Everything was well taken care of from start to the end. So efficient!
Hello Tanzania made our travel experience so pleasant and well taken care of from the minute we arrived DarEsSalaam. We had our Safari Tour in Mikumi and Udzungwa for 2 days, the stay in Camp Bastian was great! I felt like the hospitality there was so personalized and attention to detail. It was lovely. We then transferred to Zanzibar for another 2 days there, before we headed back to DarEsSalaam for our flight back to Dubai. Everything from transfers (car, ferry, charter flight) to accommodation was arranged by them according to whatever my requests were. I communicated directly via whatsapp with Mwajabu and she was always on point in replying to my queries and last minute requests! Truly admirable. All in all, itt was a memorable great experience for my first time in Africa..and I did the right choice in choosing Hello Tanzania to help me out with it. Asante sana!

amazing
I went to Tanzania for 2 weeks with my girlfriend. I booked all with Hello Tanzania and was really amazing. We went to Selous to make a safari, where we could see all the animals unless the chita and Rhino. After that we went to Zanzibar, where Hello Tanzania booke for us the boat tickets and all the things that we needed while we were there. GosListen was our chofer durenig 5 days. Is a very kind guy, who show us all the autentic thing form Tanzania, also we spent with him a great times drinking or taking a dinner. I recommend a lot this company.

Unforgettable experience
Our tour was an amazing experience and most aspects of it were excellent. The taxis to and from the airport, drivers, and flights to and from Kilimanjaro were all fine. The Tarangire Safari park, the Serengeti and Ngorogoro crater were amazing and beyond my expectations. We saw the ' big Five' as well as many more animals. Both hotels, one a lodge and one a glamping experience were excellent, the staff welcoming and service outstanding, the food in both places really good . The picnic lunches every day were delicious, varied and generous. I loved the glamping it was an amazing experience!!!
Our main concern and disappointment was that the Land Roverprovided by East West Safaris broke down twice during our tour. Once at twilight where we had to be left on the side of the road and were fortunately rescued by a kind gentleman who took us to our lodge in Zaratu.
The second time was on the plains of the Serengeti in the middle of nowhere. Our driver had to fix the faulty fuel pump himself which, thank god he did. What we would have done otherwise I have no idea!!! We had two young children and were confined for at least an hour.
We were very concerned that the vehicle was not to safari standard and are critical of the company not the driver, who under the circumstances did well to fix the problem.
We noticed that other company guides and drivers were provided with a uniform to wear, such was not the case with East West Safaris . We would recommend that the company provide uniforms. Lack of seat belts and any cooling method didn't meet our expectations.
Despite our experience with the Land Rover and safari company it was an unforgettable experience.

Efficient, Comprehensive, Honest. Excellent follow through
Mawajabu was a superb tour agent. She was completely on-top of details and our personal requests. She was amazingly responsive with timely answers to our questions in planning the trip. She followed through on every email between us (nearly 70 over a few days) in planning the details of the trip and showed a great amount of flexibility in adapting to our evolving requests as we understood the varying details of safari. I would strongly recommend anyone to work with her.
Our 4 night/5 day safari and 1 night/2 day stay in Zanzibar was arranged by Mawajabu. She found a way to get us to all four parks in the north that we wanted to visit. We were met in Arusha as she planned by a guide and on each transition (airports, hotels) were met immediately by someone with whom she works. It was flawless. She even made sure we had a hotel room nearby the Dar airport for several hours on our layover between Zanzibar-Dar and the trip back to the USA. We did not need to call her at all during the trip to deal with any problems.
A few suggestions for travelers:
-Know where you want to go. This should be determined by your price range (Mawajabu did a really good job of staying within our target price) and the time of year.
-There is a big difference in price between many of the lodges (all were above-average) and the tented camp (an absolute luxury you must experience if possible. We stayed one night at Mapito which was like heaven on earth in every respect). Do your own due diligence on these places so you tailor the place to your desires and remember that the time of year you travel impacts to some extent what you are likely to see on safari because of migration patterns and weather.
-Ask about your guide. We had a wonderful guide (Gifte) who took very good care of us and was absolutely reliable. The ability to speak your language well will impact how much talk you receive about things.
Based on this one experience I would definitely recommend Hello Tanzania and Mawajabu when planning your visit to Tanzania. Be sure to combine their expertise with your own research so that they can help tailor the adventure to meet your desires as there are many ways to arrange this trip.

What you really like!
With Hello Tanzania you can really organize the trip that you would like to do. The owner is ready to make changes to your program and meet your expectations. It was nice to find such kind of flexibility. We wanted to see the migration and therefore we drove up to Mara river, nearby Kenia border. But we did not want to miss the main sites at Serengeti and Ngorongoro and all of that spending only 5 nights over there. The safari was truly intensive and we have found in the driver the same friendly approach of the owner in Dar. The driver was also very expert of the parks and their wildlife making our trip pleasant and rich in information about animals and their habitat.

awesome safari at Mikumi NP with Hello Tanzania
We had a great safari with our driver/guide Beni, who made our trip unforgettable. Mwajabu, the tour operator, helped us a lot with preparing the trip and she answered all our questions. Unfortunately the drinks during dinner at the lodge were not included, what we didn't know before.
All in all the safari trip was really great and we would recommend Hello Tanzania to everyone.

A wonderful private tour through a safari park with transfer and catering.
While the other tourists were driven through the park in overcrowded vehicles, I received private service and had three companions: a driver, a guide, and an escort who accompanied me the entire way from Dar es Salaam by train and taxi. All this for the same price; depending on the provider, I even saved up to €50.

Absolutely stunning experience! Friendly tour guide and thoughtful service.
This travel experience was absolutely fantastic. The local tour guide and the overall arrangements were very comfortable. The train carriage we took was business class, which was very spacious and felt just like China's high-speed trains. Additionally, complimentary meals were served on the train. The most important part, though, was that during the safari in the park, we saw a great number of giraffes, herds of elephants, three lions resting in the shade, and a large group of warthogs and African buffaloes. The driver and the guide were both excellent, and their explanations were very informative. It was such a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Super service 👍
We ordered the whole packed from Sweden. We arrived in a time when Tanzania was shaken by the aftershocks of the election that took place in the end of October.
Mwangaza Safari and Mwajabu Sultan helped us navigate through this in a perfect way. We are forever grateful.
All our trips, to safari at Selous and Zanzibar worked perfectly. Mwajabu and all her drivers and guides made our trip wonderful and memorable.
We strongly recommend Mwangaza Safari and Mwajabu Sultan

Good and professionally booked tour
We were picked up promptly around 5 a.m. from our hotel to visit Mikumi Game Park. Our guide, Mohamed, was with us throughout the entire day until we checked back into the hotel around 10 p.m. Additionally, we took a trip to Nakupenda Sand Island in Zanzibar, where we were also picked up on time at 6 a.m. and taken to the ferry. We had a wonderful time exploring Zanzibar and our driver met us when we returned to Dar es Salaam.
