took great care pulling together our itinerary. She provided lots of options along with pros and cons and good visibility over price and standard. Very quick to respond to questions and no request was too much hassle. Some good "insider" insights too which helped us decide where to go and how long to stay. The cost of the trip represented good value for money I think. The welcome pack was of high quality and very clear and professional. We felt very comfortable and safe in Tammy's hands and had a wonderful trip - thank you!

Our experience with Pembury tours was wonderful. We took an 11 night trip to Capetown, Sabi Sands, Hazyview, and Victoria Falls (Zambia). The planning and timeliness of all of our planned activities and flights was excellent. During our preparation for the trip, Kerry answered my questions extremely fast and was very helpful in helping us plan our vacation. I could not have asked for a better tour consultant. Our favorite part of the trip was at the Sabi Sands Reserve at the &Beyond Exter River Lodge; the food was amazing, the staff extremely friendly, and wildlife did not disappoint. We were not prepared for the cold weather in the morning (about 50 degrees Fahrenheit) but the reserve had hot water bottles to help us stay warm! We definitely want to go back in the future and will use Pembury tours to help us plan our journey.

First of all, right from the start Kerry was amazing to work with in setting up our family tour.
We were able to be in touch with Kerry as un-expected issues came up as we were on the tour and she worked with us to sort them out. The places she choose for us to stay were excellent with wonderful service and amenities. The guides were knowledgable and easy to talk with and provided so much history along with visits to historic and political sites. Our safari at Mohlabetsi was fantastic and was a perfect ending to our two week tour from Cape Town, Johannesburg /Soweto and Kruger. I highly recommend Pembury Tours for a perfect tour company to work with. Thank you for this incredible service.

Excellent Private Tour
Gail at Pembury set up a private tour for our family of four-- Cape Town, Safari at Sabi Sands and Vic Falls. Every person who came to transport us was on time, polite and informative. Gail listened to our ideas for the trip and offered her informed opinion, resulting in an excellent and efficient tour and memories for life. We found Pembury on the web and felt we were taking a chance hiring an unknown company but it totally worked out and I heartedly recommend the company.

Pembury Tours and their representative, Laurette McKinnon, created an unforgettable Southern Africa vacation for us! From the moment we were contacted by Laurette McKinnon the service was nothing short of excellent. She was friendly, professional and very helpful. She made great recommendations for our vacation and promptly answered our many questions both before and during our trip. The safari part of our trip was at Arathusa Safari Lodge in Sabi Sand Reserve. Arathusa was a wonderful place for our safari. The staff, service, accommodation, food and game drives were way beyond our expectations! We saw the Big Five many times along with other animals, including wild dogs and countless bird species. Thank you Laurette for recommending Arathusa. The other parts of our trip, Cape Town and Victoria Falls, were also just as enjoyable. The information, recommendations and choices supplied to us by Pembury Tours was very clearly presented and made it easy for us to decide exactly what we wanted. The entire itinerary went like clockwork. All our transfers, guides were on time and friendly. The vehicles were all very good. The accommodations were all as described they would be, all were wonderful. We had a vacation we will never forget thanks to Pembury Tours and in particular Laurette McKinnon. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone planning a trip (safari) to Southern Africa.
