Really responsive and helpful during the planning stages. I found Ntanda Ventures online and saw they had some really positive reviews, particularly regarding fast responses, tailored packages and excellent knowledge. Kerry was immediately really quick to respond to my email and was keen to find out, what things I wanted to do, what was important to me and what I wanted to achieve from my experience. From there, I was introduced to Nerine, who put together with Kerry a wonderful package which was in our budget and took note of all of our preferences. Communication throughout has been wonderful, including ensuring that our paperwork for travel to Botswana from Zambia with my granddaughter was all in place, and that we understood what was needed. We had simply the most amazing time, stayed in some beautiful places, fed elephants, saw a pride of lions, visited the Falls and so much more! For anyone, wondering about dates to visit, we did the rainy season and had an amazing time, and because it was quieter got some private experiences due to the fact less people were staying! I honestly can't say highly enough how good the service has been in terms of ensuring we did everything that we had highlighted we wanted to and in a budget friendly way. Thank you so much!

Agh was so amazing!! Really had an amazing time with my friend. The team is very attentive and not in your face which is really good. The lodge facilities are wonderful and a great way to break away from city chaos!

6 days tour in South Luangwa and Livingstone
I was contacted by Ntanda after submitting my request through SafariBookings. We chat through email and Whatsapp in order to organise the tour. Ntanda helped me in selecting the options that fitted into my requests. Hence everything was up to my expectations. Service and lodges were excellent. We were met and transferred on time everywhere. Walking and driving safaris were conducted by excellent guides. I really enjoyed the night safaris and the the sundowner stops. I never experienced that before. We get to sip a drink before the great views of the plains, and watch the animals in the dark with the help of floodlights. Overall, a great experience. Ready to do it again.

Best tour operator in Africa
Kerry and her team are best planners who find those unique experiences that only few locals know. Her knowledge of the lodges and tours in Zambia and Southern Africa is deep and extremely rare. Her team are the most responsive and go out of their way to solve some tough challenges we faced. I cant imagine using anyone else again.
