This is our 2nd time we booked with Greatest Africa. Once again we presented ambitious wants for our vacation. Excellent communication, Vanessa of Greatest Africa put an itinerary together with all details checked off from flights, transfers, safari camps spanning from Cape Town, Botswana, onto Zambezi Queen & Victoria Falls. I had identified the lodge that I wanted to stay at and asked Greatest Africa to make the necessary arrangements for our special trip. They were more than happy to do so even though the lodge was not in their portfolio. Everything was seamless.

12-Day Luxury Safari Kruger National Park, South Africa
Traveling from the United States, we required expert assistance in South Africa to ensure a successful trip. We reached out to Vanessa, who demonstrated exceptional listening skills throughout the planning phase. This attention to detail resulted in a seamless journey. She recommended and managed all aspects from our arrival in Johannesburg, including a boutique hotel for our first night. Vanessa coordinated all transfers and provided outstanding recommendations for our three safari lodges. She communicated with each lodge to ensure our requirements were met, including accommodating our minor dietary restrictions. The payment process was straightforward, and the overall experience was remarkable. We had the opportunity to see the Big Five multiple times and enjoyed unique encounters with various animal species, including baby Giraffes, Elephants, Zebras, Leopards, Warthogs, Hippos, Monkeys, and Buffalo. I highly recommend Vanessa at Greatest Africa; I am not usually one to endorse service providers, but her service was truly exceptional.
